You have been going out with Stephen for a while now. He did have his moments where he would get angry and just start yelling. You always forgave him though, you knew he wasn't yelling at you. He loved you so much, just as you loved him. He may not be great about showing it, but you know. Currently, you were with and watching tv with Stephen next to you. You had your head testing on his shoulder and his hand clasped in yours. "Hey babe," you said " can i ask you something? " He looked down at you "Yes." He said in a slight monotone voice. "Is there something bothering you?" He just have you a weird look like he didn't know what you were talking about. "Nothing is bothering me sweetheart." Stephen said, but you weren't buying it. You looked at him "I know something is wrong baby, just tell me." 

You say on his lap so you were facing him. Cupping his face in your hands, he leans forward and presses his forehead to yours. You pressed his head into your shoulder, running your fingers through his hair. "I'm fine." He mumbled into your shoulder , but you could hear the strain in his voice. "No you're not, tell me what's wrong." It really wasn't like him to act this way . Pulling his head away from your shoulder, he looked at you. "Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve you." Stephen told you with tears in his eyes. "What are you talking about babe?" You asked with a confused look on your face. "I'm not as affectionate as most people, I always get angry and rant at you, plus you could do way better than me." A year rolled down his cheek, so you wiped it away. 

 "Stephen, I will always love you, I love you so much baby." You pulled him in for a kiss, gently holding his face between your hands. You took his hands in yours and kissed them. "I don't want anyone else, I only want you." The look on his eyes was one of relief. Stephen pulled you into a passionate kiss. "I don't want you to think like that anymore sweetheart." He smiled a bit and nodded. Both of you went back to watching tv. "I love you (y/n)." Stephen said kissing your temple. "I love you too Stephen."
