Recap: Sid and Yami have a conversation as she thank him.

Sid returned home and saw Yami waiting for him as usual. They had dinner together and when they returned to their room Yami slept immediately as she was hell tired after working for a long time on the gift orders. Sid sat watching her face which brought a smile on his face. He caressed her cheeks and kissed her forehead gently without disturbing her and laid next to her.

Sid Mv: I love you Yami, Wish I could tell this to you soon and you will reciprocate my love.

Next day Vijaya informed Sid and Yami to attend one of the wedding reception of their relatives as they are newly wed couple in the family and most of the relatives would expect them. Sid agreed to return early and left to cafe while Yami stayed home working on the gift orders. 

Nivedha woke up and saw Vimal getting ready for office standing before the mirror.

Nive: Vimal, there is a party today evening. Its my friend's birthday party please join me. It won't be good if I go alone now. All my friends would be there.

Vimal: Sure, I will come...when did you return last night ?

Nive: I was stuck with work and return early morning. I just woke up to infom you about the party. I will not be working today. I got to go to the salon to get ready for the party. See you in the evening.

Vimal nodded his head and left to his office after having breakfast. Day passed quickly and by evening Sid returned home leaving Parth to take care of the cafe in his place. He saw Yami was ready in purple gown with matching pearl ornaments. Her hair was set free to oneside.

Sid took a good view of her and moved behind her. Yami watched him looking at her through the mirror. 

Yami: Why are you looking like you are seeing me for the first time ?

Sid: Ofcourse I have seen you for years but I seeing my wife today who looks extra gorgeous. Looks like I have to protect you from eyes rather than enjoy the function. Can you change into something which will make you look less beautiful ? Again its a problem. You look too good and stunning in anything you wear. My bad to get a beautiful wife.

Sid shook his head as if what he said was nothing and entered the washroom with a smirk. Meanwhile Yami was still in daze on hearing his words.

Yami: Did he really call me his wife and said I m beautiful ? Was he flirting with me ? Oh my god did he real do that ?

She raised her fist in air and twirled in excitement which didn't go miss from Sid's eyes who was peeked from the washroom. Yami picked a twinning outfit for Sid and laid on the bed before leaving the room to let him ready.

 Vimal entered the home and saw Yami ready and looking at the closed door of their room in the first floor.

Vim: Any special occasion ?

Yami: Me and Sid are going to a wedding reception of my relative. Sid is getting ready but how come you are so early and why is your face so pale. Are you ok ?

Vim: Nivedha had to attend some party of her friend so I m early to join her. About my health I m ok, just a little tired. 

Yami: Take care...Nive is not at home. She went to salon.

Vim: hmm, she messaged me to pick her on way.

Before she could speak further Sid reached and saw Vimal. He cleared his throat and Yami eyed him to speak to Vimal. Sid turned to Vimal but on looking at him he felt bad.

Sid: What happen to you ? Why do you look so awful ?

Vim: See, finally my brother has eyes for me. I m good Sid, just little tired.

Sid touched his forehead and felt hot against his palm.

Sid: You have fever....Yami get the tablet for him. Where is mom, call her..

Vimal's eyes brimmed with tears finally getting his brother and looking at his care and concern.

Vim: Sid, I have tablet in my room. Its not big thing.. You both carry on before it is late. I will take care. Have a good time both of you..go now..

Sid and Yami nodded and left home for the reception. Vimal reached his room and laid for a few minutes feeling extreme tired.

Vim: Vimal, get ready for the party. She might feel bad if you don't go and it will be a good chance to talkt to her after the party. Fix everything today.

He quickly got ready and searched for tablet but before that he received a call from Nivedha that she was waiting at salon. He left home without taking the tablets and picked her from the salon. She was dressed in a knee length sleeveless gown.

Vim: You look beautiful Nive....

Nive: Thank you.. you look good too. Shall we go. Its late already.

They drove to the party venue and Nivedha was engulfed in a hug by her friends. After few minutes of excitment Nivedha introduced Vimal to her friends. As the party started Nivedha dragged Vimal along as she walked from one person to other. Being an introvert Vimal felt left out. Adding to his introvert nature his fever was now severe and he tried to get her attention few times but she was too busy in her friends that she excused from Vimal and joined her group.

Vimal sat rubbing his face as he felt terrible with increasng head ache. He held Nivedha's hand excusing from her friends to a corner.

Vim: Nive, shall we leave.. I m not feeling good.

Nive: Ohh, but I met all my friends after a long time. Will you be ok if I return later. My friends will drop me home.

Vimal gave a smile and left the party. When he returned home Sid and Yami were already present in home having dinner.

Vim: You guys didn't go for the reception ?

Sid: We were there but they were looking at me like some alien. I felt very uncomfortable.

Madhu: whats wrong in that ? It is natural for people to look at the groom and bride. And this girl decided to return home because he was feeling uncomfortable. What would they all think..? What children has god given me ?

Yami: Maa, he really felt uncomfortable. How could we stay there ?

Madhu: So what ? Atleast you should have stayed for little time or atleast you both should have had dinner there. 

Yami: Maa, behave like a mother in law sometimes. I brought him back because he was not comfortable. Instead of appreciating you are ranting from the moment we came back. 

Madhu huffed and turned to Vimal. She dropped the laddle from her hand and gasped in shock.

Madhu: Deii ennada achu..yen ippadi irukke ? ( What happened ? Why are you like this ?)

Sid: did you take the tablet ?

Yam: Don't lie that you took...your condition says clearly...I will call the doctor, he doesn't look good. Sid you take him to his room.

Madhu and Sid took him to his room and Yami called for the doctor. Since it was late Yami boiled milk for him and doctor gave injection for his fever. Madhu sat by his side on the bed and Yami stood behind Sid. Sid was gritting his teeth looking at Vimal's condition and the fact that Nive had left him on his own at this condition. He was hell angry on vimal on putting his life into this situation and partly anger on himself for being a reason behind everything happened.

Vim: Maa, I will be fine you should all go back to sleep. I will be fine in the morning.

Sid: We will leave once you are asleep. 

His tone was sharp yet vimal smiled as he knew the care and love behind his words. Madhu raked her finers through his hair and soon he was asleep. They closed the door behind them and retired to their rooms. 

By morning Vimal felt good and he was having walking in the garden when a car stopped before their gate. Nivedha got down  and bade bye to the person with a smile and entered the home.

Vimal walked inside and Nivedha followed him. Both were stopped by Madhu.

Madhu: Vimal, how are you feeling now ?

Nive: what happened to him ?

Madhu: He was burning with fever yesterday. We called the doctor and gave him injection. How are you feeling now Vimal ?

Vim: I m feeling good maa, What is there to worry when I have loving family to take care of me.

He didn't stop further and left to his room followed by Nivedha. As soon as they entered the room Vimal closed the door, good for them it was sound proof now.

Nive: Vimal, you could have told me you were having a fever ?

Vim: I have never voiced out my pain or problems to anyone but my family understand even if I myself made distant from them. You know what you were the first person I talked about a problem that too the one which changed all our lives today.

Nive: Where is this conversation going now ? 

Vim: Nive, we should talk. A real talk... We made very clear that we both will give our full into this marriage but looks like now only I m the one who is trying. What is the problem ?

Nive: you tell me what is the problem ? I mean we were good few days but I don't see you getting out of your guilt. All I see is your constant worry for your brother Sid and best friend Yami who never turned a sight towards you.

Vim: Don't play this blame game now. What is wrong if I worry for my brother and Yami. It is not like I never gave my attention to you then why do yo bring them in our talks ?

Nive: Are you sure you don't have feelings for Yamini ?

Vim: What rubbish ? I made very clear that it was nothing more than the feel of being friend with her and Sid too so please stop with this and for god sake she is married to my brother.

Nive: Then why does your eyes never leave her from what she is doing ?

Vim: It is because I have never seen Yamini being so responsible and mature. I have always seen her being very playful, playing pranks and pulling Sid's leg but now I see her behaving like a responsible wife. I see her doing every chores for Sid not that she didn't do it before but now she does like a wife does for her husband which made me curious and I admire that because I m very sure that she loves Sid and I m happy for that. 

Nive: Doing the chores for husband doesn't define the love between them Vimal so what is there to admire in that ? I m sure there is more bottled up in you..spill it because changes were not only from me but from you too so what stopped you from being normal with me ?

Vim: Fine, I m a practical man and ofcourse don't believe and expect a wife to do her husband's chores but its not bad to expect my wife to be with me sharing atleast one meal a day, What is wrong if I expected my wife to ask if I had my food or is it wrong if I feel bad that my wife couldn't see the suffering. Yesterday when I was back home everyone Maa, Sid and Yamu too saw that I was not feeling well but you couldn't see me suffering. Its not like I fall ill everytime. 

Infact I came over to the party for you Nive..only for you but you couldn't even see the pain I was going through. Atleast you could have accompanied me back home when I said I m not doing good but you chose to stay with your friends. When I was back home I couldn't manage myself and everyone took care of me last night.

Nive: Are you comparing me with Yamini because we are not same in anyway. I m a businesswoman and have more responsibilities than her.

Vim: I have never stopped you from your business though we are from the same industry. I m not comparing you to her because I know you cannot be her and she cannot be you. All I ask from you is some attention towards me but after listening to you I undertsood that you misunderstood me with Yamini and second unknowingly I might have made you feel insecure and I m sorry for that. I m registering now you are my wife and hold more important place in my life and I m trying best in this relationship. If you have any problem with me please talk to me and lets fix this. I will be happy that we are both into this marriage.

Nive: I m not bad Vimal...

Vimal: I know Nive...

He cupped her face and kissed her forehead gently..

Nive: I need time...I will be fine...I m sorry too. Please forgive me. We will talk out issues in future. 

Vimal nodded his head giving her a smile and both got ready for office.

A/N:

Don't  feel bad for giving more attention to Vimal and Nive because they will play their role in bringing Sid and Yami together so now they have talked their issues we will focus on the soon to be love birds.
