Ekantha, Anika and Dikshit reached Vennela's home. All of them went inside and Dikshit and Anika were having a talk with Kanyaka while Ekantha went to freshen up. After having a talk with Anika and Dikshit left since it was already late.

Ekantha laid down on the bed, she closed her eyes and what all happened all throughout that day. 

Life was not always happiness, it was a mixture of everything. She had her own share of problems but life is not all about worrying, just few moments of spending time with people who she felt as home made her feel happy. 

Is she ready to take this decision yet? What if it becomes too late by the time she actually makes a decision? Will it be a wrong step if she says yes? Does she need some more time? Every time she has some worry regarding them, he makes her understand and give her assurance and that's exactly what she needs.

She was trying to scroll on Instagram, and found a poem which felt like it is really talking to her :

Dear self, 
What am I if not these tears, 
Who am I without these fears?
How am I if not in moments,
Why am I if not for the hope
However crumbled the path is,
It is with me
And with it I am

The words felt like they've been written for her. She took a deep breath and shut her eyes tight slowly trying to go to sleep with her sleep music playing in her ears..

She dozed off into sleep slowly. On the other hand Abhimanyu took his medicine and slipped into deep sleep as soon as he hit the bed.

The sun peeped through the window. Another day had dawned, bringing with it new ways to achieve goals.

Ekantha woke up from the sound of alarm at 4:30am. She usually stands in the balcony sometimes and other times she just stays back at home trying to do things. Today she wanted to go for a walk, outside this place.

She unlocked the door and went outside, cool breeze hit her body. A small smile was formed on her face.

Sometimes a puff of fresh air can make you forget everything at that moment, may not be a permanent healer but it will ease your inner conflicts slowly.

Ekantha walked around in the street. Some old people were walking and some youngsters were jogging. Her phone buzzed but Ekantha chose to ignore it. She went on walking and as she neared the dead end, she realised she was lost in this new place.

She saw a park just beside and went inside, and got seated on a bench. She opened her phone and tried taking help of Google Maps to reach home.

It showed around 10 minutes walk time again, now that she found a way to go back she thought to sit and relax for sometime and have her me time.

She saw a couple jogging while both of them were talking with each other and giggling and laughing.

Her thoughts shifted to Abhimanyu. All the moments that they shared together came in front of her eyes. She smiled thinking about those memories.

She was almost ready to start fresh with him, she might not be the best wife or best soulmate but she was determined that she would give her all in whatever it is.

Just the 0.1% of her was still trying to take a back step. She said to herself it's okay one day this 0.1% also will scream yes maybe asking her to just go on.

Her phone started ringing and it was from Vennela, the time was around 5:30am in the morning already.

Ekantha answered the call.

"Ekantha!! Where are you? Are you on terrace?",Vennela said.

"No Vennu, I just came out for fresh air. I'll be back soon don't worry",Ekantha said calmly.

"Oh God! You got me scared. Where are you exactly? You don't know the place too properly",Vennela asked.

"I am in the park nearby. I googled route from here to home, I'll follow that and come back home",Ekantha replied.

"Okay, take care and if you have any doubt in the route call me up",Vennela said and disconnected the call.

Ekantha went back home after half an hour. Somehow she got the route right and she was thankful to Google for that matter.

She suddenly remembers that Abhi was down with fever and she didn't message him again after reaching home as well. Mentally smacking herself, she picks up her phone and types a text for him.

Good morning, Abhi! I hope you are feeling better now. Please take leave for a day Or two and rest properly so that you'll be energized enough to join back work again. Get well soon 😊

She sent the message and went to complete her morning chores. She got ready in a saree today which was something unusual.

She wanted to change and she wanted that change to be there in everything she does. Ekantha loved minimalist things and the saree she picked from her mother's closet back at home because she loved the colour, texture and everything about it.

She was dressed in a pastel blue saree with a grey colour blouse paired with her watch and a simple bracelet. She tied her hair into a simple pony. Picking her bag from the shelf, she walked out of the room to see surprised looks from everyone.

 "Ekantha is that you?",Vennela was the first one to break the silence.

"Uh.. Yeah",she said with an awkward smile.

"Oh my God, you look so beautiful ✨",Vennela said and side hugged her.

"Kanna, you look so pretty",Kanyaka said.

"Thank you, Vennu and Amma",Ekantha said and gave them a small smile.

"What's the reason for dressing up in a saree today? Anything special?",Vennela asked.

"No, just usual. I wanted to move on and I thought this would be a step towards the process, I am not changing myself but I am trying to find what things I love and what are the things that make me feel happy",she said.

"I am proud of you, Ekantha",Vennela said giving her an encouraging smile.

Ekantha completed her breakfast earlier than usual and started browsing on her phone regarding some part time jobs she can work in.

She found some receptionist jobs, some helper in florist shop job, some helper job in offices etc.

The helper in florist shop job attracted her, she wanted to go to the interview there once and called up the contact number.

Everything was observed by Kanyaka, who has never seen this side of her daughter ever. She was worried if she was hurting herself in the process of moving on or finding herself. She just wanted her to be happy and that's all that mattered to her at this moment.

"Hello",Ekantha said in a slightly shivering tone as soon as the other person answered the call.

"Hello, who is this?",an old lady's voice came from the other side.

"Hello ma'am! Is this Spring Blossom Florist shop?",Ekantha asked.

"Yes yes, how may I help you?",the voice from other end said.

"Ma'am, I just saw a post on ******* that you are hiring for a helper and I wanted to know if the position is still available?",Ekantha asked.

She was slightly scared what if the position got filled already.

"Oh yes, it is available! And you seem to be interested. It's just in the evening hours. I had a helper before but she moved to another city and since that's the peak time, I need a helper. Timings will be from 4pm to 9pm. You can come and have a talk with me regarding other things this evening if you are free",the lady said.

Ekantha pulled a book out of her bag and noted down every detail that she said.

"Hello?",the lady said hearing no response from Ekantha.

"I'll be there ma'am! Thank you! Good day",Ekantha said and disconnected the call.

"Amma, I'm leaving to school. I'll be late in the evening maybe",she said and went out of the home.

She googled for the bus stop and the bus she has to ride to reach till the school. Quickly she reached the bus stop, after waiting for 10 minutes her bus came and she boarded the bus and took the ticket.

She opened her phone again to see a reply from Abhi.

Abhi
Good morning, Ammu! I will, I will don't worry! Also you take care of yourself and don't forget to call me Or text me if you need me. I am on leave today and tomorrow by the way. Should I pick you up from school today?

Ekantha didn't want to tell about her part time trials to anyone till she got the job. She knew her mother heard her but was she going to say that to Abhi as well? She doesn't know.

Abhi, you took leave! Thank God. No, it's fine I will manage please don't take the trouble and rest in that time that will make me feel more relaxed and happy 😁

She sent the message and looked outside to see people busy in their own world, some dropping their kids to school, some rushing to office, some fighting with their spouses, some getting irritated with the traffic. World was so different yet so familiar for her.

Her phone pinged again.

Abhi
If you say so ma'am! How are you going to school by the way? Is Vennela dropping you?

Me
Nope, I am taking the bus. Found it on Google how to get till bus stop and also to school. It was not that difficult and I didn't want to be a burden for Vennela. She must be having some works too..

Abhi
I agree but, it's a new place for you. I am just scared what if you get lost anywhere?

Ekantha smiled looking at the message. This man, whom she met just a few days ago is scared for her and cares everything that is related to her. How did she get so lucky just in this aspect of life? She thought to herself.

Abhi
I am sleepy again, I'll just go back to sleep I guess. I need some help from you Ekantha if you are free this evening. Will you be able to do it?

Ekantha was confused, she had to attend the interview with the florist shop and Abhi was asking her for help. She didn't know what to reply falling into a dilemma.

Me
Abhi, I'll let you know in the evening and then you can tell me what it is. Okay?

Abhi
Sure, I'll go back to sleep now! Goodnight to me!

He went offline after that and Ekantha was literally in thoughts and that's when her bus stop came. She was walking towards the school and just when she was about to cross the road..
