Loki - Friend
In case you didn't know (y/l/n) is your last name.
You didn't want to get out of bed today, not since you were assigned to interrogate Loki, Thor's violent, adoptive brother. You'd been told he was rude, arrogant and most unsettling to be around. When you arrived on the Helicarrier and walked through the doors wearing your S.H.I.E.L.D uniform proudly, you pushed everything you'd been told about him aside. When you entered his holding cell, he had his back turned to you.
"Good morning, Loki," you spoke, "I'm Agent (y/n) (y/l/n)."
"They've sent me yet another guard, like I'm a criminal in a prison," he mocked, not turning around.
"You are a criminal in a prison, Loki."
"You've been here less than ten minutes and you already mock me," he feigned innocence.
"Listen, I wanna be here just as much as you do, so quit snapping and start yapping. After all, I need to find out who you're working for, why you're doing this, when you're planning to release these aliens on New York and what the hell you're doing with your back facing me when I could just press this button and you'd be history."
Your fingers lingered over the button that would release the glass cage Loki was being held in.
Loki sighed and stood up, walking towards you. He was a lot taller than you pictured, and his face was beautiful, yet broken. You could sense that behind those unnatural, blue eyes, a story of heartbreak lay.
"Oh, I like you. You're a lot more savage than the other 'babysitters' they've sent me. I like a woman who speaks her mind," Loki came up right to the glass to speak to you.
"You're a villain, Loki. I don't like a man who's killed 80 people in two days for the fun of it."
Loki laughed.
"You're funny though," you smiled, "You think this is all a joke."
"Is it not?"
"You really need to get out more."
"Well, in case you haven't noticed, I'm stuck in here."
"Looks like you're not going to change any time soon, are you pal?"
"I'm afraid not, friend," he mocked, before Director Fury called you back to the S.H.I.E.L.D headquarters and you had to leave.
Loki really was a pain in the behind, but it was rather entertaining to just swap mockery with someone who wasn't boring in the slightest. Maybe working with Loki won't be so bad after all.

My first Loki imagine, I'm so proud :3 I imagine Loki as very sassy upon first meeting, especially since he isn't on the greatest terms with S.H.I.E.L.D. Did you like this imagine? Please comment if you did.
Thank you!
