Your eyes showed slight fear as you were hit off  the floating city.

You and Wanda were working together to fight off Ultron's bots and in the process of doing so accidentally hit you causing you to fall.

"Y/N!" She yelled running to the edge, trying to use her powers to catch you but you were to far down. She was able to go into your mind though.

You were panicking as you fell to your death.

"I'm sorry." She whispered as a tears slid down your face.

She saw what you saw. And she saw from your point of view when you hit the ground causing her to throw up from how gruesome it really was.
