'Sir, may I ask you something?' Anah looked at him apprehensively.

Ejaz gave a small nod and she shifted little, 'Have I done something wrong? To upset you? Why have you been ignoring me since coming to Goa.' She asked softly

Looking at her sad innocent eyes Ejaz felt guilty. 

He shook his head. Anah felt relieved as he smiled at her. He placed his other palm over hers and Anah stared into his eyes, her gaze unmoved.

'Can we talk about it once you are done with dinner?' he asked and Anah nodded. Ejaz patted her palm and stood up, 'I am in the backyard by the pool side.' He said. Anah smiled as he turned around and walked away.
