Ending

Today, all of the couple will meet and talk about their relationships. Today, they will decide whether they will stay married or not. They will talk about their ups and downs. After all of that, they will meet together and talk about this show, and how it has affected their lives.

~Merida and Hiccup~
The couple took a seat on a wooden stool in the meeting room. Behind them was a dark blue background and large, bright lights. Cameras were placed all around them, almost causing them to be claustrophobic. A plump woman sat in front of them, but not in the view of the camera. She seemed in her late thirties. "Alright, let's begin." She sighed.

She picked up her papers, sorting them into order. "So, Merida and Hiccup, what has been your best moments in the past year?" She asked. The couple looked at each other, deciding what to say.

"I think one of my favorite moments was when we took our trip to Hawaii." Merida smiled as she placed her hand over Hiccup's.

"Why?" The woman persisted, wanting more details for the story. The couple looked at each other and smiled.

"Well, it was the weekend he told me he loved me." Merida grinned. Love was written all over her face. Everyone could tell that she had fallen head over heels for him. She loved everything about him.

"Yeah," Hiccup blushed as he rubbed the back of his neck. He was only slightly embarrassed from that moment. He should have planned it better. "Actually, I think my favorite part was when we took that trip, just the two of us." Hiccup smiled, changing the subject.

"Ooo! Yes. That was great! Hiccup and I are huge nature enthusiasts so that was a perfect "date" if that's what you want to call it." Merida exclaimed as she happily laid her hand on his thigh.

"Or going on walks with the dogs. Those are always fun." Hiccup added. Whenever they took those morning, evening, or even night walks, they always learned something new about the other.

"And when we took the boys to go get a tree. Aww, that was a lot of fun! But it was even funnier watching you try to drag the tree back to the car." Merida snorted as she slapped her knee. The memory made her almost tear up again.

"Yes, I think the crowd will admit, those were some very nice Mericcup memories," The plump woman softly chuckled. Merida and Hiccup raised their eyebrows, confused by what she was talking about. "Mericcup, that's the ship name they've made for you." She clarified.

"Well, I guess you learn something new everyday." Hiccup smiled. The contestants weren't allowed to know what the fans thought about them so that this really was an experiment. They didn't want fans influencing them to stay together or divorce.

"Not if you're Hiccup, you already know everything." Merida teased and she flipped her long, fire colored hair over her shoulder. He rolled his eyes and scoffed.

"We've been through this, I don't know everything." He chuckled. The woman cleared her throat, pulling the flirtatious couple back to the topic.

"Now, as I was going to say. What were your downs?" She asked. The couple looked at each. They tried to think of their worst moments together.

"I guess we kind of had a rough start." Merida softly chuckled. She looked her husband, wondering if he felt the same way. He shrugged his shoulders and nodded his head

"Well, that's one way to word it. I thought the marriage would never work," He confessed. Merida elbowed him in the side, unhappy with how he worded it. "Well, it's true! I had to clean up after you. I felt more like a maid than a spouse."

"Please, you couldn't be my maid for three hours." Merida replied as she crossed her arms over her chest. She was a little messy, but he didn't have to do everything.

"You're right, I was your maid for three weeks!" He fired back. Merida scoffed and rolled her eyes, he was being over dramatic. Merida didn't want to talk about it.

"You know, I really hated when you forced me to go on that dinner date with that blonde monster." Merida spoke, trying to change the subject. She absolutely hated Astrid. Merida couldn't help but feel like she had to be on guard when she was around.

"Please, that wasn't even her worst. Astrid can be way more intimidating." Hiccup huffed. Merida smiled and pointed at Hiccup. She never said her name and yet he knew who she was taking about.

"I never said it was Astrid!" Merida exclaimed. Hiccup immediately started fumbling over his words, unsure what to say as a comeback. He had no excuse. "Don't worry Hiccup, that's who I was taking about." Merida smiled.

"Honestly, that woman scares me. If anyone was going to kill me in my sleep, it would be her." Hiccup replied, glad that they were on the same page again. Astrid was very fierce, making Hiccup nervous at times.

Suddenly, two buttons were placed onto the couples laps. They had a green one and a red one. A divided was placed between them. Before they could protest, the plump woman spoke up. "I'm going to ask you two a very easy question and you must answer honestly. Green means yes and red means no. If one of you disagrees, we have to go with the person who answered no. I will say it slow and clearly. Do you understand?" She questioned.

Immediately, they slammed their green buttons. The woman rolled her eyes. "I didn't mean to use them yet." She mumbled. The couple tried to contain their laughter, each one having the same idea. "Now, do you two want to stay married?" She interrogated. The couple looked down at there buttons.

Hiccup's thoughts began to run through his mind. Did he want to stay with the redhead? She was bossy, pushy, and childish. But she was always kind, adventurous, and well, his true love. She was the first person he connected with. Sure they've had their ups and downs, but that's how a relationship is. Hiccup slammed the green button.

Merida's fingers trembled, unsure what to click. She heard Hiccup's buzzer go off, making her anxious. What if he didn't want to be with her? Maybe she was too annoying or rough. But the thought that scared her the most was that if he actually wanted to be with her. No one has actually seemed interested in Merida. How was she supposed to act if they were officially married? Merida closed her eyes and listened to her heart. It seemed to work the first time. She pushed her button.

"Congratulations, you two are officially staying married. You have both agreed to this commitment. Now if you two plan on getting divorced later in life, you can not come back to us for help. You are officially on your own. Good luck." She declared as she stood up from her chair. She walked out of the room, listening to them gobble about the surprise. Honestly, everyone knew they would get married. They were perfect. She thought as she excused herself from the room. After all, she was their biggest fan.

~Anna and Kristoff~
"Oo! This is exciting." Anna smiled as she took a seat on a office chair. It had wheels on the bottom, tempting her to spin in a circle. She looked at her husband, unsure what to do.

He rolled his eyes, knowing exactly what she was thinking. "You can spin." He chuckled. She stuck out her tongue, giving herself a huge push off the ground. She spin faster and faster. She eventually held her hands up and brought her feet to her chest.

She was spinning and spinning until something stopped her. She looked up the arm, meeting a stern face. He looked annoyed. "Please, ma'am. Can we get this done?" He asked.

"Oh. Sure." She mumbled and she fixed herself. She probably looked crazy. What adult woman spins in a rolling chair? The interviewer sat in front of them, his glasses pushed against his face. He seemed in his early forties, but he acted like he was eighty.

"Now. We're here to talk about Kristanna," he began. Immediately, Kristoff and Anna broke out into laughter. What kind of name was that? When they realized that he wasn't laughing along, they stopped and apologized. "Anyways, what were your ups?" He questions.

They looked at each other and smiled. They had lots of fun together. If they could pick a perfect soul mate, they couldn't have asked for a better partner. "Well, I think my favorite part was when we brought the pets together." Anna smiled.

"I totally thought that Sven would attack Olaf. Never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed for them to be best friends," Kristoff added, nodding his head in agreement. "Ooo! I also liked when you bought me that car!" He awed.

"Oh yeah! Then we went for a drive with Jack and Elsa. That was so much fun! I also liked when we went to meet your parents and family. They were so sweet, but there's a lot of them." Anna laughed. She never had that many family members in one place, let alone from the immediate family. It was a lot of fun.

"How about when we had everyone over for New Years Eve? Then we had that bet if Rap's baby was a girl or a boy and you lost!" Kristoff laughed, pointing at Anna. She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms.

"Everyone was wrong but you and Eugene. You two just got lucky." Anna teased. The couple laughed, thinking about that day. That was a lot of fun.

"Anyways. We should really talk about your downs now." The interviewer grumbled. The couple looked at each other and shrugged. Who spit in his coffee this morning?

"Sure, I guess," Kristoff began. "We had a rough day when you were supposed to wash the dishes." He shrugged his shoulders. He didn't really like talking about the negatives. It was liking picking at a scabbed wound. It was almost healed and forgotten, but now you're going to make it start the process all over again.

"I told you, I'm obsessed with Netflix. Once I start a show, I can't stop watching it. I need to know everything about it." She exclaimed, slapping the back of her hand towards him. She was an extreme hand talker.

"Yes, but it's basically an addiction for you. I personally don't think it's very healthy for you to lounge on the couch and watch movies all day long." Kristoff answered. Anna hardly went outside when she had the day off, and it worried Kristoff. He grew up believing that if you won't doing anything productive inside, you should be outside.

"Okay, okay. I know, I know. But at least that night it turned out okay. I learned how to play your guitar and listened to you sing to Sven." Anna smiled. She wanted it to be playfully again. She didn't like fighting with Kristoff.

"I think that's about it." Kristoff nodded, thinking that they covered all of their fights. He couldn't really remember fighting with the ginger. He was pretty easy going and she liked to get her way a lot.

"No, remember you two fought on Black Friday." The interviewer reminded. The couple looked at each other and laughed. That was a memory that couldn't forget.

"Oh yeah. Kristoff complained the whole time, I was super cranky, Elsa just wanted to get everything done, and Jack just goofed off." Anna giggled. The thought of all of them looking for Christmas gifts at the same time made her smile.

"Oh god. Jack took a picture of you and from there everything snowballed, no pun intended, and somehow we ended up in mall jail." He laughed. The interviewer grumbled and snapped his pencil. He was supposed to get a fight out of them, but the couple was too happy. Downs wasn't going to work.

He pushed their chairs to opposite side, with a wall in between them. They began to shout, upset with his sudden actions. "I'm going to ask you two a very easy question and you must answer honestly. Green means yes and red means no. If one of you disagrees, we have to go with the person who answered no. I will say it slow and clearly. Do you understand?" He asked. The couple nodded their heads, confused.

"Now, do you two want to stay married?" He interrogated. The couple sat and wondered what to do. They seemed to get along well and get over their arguments. To be honest, they were just laughing about them right now. Before having any second thoughts, they slapped the big green button at the same time.

"Great. You two are officially married. Good luck and don't come back to the company if you want to get divorced later. Ciao." He spoke as he stood up from his chair. He started to walk out of the room, glad that they stayed together. They completed each other. They were his favorite couple. In all honesty, he wished this experience worked as well on him as it did for them. Two couples down and two more to go. Hopefully everyone made the right decisions.

~Rapunzel and Eugene~
The couple slowly walked into the room. Merida and Hiccup said that it was weird. They said that they had to talk about their relationship and Eugene and Rap were nervous about it. They took a seat on the wooden chairs.

A thin woman was seated in front of them, fixing her glasses. She ran her hand through her short blonde hair. She looked to be around their age. She checked a few things on her notebook, then seemed ready to begin. "Rapunzel and Eugene?" She asked as she smoothed out her navy blue skirt. The couple nodded their heads, not wanting to speak.

"Now, we would like to hear what you thought were your ups. Many fans back home have their personal favorites and we would like to see if any match up." She explained as she placed her pen against the notebook, ready to write their answers although they were being recorded.

"Well, I guess one of my favorite memories was when you took me out on that birthday date." Rapunzel began, taking a hold of Eugene's hand. Whenever she was feeling down, she would think of that moment and smile. It seemed to brighten her day.

"I liked when we went to your ex's apartment and I smashed him over the head with a frying pan. That guy was a total jackass." Eugene laughed. He couldn't believe that they snuck into his house and blackmailed him for their money and got away with it.

"Oh, and how could we forgot about Bastian? He has to be the best part of this whole experience!" Rapunzel awed as she waved her hand like a rainbow. She loved that little bundle of joy. To think, when she first found out she was pregnant she wanted to cry, now she was overjoyed with the little baby.

"Oh, definitely! I also liked when we went to Hawaii. That was pretty cool, despite being stuck in a room while you were hungover." Eugene teased, making Rapunzel laugh. She had forgot about that trip. That was the last time she got drunk. Maybe she should a girls night to celebrate not being pregnant anymore.

"Those were top chooses for Eugenzel," the interviewer laughed. She fixed her glasses, changing the page. She sat taller, looking at the couple. "Now, what were your downs?" She asked.

They looked at each other, unsure what to say. First off, what was Eugunzel? Secondly, where do they begin? They had plenty of fights caught on camera. "Well, I guess we had trouble when we first met," Rapunzel awkwardly chuckled. "Eugene didn't show up to the open house."

"Oh, God. Don't remind me. And then we fought about Cindy." He added. Rapunzel shuttered, thinking about what he said to her. She knew he didn't mean anything and was only mad, but that one stung.

"Nope, I don't like bringing that one up. Or how about when I told you that I invited your parents?" Rapunzel softly smiled. She looked somewhat sad, not liking talking about their mistakes.

"Or when we met my parents? That was even worse. Maybe we should just stop talking about the past." Eugene quickly stated. He hated talking about how much of a dick he was to her. He definitely changed in a year.

"Of course, they do bring back bad vibes, don't they?" She softly chuckled, tapping her papers on her leg. She reached over and pulled out two buttons for each spouse. She gently laid one on each other, place the green on their right and the red on their left.

"What are these for?" Rapunzel asked as she pointed to the objects. Before Eugene could add on, a divider came between, causing them to shout.

"Now, before you get your panties in a twist, let me explain. I'm going to ask you two a very easy question and you must answer honestly. Green means yes and red means no. If one of you disagrees, we have to go with the person who answered no. I will say it slow and clearly. Do you understand?" She questioned. Rapunzel pushed the green button as Eugene lifted his eyebrow.

"Would you two like to stay married?" She asked. The couple immediately slapped the green button, knowing exactly what they wanted. They didn't want Bastian growing up in different home, switching parents everyday.

Eugene and Rapunzel had grown intertwined with each other. She matured more, learning how to work with someone, letting someone else take the reins. She learned that life doesn't always go your way, but in the end, something great will come out of it. Eugene figured out how to get his life straight. If his mother hadn't forced him onto this show, he would probably be still out there stealing, smoking, drinking, and who knows what else. He's still learning how to tell what he's feeling to Rap, but he's gotten better.

"Yay! You two are officially married! Good luck with little Bastian! Oh, and if you two later on in life want a divorce, you can't come to the company for it. This was your only chance. Have fun with your baby and stay healthy! Bye!" She cheerfully waved as she exited the room. She loved watching that couple on TV. They were her goals. She was their biggest fan. She just hoped they would stay together.

~Elsa and Jack~
They entered the room, taking a seat in the soft office chair. As soon as he sat down, Jack began to spin in a circle, trying to make himself dizzy. Elsa just rolled her eyes and watched her cheer as he went faster. Elsa had learned in the past year that there was no stopping Jack.

Their interviewer came in with a cup of coffee in his hand. He place his pens neatly on the table beside him and organized all of his papers. He was in a suit, looking very professional. He looked to be younger than them, about in his early twenties. Elsa softly kicked Jack, making him stop spinning.  The interviewer took a deep breath and slowly let it go. He looked stressed. "Elsa and Jackson Frost?" He asked.

"Yes." Elsa replied. She was used to being interviewed, so he didn't imitate her. If anything, he was making her less nervous. He seemed rushed so she figured this to be short. He also seemed new to this, like this was his first time interviewing someone.

He popped his lips, trying to find his next paper. "Here it is. Okay, now we're here to talk about your past year with each other. We're going to evaluate whether or not you two should stay with each other. Of course, it will be your own decision, but this is to help you see the positives and negatives. First things first, your ups." He rambled. Elsa couldn't help but notice how he never stopped talking, and he was fast. Most of it came out as a babble.

"I liked back in April," Jack started. "That was when we confessed our love to each other." Jack smiled. He had fallen for Elsa months before, but he was too afraid to tell her. She always thought too much with her brain and didn't let her heart have a say.

"Me too. I also liked when we went to Hawaii. That was one of the first times you told me I looked pretty, well, you said my eyes looked pretty." Elsa stammered. Elsa was used to being cat called, but it felt different from Jack. She knew he wasn't going to use her for anything, so she knew he meant it.

"Really? I don't remember that," Jack smiled. Elsa nodded her head. Jack was drunk, but it was still sweet. After all, when you're drunk, you say things your sober self would never dream of admitting. "I also liked when you showed me your room. I knew really know much about you then."

"Oh, yeah! That's when we talked about winter! That was our favorite season, still is!" Elsa exclaimed. She grinned, thinking about all of the fun she had this past year. Jack had really made this year interesting. "I also liked bringing you along to my fancy dinner, even though you were slightly annoying." Elsa teased.

"It was kind of confusing. I had no idea what was going on, but it was fun. Ooo! I liked when I showed you off to my family. God, they love you!" Jack confessed. Elsa slightly blushed. She didn't know they actually liked her.

"Those were some touching Jelsa moments, weren't they? Most people liked when you two were cleaning your apartment and you had that one moment of serious. They thought it was so romantic," He smiled, staring off into the distance. He held his papers close and let out a dreamy sigh. Jack and Elsa raised their eyebrows, confused by his actions. "Anyways, now we need to talk about your downs."

They shrugged their shoulders, debating about where to begin. "Well, for starters, most of our fights didn't make screen time." Elsa replied. She wasn't really impressed by that, because for once, she didn't want to look perfect.

"Well, I guess we kind of bickered a lot. We fought over stupid things, like what we should have to eat." Jack explained. Elsa and Jack were opposites, but they usually had the same idea about things.

"That's true," the interviewer agreed. Suddenly he tossed his papers to the side and looked at the couple. "Sorry for what I'm about to do. Lift your feet." He commanded. Before they could ask what he was talking about, he tapped his foot against the chairs and sent them flying to opposite sides of the room with a wall, spinning them in circles..

They smashed against the wall."What was that for?" Elsa demanded as she slid her stray hairs behind her ears. She had spin out of control from his push and now she couldn't see Jack.

"I said I was sorry. But anyways, I'm going to ask you two a very easy question and you must answer honestly. Green means yes and red means no. If one of you disagrees, we have to go with the person who answered no. I will say it slow and clearly. Do you understand?" He asked, raising his eyebrow. Jack hit his green button, curious what it would do. The interviewer chuckled and took a sip from his coffee.

"Good," he smiled. "Well, would you two like to stay married?" He asked, setting his cup back down. Elsa leaned back, thinking about his question. Did she want to stay married to Jackson? Life had definitely became more interesting now that she was with him. Anna had stopped telling her to look for a spouse, she had some thing to look forward to coming home to, and for once...she felt happy. She hadn't felt this good since her parents had passed away. But they were completely different, they would only last so long before divorce. She knew what she was doing.

Jack heard her buzzer go off, picking her option. What was he going to pick? Well he figured she opted for a divorce, but that shouldn't stop him from his opinion. He had a say in this marriage too. Elsa had made him see a purpose in life again. She helped him be serious when he needed to be. She completed him. He raised his hand high and slammed his green buzzer.

The couple moved back to the interviewer, wondering what he would say know. They wanted to know what their spouse had picked. A frown was plastered on his face. He handed each on of them a piece of paper. "Here's your divorce papers. Sign at the bottom."

"What?" Jack exclaimed, reading over his paper. This couldn't be true. "But I chose to stay married!"

"I'm sorry, but we have to go with the person who picked for a divorce. We can not force them to be in a marriage they don't want." He explained. Jack turned and looked at Elsa, tears brimming his eyes.

"You don't want to stay married?" He croaked. His bottom lip began to tremble. He loved her and she said she loved him. This wasn't going like he planned. They were supposed to stay married.

Elsa quickly began to shake her head, her eyes as wide as platters. That wasn't what she picked! "This is a mistake, I pushed the green button!" Elsa cried out. She wanted to stay with Jackson!

He slowly shook his head, looking at the distressed couple. "This is no mistake, you pushed the red button, Elsa." He replied. Elsa's jaw dropped. She could have swore that she pushed the green button.

"I change my mind then. I want to stay married to Jack, I love him." She answered. Suddenly, he began laughing. They looked at him with shock. How could he be laughing about this awful accident? There had to be something they could do!

"I'm just teasing you two!" He laughed, his face beginning to turn red. He just wanted Elsa to admit that she still loved him. He could tell that she was having trouble picking what to do, so he decided to show he that they were meant to be.

"Have a happy marriage you guys. If you later want a divorce, you may not come back to the company for lawyers and such. Good luck and may God bless you!" He smiled as he left the room. Those two were totally fooled. He couldn't believe that he tricked his favorite ship and got to personally interview them!

~Couples Talk~

"How has this experience changed your life?"

"Well, for one we have a baby now." Rapunzel laughed, place her hand on Eugene's lap. The couples were in the same room, talking about the great times they had together. They couldn't help but laugh at Jack and Elsa's experience.

"I finally have a real true love." Anna smiled, looking deep into Kristoff's eyes. Hans was a douche and she never realized it until she met the sweetest man ever. Thank God that she was paired with him.

"Would you ever recommend this to people hoping to find true love?"

"Oh, definitely. I never would have picked Hiccup on my own. We're complete opposites so I would have overlooked him. If it wasn't for this show, I don't think I would ever find my true love." Merida explained. Hiccup would never make the radar in her search for love. Not that she was really looking for it in the first place.

"I agree with Merida, I never would have picked Jackson. In all honestly, I never planned on being married to begin with. I should really be thanking Anna for forcing me into this crazy experience." Elsa chuckled. If it hadn't been for Anna begging and pleading she never would have even filled out the information sheet.

"Yeah, even if you aren't looking for love, I would recommend this. I was a total bachelor last year. I hoped to never settle down and make millions. Now I'm a father and married to the world's most beautiful woman." Eugene smiled, planting a kiss on his wife's head. He never would have guess that he would stay married to her. In the beginning, he thought she was annoying and naive. Now, she was the kindest and most talkative person he had ever met.

"What if people try this and they don't find their love? Do you think they should give up?"

"Definitely not. Just because the company couldn't find your love, doesn't mean they're not out there. As long as you have determination and hope, you'll find your love." Hiccup replied. Even if Merida wasn't the one, he wouldn't have given up. Sure, it's had to come back from a breakup, but you have to keep trying.

"Who knows, maybe your true love is right under your nose." Kristoff added.

"Yeah, and they're probably the person you'd never expect." Jack smiled, joining in. He would have never guessed to marry a fashion designer who was so secluded that she hardly spoke to anyone.

"Will you continue to keep in touch?"

"Yes!" The couples quickly answered. They had grown friendships that would never break. They all grew together, learning how to deal with a stranger. A stranger that they never would have guess to become their true love.

~The End~

Do you think I should write a sequel? Comment if you would like me to continue this series! I also wanted to mention that I'm going to go back to the beginning of this book and make it better. As you can tell, my writing got better as I went along in my book. Leaving it the way it is now I feel like makes people stop reading since it was awful. I'm not going to change any of the events, I'm just going to make it more descriptive. Again, thank you guys so much for being amazing readers! 💕
