Six years later,

A school bus stopped inside a locality. The conductor wearing Khaki colored clothes got down first and then the children. Amongst them, the youngest of them, a girl looked very excited. She smiled widely at the conductor uncle. She pushed past by all the students and dashed into the elevator. Many children of her age fear using the elevator alone but her, she is brave.

A middle-aged man got into the elevator with her. He smiled at her as she pressed the button and

She pushed aside her soft curls that dangled in front of her eyes and smiled broadly at the man.

'Hello Rey, seems like someone has springs in their sole.' The man said amusedly. Rey nodded happily.

'Yes, Uncle. I am very happy today.' She gushed excitedly.

'Aunty!' Rey called a passing by aunty and requested her that she rang the doorbell for her. The woman smiled at the adorable girl and rang the doorbell. She also waited for someone to open the door.

Soon, a young woman opened the door.

'Mamma!' Rey gushed and hugged her mother tightly.

'My Bacha.' Anah caressed her curly mane and admired her lovingly. The women passed each other a smile and then Anah took Rey inside.

'Where is Daddy, Mamma?' The little girl asked curiously.

'In the room with your brother.' Anah answered untying Rey's tie.

'Come with me, Mamma.' Rey doesn't let her mother finish, she held her mother's hand and tugged her arm. Anah wondered what it is that has made her little baby so excited.

'Daddy!' Rey entered the room. She smiled at her father who sat on the bed beside her one- year old brother. Rey hurried to him.

'My princess.' Reyhan scooped her in his arms and placed her on his lap. Anah entered the room, she stood by the door and smiled watching the father-daughter duo. They always make her very emotional.

Though Reyhan is not Rey's biological father he has never let it show, not even once. He behaved with Rey like her own father. Looking at them Anah realized blood doesn't matter as much as someone's love does. At times Anah thinks about Rey's actual father, Ejaz, but never contacted him. He too respected her and stood by his words.

Of course, Rey doesn't know any of this. Reyhan and Anah mutually decided to tell her everything once she becomes sensible enough to understand everything.

'Mamma.' Rey's overzealous voice brought Anah back to reality. She smiled at her daughter. Rey opened her bag and fished out her report card.

'See Daddy. I got an A in everything, everything.' She showed it to her father with pride. She kept stuffing the report on his face. Anah had to sternly warn her. She pouted and retracted.

Reyhan felt his chest puff with pride looking at his daughter's report card.

'See, Aahil, your sister has scored so well.' Rey teased her baby brother. But Aahil seemed to not care as he kept snuggling into the pillow. Rey made a face but Reyhan distracted her by complimenting her. Rey was on cloud nine hearing her father's compliment.

She hugged her father tightly. Reyhan patted her shoulders and looked up at Anah. He noticed tears in her eyes and frowned. Anah smiled and quickly left the room.

Anah walked into the living room and stood holding the back of the sofa. Tears rolled down her cheeks, happy tears.

'Hey.' She quickly wiped her tears when she felt Reyhan's soft palm on her shoulder. She looked up at him. He looked at her concerned. He asked her if everything was alright. Anah felt a loss of words. She hugged him tightly.

She can't thank her mouse enough for whatever he has done for her and Rey. So, she hugs him to convey her gratitude and express her love.

Reyhan knew this by now. He smiled hugging her, his chin resting on top of her head.

'I love you, Mouse.' Anah confessed.

Reyhan broke their hug and looked at her, she smiled at him. He cupped her cheeks and kissed her forehead.

'I love you too, Anu.' He confessed. Even after so many years of their marriage yet whenever he looked at her this way and confessed his love, Anah feels her heart fluttering like crazy.

'Come, let us celebrate our daughter's success. She is very intelligent like her Daddy.' Reyhan said with a smile. Anah smiled shaking her head.

'No, she is intelligent like her mother.' Anah countered him.

Reyhan then informed her about how he had always scored more than her in exams. When Anah realized she is losing the argument she made a sad face and Reyhan accepted, - 'Okay, you are more smart and intelligent.'

Anah giggled and kissed his cheek. Reyhan smiled. Anah then held his hand and took him to their rooms where their kids are.

Anu and Mouse were very happy with their family of three. Them and their daughter, Rey. But with Aahil's birth, their family finally got completed.

Complete Happy Family of Anu and Mouse, the two lovers also best friends forever; bff.
