(Proxima pov)

Me and the rest of the avengers have decided to help out in an orphanage cause we felt bad for them. I see a little boy that looks to be 4. "Hi, what's your name? Mine is proxima." I stated sweetly. He responded with "hi miss proxima, I'm Peter." "That's a nice name. Why do you seem nervous?" I asked hoping he'll respond. "Sometimes we get hit. It's mostly the olders. One of them named Emma stands up for me and sometimes she gets hit instead of me. I really love her!" He told me. "If you show me Emma I'll show you my husband Steve." I said hoping to introduce him to Steve and meet this Emma girl. I'd also have to do something about the hitting problem. He responded with ok and went to go get Emma and I went to go get Steve. 

"Hey Steve can you come with me please" I asked. "Yeah sure." We walked over to where Peter and Emma were. "Your sure we can trust this Proxima?" I heard the girl I assume was Emma ask. "She is a nice lady come on." I heard him say. Steve looked at me and I could tell he heard it too. 

"Hey, this is Steve. What where you guys talking about?" I asked. "Nice to meet you Steve! I'm Peter and this is Emma. I was telling her you were a nice lady." He told me. 

(After talking for a little)

"How would you guys feel if we adopted you" Steve said. It was like he read my mind. I love him so much. "Only if Emma can come with me" Peter said nicely but firmly. I responded with "of course she can come!" They both agreed. 

(After the adoption talking to Emma alone) 

Me, Steve, Tony, and Pepper were talking with Emma about how to close the orphanage. 

"Emma would you be willing to testify in court that you have been hit by Mr.Smith?" Pepper asked. Emma responded with" I would and I know others that would too"
