In XGard's Underground Prison, Team Chris are snuck through the prison.

Dr. Strange: "Do you feel it? This swirling energy of despair and darkness?"

Johnny Cage: "Yeah, it sucks."

Chun-Li: "Every prisons the same."

Rocket: "Done some hard time yourself?"

Chun-Li: "More like spent a lot of time putting punks like you away."

Batman: "You guys wanna focus?" *stops when he the others hears a maniacally laugh outta nowhere*

Johnny Cage: "What in the..."

That's when they saw Baraka arriving with Ultron drones and Xgardians alongside with Joker.

Joker: *laughs maniacally* "Ah, Batman. It's so good to see you again."

Batman: "Joker."

Baraka: "Anyone, who go against Ultron Sigma and Dark Khan...will not be allowed to live."

Rocket: "Who are those freaks?"

Batman: "That's The Joker. He's the Clown Prince of Crime. That's all you need to know."

Johnny Cage: "And this one here is Baraka. He's the Servant of Emperor Shao Khan and Warrior of the Tarkatans."

Hiryu: "Seems like you two know them well."

Batman: "Leave Joker to me. I should able to beat him myself. You guys find the prison and I meet you soon."

Chris: *nods* "Right."

Batman starts shooting his Batarangs at the Joker who simply just avoided them by ducking and Johnny Cage and Baraka starts fighting hand-to-hand as Johnny dodges Baraka's blades and kicks him at the ground. Joker shoots his card at Batman who then dodges them very quick and Batman punches Joker in the gut very hard and uppercuts him as Joker was send to the ground. Johnny Cage then KO'd Baraka and about to finish him but then, a laser stopped him near his foot and Johnny looks up to see a member of the Black Dragon Clan, Kano and Joker's Servant, Harley Quinn.

Kano: "Nah, nah, nah. Baraka was suppose to kill you two. Guess I was wrong."

Harley: *gets out her hammer* "Step away from my pudding, Bats!"

Harley then charges at Batman who unleashes his Shock Gloves from his gloves and starts dodging Harley's attacks and Batman then KO's Harley by doing multiple attack moves and Harley is out. Kano was about to take out Johnny Cage but he was launched by someone's Rocket Blast and someone's Teleport Uppercut and Kano is knocked out. The two new heroes are The Flash from Central City and Jax Briggs from Mortal Kombat.

The Flash: "Sup, Bats!"

Jax: "Need some help, Cage?"

Team Chris managed to defeat the soldiers and drones and made it to the prisoner's cell.

Chris: "This is it." *presses the button, masking the cell see through*

Rocket: *eyes widened* "Huh?! Oh no! Nuh-uh, bad idea!"

The others caught up and see Rocket's shocked look.

Chun-Li: "Rocket, what is it?"

Rocket: "Seriously?! You know who is this, right?! Doc, back me up here!"

Then the sirens began blaring.

Johnny Cage: "Uh-oh, we've been busted."

Hiryu: "Commander."

Chris: *nods* "We gotta job to do. *opens the cell* We're not leaving without him."

That's when they heard a portal opened and Joker, Baraka and Kano escaped, Mileena has Harley in her hands and carries her through the portal as it closes.

Back outside, the heroes are still fighting the soldiers and drones.

Spencer: "We can't hold these guys for long."

Captain America: "Redfield knows what he's doing."

Captain Marvel: "They're a small team. Agile. They'll get the job done."

Hawkeye: *on the comm* "Cap, we're out of time. They're coming."

Captain America: "You see Ultron Sigma and Dark Khan?"

Hawkeye: "I've got a clear shot."

Captain America: "Take it."

Hawkeye then fired his arrows at Ultron Sigma only he just destroyed it by firing his laser at his forehead while he removed his own cape. Green Arrow was also given an order from Batman to shoot Dark Khan but Dark Khan saw it coming, gets hit at the forehead and it didn't effected him, annoyed Green Arrow.

Captain America: "All teams, engage! *him and the heroes charges* Go! Go! GO!"

Ultron Sigma charged and countered the Marvel and Capcom Heroes one by one, bringing them down and Dark Khan also bring down the Mortal Kombat and DC Universe Heroes with his War Hammer and two Asgardians by Thor's side tired to attack from behind, but Ultron Sigma grabbed them each with one hand and released the Sigms Virus, turning them into his side. Thor soon fought against Ultron Sigma alongside Wonder Woman to free them, but failed easily. Thor tries to reached his hammer, only to have his hand stomped by Ultron Sigma.

Ultron Sigma: *stomps on Thor's hand* "Weep not your people, Thor. They have archived perfectly...and soon, you and that amazon warrior shall be their rulers once more."

As he raised his hand at Thor which released purple gas. Thor seems to be struggling when the gas touched him.

As he went to him, a shot hits Ultron Sigma in the back and he knows who it is.

Ultron Sigma: "Commander Redfield. Do you have something to add. Some great insight."

Chris: *put his gun down* "You're going down, Ultron Sigma!"

Ultron Sigma: "That's it, some banal cliche? It's fitting that those will be your final words."

Ultron Sigma then turns around, calling down a barrage of energy blasts at Chris and Cap saved him by using his shield to block the attack. Strider then appears behind Thor and Diana and teleports them and himself outta there before Ultron Sigma and Dark Khan looked.

Captain America: "Doctor, get us out of here!"

Doctor Strange: "With pleasure, Captain!"

Dr. Strange opens a portal and transporting all of the Heroes back to headquarters and the portal closes before Ultron Sigma's energy blasts touched down.

Ultron Sigma: *laughs* "Good."

Dark Khan: "Is this part of your plan; to let them escape?"

Ultron Sigma: "Don't worry, my friend. Our plan is still underway. This is just the beginning." *in mind* (Our plan to infected those wretched heroes with a virus and a combat rage is about to begin.) *laughs*
