My POV
Lucy wakes up to her husbands arms wrapped around her. She didn't want to move. She hated the man next to her. So why did she feel so good in his arms. Like he would protect her from any and all harm. She turns around and sees he's still sleeping. He's kinda cute when he's asleep... She thought to herself. He hugs her tighter. " Ah! " She said quietly. That was unexpected. She leans her head on his chest. He's always so warm. Maybe I'll stay like this for a while she smiled to herself. She closed her eyes and goes back to sleep. A few minutes later Natsu wakes up. He looks to see Lucy sleeping on his chest. So adorable. So quiet. He let's go slowly. Lucy feels this motion and suddenly feels abandoned. She snaps awake. " No don't-- " She was saying but cut herself off when she realized who she was talking to. He turns his head to the side. " Were you saying something? " He asked. " No... " She says. He gets up and leaves the room. Lucy sighs and looks down. There's a knock on the door. " Oh Uh-h come in " She said. Then the maid comes into the room. " Miss, I am here to make sure that you have a wonderful day so just call me whenever you need anything " She said then bows. Why's she doing this? Lucy thought. She looks on the dresser. Her phone is blowing up. She opens all her messages. They all say the same thing.

Happy anniversary!

That's right.... It's out anniversary...She thought. She gets up. The maid looks up at her. Lucy goes to the closet and grabs some clothes from her clothes. She goes and takes a shower then gets dressed in(media pic). Her hair is ties in a bun. Her bangs cover her forehead and some strands hang down and rest on her shoulders. Her makeup looks like this

She goes to the kitchen and eats the breakfast they made for her. She brushed her teeth and waits. She watches some TV and waits.

~At Natsu's office~

Erza walks past the door but then backs up to get a second glance. She sees that he is actually in there. She walks back into there. " What the hell is wrong with you dumb insensitive bastard. I mean seriously how could you be such an idiot?! " She yelled in his face. " What are you talking about? " Natsu asked. " It is your anniversary. You know, the one with your wife. " She said. " Oh that... And? " He asked. " So go home and spend the day with her. Jeez what type of husband are you? " She asked. " One that didn't wanna be married to her in the first place " He muttered. " Hm? What was that? " Erza asked. " Uh um nothing... " He sweat dropped. " Good, now go home and spend the day with your wife! Your family! " She yelled.

~Back with Lucy~

Lucy yawns. She wondered where natsu was. She hears the door open. She jumps up and smiled at him when he walked in. " Happy-- " She stops when he walked past her. " Anniversary... " She finished in a sad tone. He never really wants to ever even look at her. She did all of this getting dressed up for nothing. She runs to the bathroom and starts crying. Natsu is in his home office doing work. The maids feel bad for her. One goes to the bathroom door to talk. " Um, miss, are you alright? " She asked. She hears Lucy sniffle. " Why? " She asked. " Huh? " The maid said. " I recall you saying that you would help me whenever I needed. You said that this morning... " She started. " I wanna know why he does this. I get dressed up for him, to make me look pretty. I even put on makeup. I never put on makeup. I did this all for him. But he didn't even look at me " She said. Then she starts to sob again. " Miss, I wish I can answer. But I am unable to for I do not know the answer " She said. Lucy wiped her tears. She opened the door. " I-its fine. " She said. " Because I know he doesn't care about me at all " She said through a small sad laugh. She takes off the jewelry, then cleaned off her makeup. She takes a shower and then she gets dressed in a white T-shirt and gray shorts. She goes into the fridge and gets a water bottle. She drinks it and throws the bottle in the recycling. It's still light outside, but the sun is going down. Natsu walks out the door. She assumed he won't be back until later. She goes into their room and lays down in the bed. She tied her hair into a messy bun.

~A couple hours later~

Lucy wakes up in the middle of the night. The door to Natsu and her room opens. Its natsu. She can smell the booze coming off of him already. He wobbly walks to the bathroom. He takes a shower and then he deserves out in some boxers. He's shirtless. Lucy has seen him like this many times. But she always blushes all the time. " You know... " He started. He walks closer to the bed. He climbs on. " You look really hot today " He finished. He holds her close to him. Playing with her hair. He's never really shown this soft compassionate side to her before. It's kinda nice. He hugged her, her head close to his chest. " I wont let go " He said softly. Lucy's heart starts to flutter. Natsu barely talks to her. But now all of a sudden he's saying all these things to her. It's nice. She's never heard it before. She smiled and fell asleep in his arms. Like it should be with a regular and loving couple. Maybe there actually is hope for her to get Natsu to love her back. And to make her feel important to him.

~The next morning~

Natsu wakes up to lucy in his arms. He was feeling a bit sick. He would never let Lucy know that.
