Author's POV: 

"This one?"
"No.."

"How about this one then?"
"You look like a chicken."

"Do you even have a choice?!" 
"Your choice sucks." 

"Ugh!" 

Chaos on top of chaos was what you experienced in the clothing store. No matter what type of dress you picked, simple or fancy, colourful or monotone, none of them fit Taehyung's taste. It felt as if you were with an extremely picky fashion designer. 
"Let me pick some out for you, wait." He said and started going through the outfits as you huffed. 

After searching for a while, he took a few dresses in different colours handing them to you. 
"Go try these." He said as you nodded taking them. 
You tried on the dresses one after another and he approved of them with a thumbs up. After finishing shopping, you both walked into a restaurant, and of course, you being you ordered almost everything on the menu. 
"I wonder how long my card can hold out in front of you." Taehyung mumbled as you chuckled saying, "Marrying a beautiful lady comes with a price~"

"Who said you're beautiful?" He asked as you raised a brow at him before sighing.
"Sad that you're blind." You said and started eating as he chuckled looking away. 

"We bought so much! Don't you wanna buy something for yourself?" You asked as he thought about it for a while.
"Not really, I don't need to." He said.
"Hmm, then, let's go to a shop after I'm finished eating, okay?" You asked as he frowned asking, "Is there anything else left to buy?"
"You'll see." You said and smiled as he nodded unsurely before proceeding to eat. 

--Time skip 

You both entered a watch shop you were checking out the watches. Taehyung frowned asking, "Why are you inspecting the men's watches?" 
"Because I'm buying it for a man?" You asked as he frowned.
"Man? In front of your husband?!" He asked, clearly offended, making you giggle.
"My dad." You said as he made an 'o' face. Embarrassed by his own reaction, he walked away, pretending to look for stuff as you picked a beautiful watch saying, "Please pack this for me." Looking here and there, you picked another watch saying, "This one too." 
The man nodded and packed them up as you smiled. Taking the bags after paying, you stood behind Taehyung who was closely observing a kid outside the store. 
Smiling a little, you poked his shoulder making him look at you. 

"Oh? You're done? Should I pay for you?" He asked as you chuckled saying, "I already paid. Don't worry!" He nodded and said, "Aren't you in short of cash?" 
"Nope! I still have plenty!" You said as he frowned asking, "How much did you even get from scholarships?"
"I worked part-time and saved pocket money too." You said as he gasped a little, seeing you leave the store.
"What a strange girl.." He mumbled and followed you out. 

"Ah! Ice cream!" You said as you both were walking on the side of the road. He frowned but soon noticed the ice cream truck on the other side. Sighing, he spoke, "You want to eat that?" 
"Of course! Let's go!!" You said excitedly and ran towards the truck as he smiled a little mumbling, "Childish." 

You both ordered ice-creams and continued to walk through the roads of Bali. 
"Hmm... we did many things but not the main activity, huh?" You asked as he spoke, "What activity?"
"Beaches! Did you forget? Bali is famous for its beaches. We are going to move to a guesthouse near the beach in 2 days. Till then, we enjoy these. That's what I heard from Mrs Kim." You said as Taehyung sighed.
"They pre-planned our honeymoon in such detail- I'm.." He shook his head in disbelief as you giggled. 

"Taehyungsshi." You spoke as he looked at you confused. 
"Do you like hanging out like this?" You asked as he said, "It's not bad.. it's pretty fun, to be honest." You smiled and continued walking towards the car as he asked, "Why?"
"Just... curious." You said and stood in front of the car as you both got in, soon the driver started driving. 

---At night 

"Yummy!" You said and continued eating the food you had ordered. 'Nasi Ayam'. It was a popular Balinese dish and you sure loved it! 
"This tastes pretty good, no joke," Taehyung said. You giggled and nodded as you both were enjoying the food. 

After finishing, you got freshened up and sat down sighing. 
"It was a hard day, indeed!" You said stretching on the bed while Taehyung was ruffling his wet hair to get rid of the excess water. You looked at him staring at the mirror while ruffling his hair. Water dripped down his face as a few locks of his hair were stuck on his forehead. A smile appeared on your lips as you admired him. 
'So handsome..' You thought, but as soon as you made eye contact with him through the mirror, you looked away. A smirk appeared on his face as he spoke, "Drooling on me, huh?" 

"W-What?! No! Why would I? You look gross right now! Like a wet frog!" You said as he huffed turning around, and facing you. 
"When will you stop calling me a frog?!" He asked as you gulped looking away. You quickly took your phone, avoided him and quickly video-called your mother. 

As soon as they picked up, you ignored Taehyung's existence and started talking to them making the guy annoyed at you, very annoyed. 

--Time skip || 1 hour later 

Taehyung glared at you as you gulped looking away. The tension between you both was making you melt down like ice cream. You looked at him and said, "W-Why are you glaring at me?"
"Who said I am?! I'm not." He said as you thinned your lips, sighing. Getting up from the bed, you took out a small bag from the shopping bags and walked towards him. 
He frowned as you handed the bag to him.
"What's this?" He asked. Smiling, you replied, "Open it and see for yourself." 

Opening the bag, he asked, "Is this the watch you bought for your dad?" 
He opened the box as you smiled saying, "No.. it's for you." Your answer surely made him frown as he looked at you. 
"Huh? Me?" He asked. You smiled and nodded saying, "Well, take this as a small gift from me." 
"You're gifting me? For what though?" He asked as you sighed.
"Do I need to gift you something with a reason? I just bought this for you, it'd look good on you. What else?" You said. He smiled a little and looked at you saying, "Thanks." 
"No worries~" You said and smiled sitting beside him on the couch. He put on the watch and said, "It looks good." 
"You need to see who picked it." You proudly spoke as he sighed saying, "My bad, it looks horrible!" 

"You-" You gasped in disbelief making him chuckle. 
"Anyway, I'm glad you liked it. I'll go sleep then." You said and walked towards the bed, lying down. He smiled at your figure and looked down, a feeling of warmth embracing him. He didn't know that getting a gift could feel so happy. 
"She's always making things hard for me... dumbhead." He said to himself and smiled, keeping the watch back. Turning off the lamp, he lay down beside you, staring at your face. You were fast asleep making him chuckle. 
"She sleeps too fast." He spoke to himself before closing his eyes, trying to sleep. 

--1 day later 

It was time for you both to move to the guesthouse near the beach. Getting in the car, you yawned looking outside as Taehyung eyed you asking, "What's with you?"
"I'm sleepy.." You said wiping the tears accumulated in your eyes due to yawning. He sighed and said, "You slept more than me yet you're sleepy?" 
"Well, what's wrong with that?" You asked as he chuckled shaking his head. 

A while passed by and Taehyung glanced at you to see you dozing off, again. 
"Why does she doze off in transports all the time?" He asked himself before sighing. He smiled a little seeing your head move from here to there as you were asleep. Slowly holding the side of your head, he put your head on his shoulder mumbling, "If she dies by bursting her head open, I'll be the one getting grounded." 

---Time skip

You slowly opened your eyes and looked around to see yourself in a bedroom. Flinching, you got up and looked around in panic. 
"Where on earth am I- Oh my gos-" You were panicking but gasped seeing a figure entering the room. 
"WHO ARE Y-" You were screaming but got cut off by a familiar voice, "It's me, dumbhead!" 
You looked properly to see Taehyung standing there. He turned on the lights and said, "What's wrong with you? Why do you scream, the first thing after waking up?" 
"You scared the heck out of me! Why am I here?" You asked as he said, "I carried you here, dumbhead." 

"W-What?!" You asked as he sighed saying, "You were sleeping like a pig. I tried waking you up so much but you never woke up. I even shook the heck out of you but you never woke up, for a moment, I doubted that you were dead. So, in the end, I had to carry you." 
"I'm sorry... I didn't know about it, weird." You said to yourself, confused. If he tried that hard to wake you up, why did you have such a sound sleep? You weren't that heavy of a sleeper either. 

"Now get up, it's dinner time. I ordered some food for us, let's eat." He said as you nodded. He walked out of the room as you looked down wondering, 'How did I sleep that heavily?'
