Sid: Avneet, we both believe strongly in rituals, pooja and everything, so we both should give a chance to this marriage. 

Avu: Yeah, so we'll sign the marriage papers. But divorce? Are we going to be bound together forever or divorce? 

Sid: Let's give it a chance for one year, till then we'll know each other well enough, then we'll see whether we can be together or not. It's no different from arrange marriage, today we saw each other for the first time immediately after our marriage. 

Avu: Hmm. And about family? My family is just my younger brother and elder cousin sister.

Avu: Neend nahi aa rahi bas. { Just not sleepy.} 

Vaish: Hmm. Bahar chalegi thodi der? { Hmm. Will you come out for sometime?}

They both were walking outside. 

Vaish: Avu, mujhe kuch batana tha. { Avu, I had to say something.}

Avu: Hmm? 

Vaish: Mai actually kisiko pasand karti thi. Uska naam Aarav hai. { I used to like someone. His name is Aarav.}

Avu: Aarav, yeh aapke college mein tha na? { Aarav, he was in your college right?}

Vaish: Ha, hum same company mein kaam karte hai. { Yes, we work in the same company.}

Avu: Aap dono dost ho? { Are you both friends?}

Vaish: Ha, par utne ache bhi nahi. Bas kabhi kabaar baat kar lete hai. { Yeah, but not that good friends. We just talk sometimes.}

Avu: Toh aage kya phir? { So what next?}

Vaish: Aage kuch bhi nahi. Mujhe kabhi aisa mehsoos nahi hota hai ki usse pyaar karti hu ya kabhi karungi. Ek tarah se bas ek crush tha jo bhi gaya. { Nothing after that. I never felt like I love him or will ever do. In a way it was just a crush which is also not there anymore.}

Avu: Toh isme problem kya hai? { What is the problem in this?}

Vaish: Problem yeh hai ki uska kehna hai ki woh mujhse pyaar karta hai, mujhe propose kara tha. Ab samajh nahi aa raha kya karu. Mai ha na kuch bhi bol paati, usse pehle hi mere expressions dekh kar usne bol diya ki mai jitna chahe wakt le sakti hu. Mujhe kuch samajh nahi aa raha. { The problem is that he says he loves me, he had proposed me. I don't know what to do. Vaish smiled finally having a solution to her problem. After talking about random things they returned to their rooms and went to sleep. Meanwhile even Sid couldn't sleep, he had the fear of unknown future he and Avu will have. They both got into the relationship and everything is going fine so far, but this relationship even scared him. Though months had passed by, these questions won't stop troubling them. Had they made the correct decision? Is hiding it from family ok or should they say it to at least one of the family members? Their relationship is neither toxic or forced nor does it have love, then on what basis should they continue or break it? He was thinking all this not realising Abhi woke up. 

Abhi: Chote. 

Sid: Dada, aap jag rahe ho? { Dada, you are awake?}

Abhi: Kuch minute pehle hi neend khuli. Kya hua, kaha khoya hua hai? { Woke up few minutes back. What happened, where are you lost?}

Sid: Kuch nahi. Mujhe kuch puchna tha. { Nothing. I wanted to ask something.}

Abhi: Hmm 

Sid: Agar maa aapki kisi ladki se shadi karwati hai jisse aap pyaar nahi karte, shayad use jante bhi nahi ho toh? Ladki achi hai, par aap dono mein pyaar nahi hai, aur pata nahi kabhi hoga ya nahi, bas dosti ho jaati hai shaadi ke baad. { If maa gets to married to a girl whom you don't love, maybe don't even know her, then? The girl is good, but you both don't love each other, and you don't know whether it will ever be there, you both just become friends after marriage.}

Abhi just smiled. 

Abhi: Isliye mai bolta hu ki tu aur chutki ek jaise ho kayi maamlo mein. { That's why I say you and chutki are same in many ways.}

Sid: Chutki? 

Abhi: Ha, tujhe yaad nahi? Woh orphanage waali. { Yes, you don't remember? The orphanage girl.}

Sid: Ha ab yaad aaya. { Yeah, I remembered now.}

Abhi: Acha ab tu soja, late ho gaya hai. Good night. { Ok now you sleep, it is late. Good night.}

Sid: Good night. 

Abhi kissed his forehead and turned off the light before going to sleep.
