Haadi's POV

We are in NY but my mind and heart is still in london i don't know what happen to me but i always think about hania, her smile her blinking eyes her tears her beautiful face her red nose her plump lips everything was reminding me of her.

Even whole journey i was thinking about her. She doesn't leave my mind for a second i am just tired now. I have to do something to forget about her.

Zoya came inside my room and asked me to join her for a coffee, we both were like talking and laughing while remembering our childhood and pranks we both use to do on everyone, childhood was a fun.

I think i got a good distraction from hania i almost forget about her, Until i am here i have to be with zoya so that i can forget about hania. Yes i have to do this i thought....

It was midnight and we were still talking and laughing when my doll got up from bed angry as we were disturbing her sleep, she was about to go out but hold her hand and said you go to sleep even i am also sleepy so i said good night to both and left.

Everyone was having breakfast early today because today is haldi ceremony and all preparations have to be done till evening, i couldn't sleep as someone was always there on mind to disturb me... Ughhhh it is just irritating me and i am frustrated now.

After breakfast everyone went to do there work which was given by bade papa to them even i have to look after the caterers food and stage decoration but i will do that after giving this breakfast to my doll she must be sleeping, i go and wake her up..

I knocked her room zoya opened the room and was surprised to see me with breakfast, "Wow thank you so much for the breakfast" she was about to take from my hand but i suddenly said no and her face frowned, "I am sorry zoya but this is for my doll, you tell me what do you have in breakfast and i will bring it for you" i said to which she smiled and said no need i was just joking come in she is still sleeping.

Good morning doll i said as soon as she open her eyes Good Morning bhai she said with a big smile, here is your breakfast now come on get up go and freshen up and have it, i have some work to do i said and she gave a nod.

I was in lawn decorating stage with flowers when zoya came with 2 cups of coffee she gave one to me we started sipping coffee after that she started helping me, we completed everything before lunch.

After lunch i went to check up on my little sister but she was nowhere i got scared where is she? I asked mom instead of telling me she dragged me inside a room where dad was already there, Haadi we need to talk dad said and i gave a nod to go ahead. He took a deep sigh and said "Haadi i wanted to know do you like zoya?"

What? I asked him... I asked you did you like zoya? She is a good friends of yours i have seen it already he said.. yeah but what's the matter? "I know what is going to come i wasn't ready for this. I know she is beautiful and nice girl but someone already is in my mind.. but she can't be yours my mind mocked me". Haadi tell me what is your decision dad asked me and then i came to senses, i asked him regarding what then suddenly mom said don't ask him hamza just declare your decision.

What decision? Mom dad hold on i said please tell me again what you said earlier, mom said you are getting engaged to zoya tomorrow after subhan' nikah..

Mom dad you didn't ask me before and now when you all have fixed everything already just declaring me.. Zoya is just my friend i never thought her in that way and what if i love someone else what will you do now you should have asked me before fixing this i said and mom's eyes widened and dad was shocked.

"Do you love someone mom asked me i took a deep breath and said no mom but what if i was really in love with someone else you should always ask your kids decision first mom, i want sometime to think about this i said and they both said ok. I was leaving room when mom said sana is in backyard talking to her bestie i nodded and left.

I headed towards the backyard when i heard her talking excitedly i smiled and went near her back was facing me she was happy and then she said something that made me stop on track, "I didn't knew that you are crazily in love with Shams bhai, How could you keep this secret away from us you crazy girl, I never thought that this day will come so early and after tomorrow you will be someone else. I wish i was there with you right now" she was continuosly talking to her friend but i couldn't take this so i went directly to my room.

I was laying on bed and thinking about hania, she love someone else she can never be mine she is going to someone else tomorrow... Oh my Allah, this is the reason they were saying that this weekend is so special for them even shayan sir invited me to come home but i refused saying that i have to attend a wedding in NY.

I was restless just thinking about her with someone else.. i lost her already i thought, but she was never mine i have to stop thinking about her and move on in life. I will say yes to this proposal but before that i have to talk to zoya and know about her decision and what is in her heart.

I freshen up and came down to see that lots of guests have arrived, i greet everyone and now talking to my cousins. I wanted to talk to zoya so i left from there towards her room i knocked her door and sana opened the door and peeked her head out, Bhai what happen? Do you want anything? What do i say now.. uh! i came to meet you.. can i come in?

Her eyes widened, something is fishy is she hiding something or someone? Oh no no my baby doll you are too small i thought and got angry..

I want to come in i said strictly, but bhai i am cha..nging she stuttered and now i have to go in, Get your clothes and go inside walk in closet and change i want to come in i said and her eyes widened. But bhai... She was saying when i shut her up and she said wait here for 2 seconds and then come in i gave a nod.

I heard a door opening and closing noise from inside so i went inside and was shocked to see a group of girls doing there makeup some of them wearing jewellry and some are doing there hair, i felt so shame to judge my own sister i trust her but... so i turned and ran out before sana kill me..

I went to my room got ready as soon as possible and came out in lawn, lawn was shinning with lights bade papa asked us to bring subhan bhai out so we went to bring him then we took him on stage. I saw zoya standing with a group of girls and smiled to which she smiled back, i was standing on stage but i can feel her eyes on me i turned to see her looking at me so i winked at her and step down.

She was looking beautiful today so i whispered in her ear "You are looking beautiful zoya, Meet me in your room after function is over".

Function was going smoothly everyone was having fun i saw sana and she was enjoying and teasing subhan bhai and bhabhi, while my eyes went on zoya who was already looking at me with a smile and i smiled back. If i have to forget hani i have to get involve with zoya.

After function i went to her room and was waiting for her to come, she came and stand beside me i turned towards her smiling. "Is Everything fine haadi you want to say something" she asked me but i was just looking at her thinking that may be she is the one but i felt a bit uneasy.

"Mom and dad wanted us to get engaged by tomorrow after Subhan bhai's nikah", i said and her eyes widened, So what did you say she asked me.

"I wanted to know what is in your heart first, i said. So tell me what did you answer i asked her, She said "Yes.

I thought for a second and then held her hand and said yes to her. We both smiled, after few seconds i asked her are you ok with engagement tomorrow? She just nodded may be she has dream of having big ceremony.

"Our marriage will be grand" i said. Promise she asked me and i said yes promise.

We were standing there holding each others hand when i asked her do u like but before i say anything she confess her feelings, "I like you haadi i really like you actually i love you, i don't know when i fall for you but yes i do". Suddenly i got nervous listening her confession but i am not in love not atleast now.

I smiled nodding and said even i like you, she smiled suddenly we heard someone clear her throat we both turned back and saw sana standing near the door with shock face, i got nervous leaving zoya's hand i went towards her but stopped in my track when i saw disappointment in her eyes for me.. oh no...

She sat on bed without saying anything i sat beside her but she was looking at zoya then i asked zoya to give us some space and she understood and went out.

I was about to something when she said rudely "Bhai you also leave i am tired and want to sleep in peace". I was looking at her, her face was red as if she was controlling her anger or tears, Doll please listen to me i said then she looked at me and whispered bhai i want to sleep please leave and alone tear came out of her eye she wiped it instantly.

You don't like zoya? I asked her and she looked at me with red eyes but didn't say anything. I saw her face turned pale and hands cold she was breathing heavily, doll are you ok i asked her and now she nodded. She has low BP issue from childhood that's why we don't give her stress. But now she is in stress because of me, did i took a wrong decision! What do i do now..

"I don't like her but i don't hate her" finally she said, i took a deep sigh. I hold her hand in mine and said "Doll all elders have decided that we get engaged tomorrow after subhan bhai's nikah" she didn't say anything but a gave a nod.

"You are happy" she asked me and i smiled and said "Yes i am happy then she said if you are happy then i am happy for you".

I was relaxed she understand me but she was silent i asked her why you don't like zoya, she said i like her as cousin but not as my bhabhi. She is different from you and we usually don't talk much so i don't know anything about her. I never imagined her as my bhabhi she whispered last part.

Authors POV

Haadi said good night to her doll she nodded then Sana's phone popped a message from Hania saying "Good night Jaan have sweet sweet dreams of your prince charming"😘 she smiled with teary eyes but haadi saw shine in her eyes which was missing few seconds ago,

Haadi got jealous with this girl he thought only he can make her doll happy..

Haadi was jealous, irritated, frustrated and angery with Hania, because of her he is restless from last 2days, seeing Sana restless after reading her message he is hating her more.

Sana was replying to hania and haadi was just sitting beside her looking what she is replying, "Good night to you too meri jaan sleep tight, i am missing you so much right now. Ps- Don't forget to send me pictures of tomorrow function, i want to see Shams bhai". Haadi's blood boiled seeing that message..

Sana was so engrossed in chatting with friend, she didn't notice her brother who was still sitting beside her. Haadi wanted to confirm something so he asked her sister, "Doll, why were you asking for the pictures and that too of some other boy? Sana replied innocently its just because Shams bhai is going to be my Jiju soon she smiled happily.. Ok now sleep don't take stress haadi said to which sana nodded.
