Author's POV || Flashback

Taehyung eyed you who was sleeping peacefully. The driver came out and took out the luggage helping Taehyung who said, "You can leave it here. Here's the money." 
He opened the car door and looked at your sleeping figure before carrying you in a bridal style, making sure not to wake you up. He felt you snuggling closer to his neck, making him gulp. But he would've lied if he said he didn't like it. 
A shy smile appeared on his face as he mumbled, "Ah.. why didn't you wake up? Dumbhead.." 

He tucked you in bed and smiled, caressing your hair for a few seconds and went outside to get the luggage.

You smiled looking at the food and started digging in making Taehyung sigh. 

"Thank me for ordering this in advance, heh." He said as you chewed the food nodding. 
"T-ThWAnkS." You said while chewing a mouthful of food making him sigh.
"Bad habits surely never die." He mumbled and got up, walking towards the bathroom since he was done eating. You stared at his back leaving and mumbled, "He's not that bad." 

--Time skip 

It was bedtime now and both of you had separate rooms this time. 
"Look, if you need anything, call me on the phone. Though it'd be great if you don't, you can and you should if you need to." He said and walked towards his room as you sighed mumbling, "Weirdo." 

Almost an hour passed by and both of you were asleep in your rooms when you suddenly heard thunder. You frowned and sighed mumbling, "Ugh... why is it storming?!" 
You were trying to get back to sleep until you heard a few noises coming from another room. You frowned and got up mumbling, "Is this guy doing something dirty..? Why is he so noisy?!" You made a grossed-out expression just by the thought of it. 
You twisted the doorknob of his room's door to see it open. You peeked a little after chanting God's holy name but to your surprise, he was just sitting there, hugging his knees. 
"What's wrong with him?" You asked yourself and walked towards him. 

"Hey, are you okay?" You asked as he was tightly hugging his knees, clearly shaking in fear. You realized that it wasn't a simple joke anymore. Sitting beside him, you patted his back softly asking, "Are you alright, Taehyungsshi?" 
He shook his head mumbling, "I- I'm scared... o-of thunders-storms.." 
"Astraphobia.." You mumbled and understood what was wrong. You sighed and sat closer to him, hugging him as soon as another thunder was heard. 

Almost 10 minutes passed by and the thunders were gone, the rain had also stopped. It was just mere rain. You looked at Taehyung who fell asleep in fear as soon as the thunders stopped. You got up and tried to help him lie down to sleep. You yawned a little, feeling sleepy. 
"It might rain again." You mumbled and sighed, not knowing what to do. You sat beside his lying figure wondering about random stuff until you fell asleep without realizing it.

---Next morning

Taehyung woke up, feeling the sun's rays hit his face. Getting up, he yawned looking beside to see your figure sleeping peacefully. 
"What is she doing he-" He was asking himself but stopped midway remembering last night's events. He realized that you were sitting beside him realizing that he was afraid of thunderstorms. He noticed how uneasy you looked while sleeping and sighed. Moving closer to you, he scooped you closer to him and slowly made you lay on the bed, careful not to wake up. But you pulled his t-shirt in your sleep without realizing making him lose his balance and fall on top of you. 

His eyes widened as he stared at your sleeping face which was inches away from yours. He could feel his heart pounding loudly to the point it was beating in his ears.

He kept staring at you until he saw you move your face a little, about to wake up. He backed away quickly and looked away as you slowly got up from your sleep. You looked at his back and said, "Ah! Sorry, I think... I slept here last night. Are you okay now?" He heard your sleepy voice and looked behind saying, "Y-Yeah..." 
"You were lecturing me about calling you and you ended up needing my help." You said as he looked down saying, "Thank you." 
"Huh? For what?" You asked as he looked at you saying, "For taking care of me... I was scared last night." 

"It's okay. Mina also had astraphobia when she was young so I know about this. You should be the one calling me instead, idiot." You said and got up saying, "I'll order something for us. You should go and get ready." 
"Why are you acting so casual?" He asked, not understanding your friendly behaviour. You chuckled and said, "Look, even though we didn't have a love marriage... I married you by my own choice which means you're my husband. And as a wife, I have duties and responsibilities towards you. Taking care of you is one of them, so I'm just fulfilling that. Don't worry! You should fulfil yours instead." 

"I'll go then. I'll get freshened up." You said and held your neck which was hurting. He looked at your back leaving and quickly took his phone dialling in a number.
"Hello? Could you please send a massager here? Someone who is an expert in relieving neck pain." He said and hung up, smiling softly. 

---After lunch 

"Who is it?" You frowned walking towards the door to see a man with a box standing there. 
"Hello, I'm Kihyun, the massager you called." The handsome guy spoke as you eyed him saying, "Called? I didn't call anyone thou- Oh! Maybe Taehyungsshi called you. Come in!" 
He nodded with a slight smile and sat down on the couch as you said, "Aren't you Korean?"
"Yeah, I came from Korea for this special call." He said as you gasped a little asking, "How?!" 
"With helicopter... took me 4 hours." He said as you nodded, unsurely. 

"I understand he's rich but... helicopter? What's such an emergency?" You asked yourself, knocking on the door of Taehyung's bedroom. He came out with a frown as you spoke, "Your massager is here." 
"Oh, is he?" He asked as you nodded. He rushed out leaving you dumbfounded as you sighed. 

--Time skip 

Taehyung came out of the bathroom after showering and walked toward your bedroom, where you were getting a massage. But soon, his soft smile turned into an intense frown as he heard strange noises.
"Moaning noises? What's happening in there?!" He asked himself, getting the worst thoughts. His eyes widened as he clenched his teeth, feeling angry just at the thought of it. He couldn't bear getting cheated on like that, not at all! He barged into the room, ready to see the worst but his face became blank seeing you sitting on the chair as Kihyun was massaging your neck.

"Hello!" You said as he stared at you both saying, "What are you doing?"
"Getting a massage." You said as he scoffed, looking away.

"Woah! Such a great massager." You said as the guy massaged your neck, chuckling. Taehyung glared at you both and scoffed again.
"I should've asked for a female massager." He said to himself and rolled his eyes.

"Why am I even annoyed? Weird.." Taehyung said to himself before shaking his head.
"Get massaged!" He said to you with sarcasm, walking out of the room to get a glass of water. 
"Why did I even imagine something that weird?!" He asked himself, sighing. He drank the water and walked around your room, wanting to get some of your attention but you were so focused on the massage. All you were doing was complimenting him and moaning with closed eyes.
"So fun, huh? He should break her neck." He mumbled and sat on the couch in the living room, turning on the TV.

Almost 20 minutes passed by as he was staring at the TV which had some animal videos, but he couldn't focus at all. Soon, he heard some noise coming from behind. Looking behind, he saw Kihyun leaving the room, walking towards him.
"Sir, my work is done." He said as Taehyung nodded taking out an envelope from his pocket and handing it to him. 
"There.. Don't come back." He said as Kihyun nodded with a chuckle, understanding Taehyung's behaviour. 
"Next time, I'll make sure a female massager is sent here." He said and left making Taehyung gasp. 

"When did I talk about that?!" He asked. A while later, you came out of the room, sitting beside him. 
"Hi." You said waving at him as he nodded, focusing back on the TV making you frown. 
"What's wrong?" You asked as he replied, "What could be wrong?" 
You sighed at his reply and got up saying, "Let's go outside today!! It's 3 pm right now. We should explore some stuff today. So, we can go to the beach tomorrow." 

He looked at you and said, "Okay.. whatever."
"Why is he sulking?" You asked yourself seeing him walk into his room.

--Time skip 

"Are you ready yet?" You asked Taehyung who hummed from inside. Sighing, you sat on the couch waiting for him. A while later, he came out and looked at you who was sitting while scrolling her phone. 
You looked up to see him standing there wearing the most casual outfit ever yet looking so handsome. You were staring at him blankly saying, "You look handsome." 
He chuckled and said, "I know?" 
"Shouldn't you compliment me back?! Or say a thank you??" You asked, getting up and walking towards him as he chuckled. 

He walked closer to you, tucking a hair strand behind your ear making you look at him flustered as he spoke, "You look cute, wife."
