"Alright let's start" McGonagall says. 

EXT. Throne room, space

Kneeling behind a throne, a clothed, armored figure, known as the Other, bows. 

The Other: The tesseract has awakened. It's on a little world. A human world. They would wield it's power..

The other faces a horned shaped shadow. Loki. Loki is handed the scepter. 

The other: But our ally knows it's working as they never will. He is ready to lead. And our force, Chitauri, will follow. 

Tens of thousands of Chitauri stand ready, the ground quakes. 

The Other: The world will be his. The universe yours. And the humans, what can they do but burn?

"Hey!" James and Sirius say offended. 

The Avengers shared a look. 

EXT. S.H.I.E.L.D. Project P.E.G.A.S.U.S Facility 

The faculty is in state of panic. It's an evacuation. A helicopter flies in.                                                           

Standing a few yards from the landing pad, A Fed in a suit with shades, peers at the helicopter as it lands. This is Coulson.

The Avengers look at the scene sadly. 

Walking out of the helicopter is Hill, and following her is, Nick Fury. Hill and Fury approach Coulson. 

Fury: How bad is it?

Coulson: That's the problem sir, we don't know. 

"How could they not?" Lily asks.

"They're dealing with forces they can't control" Tony says. 

Coulson leads Hill and Fury through the the radiation section of the facility. Hundreds of technicians and other staff run around. 

"Wow it's so big" a first year Ravenclaw says in awe and Nat and Clint smirk. 

Coulson : Dr.Selvig read an energy surge from the tesseract four hours ago. 

Fury: NASA didn't authorize Selvig to test phase. 

Coulson: He wasn't testing it, he wasn't even in the room. Spontaneous advancement. 

Hill: It just turned itself on?

"How is that possible?" James asked but was ignored because everyone was too interested in the movie. 

Fury: What are the energy levels now?

Coulson: Climbing. When Selvig couldn't shut it down, we ordered the evac. 

Fury: How long to get everyone out?

Coulson: Campus should be clear in the next half hour. 

Fury: Do better

"He's trying!" Harry says. 

"You don't understand. They could die!" Nat exclaimed. 

Hill: Sir, evacuation may be futile. 

Fury: We should tell them to go back to sleep?

Hill: If we can't control the Tesseract's energy, there may not be a minimum safe distance. 

Fury: I need you to make sure Phase 2 prototypes are shipped out. 

"Is that really his priority" Steve glared. 

"What's phase 2?" someone asks.

"You'll see" Bruce replies. 

Hill: Sir is that really a priority right now?

"It shouldn't be" Tony says. 

"Yeah" Nat agreed. 

"did you just agree with me??" Tony gasped. 

"I take it back now" Nat says. 

"Nuh uh. No takebacks" Tony says and Peter snorts. 

"Who's side are you on?" Nat asks. 

"Yours, but he doesn't need to know that" Peter says in Russian and Nat smirks proudly. 

"What? I swear ever since you taught him Russian he keeps rambling in Russian, and I don't know it!" Tony exclaims and Peter, Nat, and Clint chuckle. 

Harry and James were jealous at how close all of them were. 

Fury: Until such time as the world ends, we will act as though it intends to spin on. Clear out the tech below. Every piece of Phase 2 on a truck and gone. 

Hill: Yes sir.

She then turns to standing agents. 

Hill: With me. 

Fury enters the lab facility where the Tesseract is being held.

Fury: Talk to me doctor

Selvig emerges from behind the CMS machine, concerned. The tesseract is glowing unusually brighter and flare rings shoot out at random. 

Selvig: Director. 

Fury: Is there something we know for certain?

Selvig: Tesseract is misbehaving.

"What?"

"Is that supposed to be funny?"

"No, it's not" The Avengers respond. Peter cuddles a bit closer to Tony who puts his arm around him, they both didn't notice the glare James gave Tony. Nat did though, and she glared back and James looked away. 

Fury: Is that supposed to be funny?

Selvig: No it's not funny at all. The tesseract is not only active, she's misbehaving.

Fury: How soon until you pull the plug. 

Selvig: She's an energy source. If we turn off the power, she turns it back on. If she reaches peak level..

Fury: We've prepared for this, doctor. Harnessing energy from space. 

Selvig: We don't have the harness. Our calculations are far from complete. Now she's throwing interference, radiation. Nothing harmful, low levels of gamma radiation. 

Fury: That can be harmful. Where's Barton?

Selvig: The Hawk? Up in his nest, as usual.

We see Clint Barton is up on the railings watching them from above. Fury calls him on his earpiece. 

Fury: Agent Barton, report. 

Clint rappels down from the catwalk and walks up to Fury. The both walk around the facility in a discreet manner. 

"That was so cool" a few students say. 

Clint has a cocky grin on his face, Nat whacks him upside his head, but he continues to grin. 

Fury: I gave you this detail so you could keep a close eye on things.

Clint: Well I see better from a distance. 

"Do you really?" someone asks and Clint nods. 

Fury: Are you seeing anything that might set this thing off?

Scientist, to Selvig: Doctor, it's spiking again. 

Clint: No one's come or gone. It's oven is clean. No contacts, no I.M. 's. If there was any tampering, sir, it wasn't at this end. 

Fury: At this end?

Clint: Yeah, the cube is a doorway to the other end of space, right? The doors open from both sides. 

Selvig clacks away on his keyboard. Suddenly, the tesseract thunders and shakes the entire facility. Big enough where both Hill and Coulson can feel it and they're at different ends of the facility. 

Some people jump in surprise. 

 The flaring rings and glow of the cube spout out brighter and louder. The tesseract builds up into the beam, which hits at the end of a weird that is weird to the CMS device. The beam fires into the tesseract's energy. The beam then forms a Vortex, which opens up a portal. 

A black hole is created. From the portal, the blackness of space, with a billion stars appears and a gust of blue energy clouds fill the room, blinding everyone. 

The tesseract's energy forms into a cloud. It's abnormally quiet, then heavy breathing is heard from the platform. Shield guards slowly approach, weapons in hand. A figure is kneeling on the platform, smoke coming off of it. It's Loki. Smiling in a mischievous manner, he raises his head. The smile dies down. He looks deep into the eyes of Fury, Selvig, and Clint. He stands up holding the scepter. 

"That was a lot to take in" Ron says and others nod in agreement.
