"So this is Guertena's art gallery? Looks different from how I remember it."

My name is Rubyliene Pure, everyone calls me Ruby. Guertena was a friend of mine in the past, although his feeling towards me were strong, I loved another and couldn't return his feelings. And that's how he created his world of sadness. Abyss of the deep.

Ruby entered the gallery and headed for the reception desk, she knew the man because he was also a friend of Guertena's and had worked as the receptionist of the gallery for 10 years.

"Hello, I'd like to look around the gallery."

"Go right ahead Ms Pure, and take a pamphlet, most of the artwork are different to the ones you remember."

"Thank you and I can tell they'll still be as fantastic as the ones Guertena showed me...when he was alive."

"Yes...well, enjoy."

Ruby headed straight to where Guertena's star masterpiece is, it's a mysterious piece that made Ruby feel unsettled and gave her chills up her spine.

"Abyss of the Deep." She whispered to herself.

Guertena must be so proud for his work to be on display where no one could walk on. Although it's not something that I want to walk on anyway.

Ruby read the description, 'A world where man will never stand...To realise that world I decided that I would engrave it within the canvas.'

Wow, that sounds like Guertena all right, not only good when it comes to paint-on-canvas but good with words too.

"Excuse me?"

Ruby turned around to see and beautiful woman with brown hair that appears to be tied up, red ruby eyes and a long red dress that matched her eyes.

"Yes, is something wrong?", Ruby said with a confused look.

"I'm looking for my daughter, she has long brown hair, wearing a white blouse and red skirt, she's short and has red eyes like mine. Her name is Ib. Have you seen her?"

"I'm sorry but I haven't, if I see her I'll let her know you're looking for her."

The woman smiled, "Thank you." Then she walked back to her husband.

I know where she is, there's only one other place she could be. I smiled.

She's down in the Abyss...
