Beach day

~Anna and Kristoff~
"Eeekkk! Look at all of the chocolates!" Anna squealed as she ran into the resort's breakfast room. Everyone planned to meet down there for breakfast around nine. Almost everyone was there, expect Rapunzel and Eugene.

"Remind me why I have to get up early on my vacation." Jack yawned as he rubbed his eyes. He lazily laid back, wishing to be back in bed. He was on vacation, he should be allowed to sleep as lo as he wants.

"Because that's what we planned and we need to get used to their time zone." Elsa replied as she wiped some butter on her pancakes. She got up at seven this morning and considered that sleeping in. She was always a morning person.

"Where's Rap and pretty boy?" Merida questioned with her mouth full of food. She also wished that they could've slept in longer. After all, it was a Sunday morning. Sunday's are lazy days.

"Who knows?" Hiccup chuckled. Those two were always late. If you wanted them to show up on time, you were better off giving them the time ten minutes ahead.

"Probably sleeping." Kristoff smiled as he sat down at their table outside. The view of the ocean from where they were sitting was perfect. You could perfectly watch the waves crash against the shore.

"Who thinks we should go to the beach today? Raise your hand." Anna commanded. Half of them raised their hands. Anna had been wanting to go to the beach since she heard they were going to Hawaii. The beach was always fun.

"Don't you think we should wait for Rapunzel and Eugene before we vote?" Elsa questioned. She thought it was rude to vote without them. Most of them shook their heads, not liking her idea this time. They wanted to know what they were doing today right now.

"No. They're not here, they don't get to vote." Jack replied. He thought that if you wanted to vote, you should come at the right time. It wasn't his fault they couldn't figure out that.

"I'm going to go get more pancakes," Merida declared as she slid her chair out, scrapping it on the stone tiles. As she walked to the buffet, she saw Rapunzel and Eugene walking into the resort. "Where have you two been? Elsa's not pleased."

"We went to church." Rapunzel explained as Eugene eyes widened. Rapunzel was very religious, always follows the rules. Since she married Eugene, she forced him to tag along with her, even if he wasn't the same religion as her.

"Ooo!" He smiled as he ran towards the pancake machine. He was starving since Rapunzel didn't let him eat before church. She had this rule where you couldn't eat and hour before. He hated it, but he decided to follow her rules than break them.

"Eugene, it's just a pancake machine, there's nothing-oooo-they have hard boiled eggs?" She awed as she ran next to her husband's side and helped herself. Merida rolled her eyes and walked back outside. They were crazy.

"I found them. They went to church." Merida stated as she placed her plate down in the table. She took her seat beside Hiccup and admired the view. She loved the ocean. She had only seen the Atlantic Coast, so this was her first time looking at the Pacific.

"Hi guys!" Rapunzel greeted as she walked through the door. She didn't know Eugene was behind her she let go out the door and it hit him in the face. "Oops!"

"My nose." He frowned as he rubbed. His nose was a sensitive subject. It was the one thing that he hated about himself. He was cured with the world's largest nose.

"What a *cough* loser. *cough*" Jack smirked. Eugene rolled his eyes and sat beside him and Rapunzel. He wasn't ready to deal with Jack's jokes yet. It was still early morning.

"So you two went to church?" Elsa smiled. She couldn't even remember the last time she went. She didn't feel the need to go, especially when she was on vacation. Her family wasn't very religious. They when they felt like it.

"We go every week, which includes vacations." Rapunzel explained. Rapunzel has been going to church every week ever since she was a baby. In her church, it's mandatory to go every week.

"I like your commitment." Anna grinned. Anna went every once in awhile, but she didn't feel the need to go all the time. Her parents tried to talk her into go all the time, but she didn't understand the concept.

"Anyways, what should we do today?" Merida questioned. She wanted to get off this religious subject. She didn't want someone to get upset and make this whole trip awful.

"Beach!" Rapunzel squealed, making Eugene cover his ears. He still wasn't used to her sudden outbursts. She was definitely louder than his last girlfriends, but it was one of her cute quirks. He just had to grow accustomed to it.

"Eugene?" Hiccup softly chuckled, watching him raise his eyebrow at his wife. She little blush, embarrassed by her reaction. She just really wanted to see the ocean.

"Sure." He shrugged. He was cool with whatever they decided. He was pretty laid back. It was pretty easy to amuse him, so going to the beach sounded good.

"Than that settles it, we're going to the beach." Anna declared as she slapped her hands on the table. Everyone jumped, surprised by her. Anna was always loud and doing whatever she wanted.

"Court dismissed." Jack smirked as he pretend to slam a gavel. Everyone slid out their chairs and ran to the elevator. Rap and Eugene hopped in holding their breakfast plates, quickly finishing their food. Anna and Elsa quietly laughed, watching Eugene eat some of Rapunzel's food. Rapunzel noticed some of her fruit missing and immediately turned to Eugene.

"Where's my cantaloupe?" Rapunzel interrogated. He pointed to Jack who just snuck a piece of food off of Eugene's plate. Wrong time, wrong place.

"Jackson!" Rapunzel scolded. He quickly turned to her, his face stuffed with food. His cheeks were puffed out, making him look guilty.

"It wasn't me!" Jack shouted, holding his hands in surrender. He wasn't eating her food. That would be a huge mistake. He would much rather eat Eugene's since he knew he wouldn't actually hurt him. Rapunzel on the other hand...

"Jackson Rod Stewart!" Anna exclaimed, making everyone turn to look at her. "Sorry, that just popped into my head. Die hard Hannah Montana fan." She madly blushed. Suddenly, the elevator dinged and the doors opened. Everyone ran out, speeding towards their room.

"You're so slow!" Jack laughed as he grabbed the door handle before Elsa. She blew a few stands of her hair out her face, upset about losing. She was secretly competitive on the inside. She couldn't let people know that she actually enjoyed bets and such.

"I'm not slow, I just let you win," Elsa replied, crossing her arms over her chest. Jack rolled his eyes and unlocked the door. "Race you to the bathroom." Elsa smirked as she ran into the bathroom.

"No fair! You had a head start!" Jack whined as he leaned against the door. He pounded against the door, upset that she played that trick on him. He was supposed to do that to her.

"Hmmm? What did you say? I don't speak sore loser." Elsa teased. She softly giggled, trying to keep her laughs to herself. She couldn't believe she just said that to him.

"Really? 'Cause a few seconds ago, I swear that's what you were speaking." Jack smirked. He was surprised by how well she was playing along. She was actually acting like she liked him.

"I don't recall."

"Oh really." Jack smiled. Elsa quickly nodded her head on the other side. She remembered he couldn't see her so she decided to say her favorite quote. It had been stuck in her head for the past couple of days anyways.

"Really! I don't know if you knew this, but I suffer from short-term memory loss. It runs in my family." Elsa repeated, quoting her favorite movie. She covered her mouth, trying to find her smile. This was the first time in a while that she was actually enjoying herself.

"Dory? Really?" Jack chuckled. He couldn't imagine Elsa watching a Disney movie. She seemed more into movies like the Titanic. Long, boring, romance movies. Elsa acted like she was fifty years old sometimes. Watching Disney made him smile.

"She's my favorite. Speaking of which, have you seen Finding Dory?" Elsa grinned. She loved talking about Dory. It made her feel like a child. Full of hopes and unrealistic dreams.

"Nope." Jack replied, popping the 'p'. He never had time to go watch it. Besides, he would have to go with some child. Going by yourself to a child's movie was kind of creepy for a thirty year old man.

"Oh my god! You haven't seen the best movie to ever be invented!" Elsa jumped up and down. She could ramble about that movie all day.

~Merida and Hiccup~
"Mer, just come out. I swear I won't laugh." Hiccup promised. Merida had been hiding in the bathroom for ten minutes. He had been trying to coax her out, but she just wouldn't listen.

"Eye don't care, everyone else will laugh." Merida refused. She thought she grabbed her one piece swimsuit. Turns out, she grabbed the smallest bikini the world has ever seen. She brought it one night when she and Mulan were drunk. Eye should have thrown dis away when eye first found it. Merida thought as she slid down the door to sit on the cool, checkered tiles.

"Mer Bear, come on. I don't think they'll laugh." Hiccup replied. He knew their friends wouldn't laugh at her, at least not in front of her. They were too nice to actually say anything to her face.

"You're right, no one will laugh."

"Thank you."

"All of ye will silently judge me, which is worse dan laughin'!" Merida shouted. She wasn't mad at Hiccup, she was mad at herself. She heard Hiccup pound his head against the door.

"Merida, please. Why does it matter what everyone thinks?" He questioned. He had always seen Merida as confident, never caring about what others thought or said. She sighed, knowing this wasn't like her.

"Hiccup, can eye tell ye a secret?" Merida softly spoke. She felt like she was walking on thin ice. Telling him a secret was like letting him into her mind.

"Of course! You can tell me anything." Hiccup comforted as he sat down, his back against the door. He was staring at himself in the mirror across from him, listening to Merida's calm voice. He had been wanting to know more about her since they met.

"Everyone has a weakness. It may not seem like it, but it true," Merida began, twiddling her thumbs. "Even I'm afraid of something. I know I act tough. I pretend that I don't care about what others think about the way I dress, how I groom my hair, how little makeup I wear, or my sloppy behavior, and I don't. I couldn't care less about their stuck up opinions. But there's one thing that terrifies me." Merida paused, afraid to tell it to Hiccup. Her heart began to beat faster, making her want to stop her confession.

"Mer?" Hiccup questioned after a while of silence. He didn't know what to expect from her. She was never this serious and if she was, it was a violent seriousness.

"Do ye promise not ta tell anyone. Ye can't tell a soul, not even yer mum." Merida quickly replied. She didn't want anyone to know that she was afraid of something. That would ruin her reputation.

"I promise." Hiccup declared. Merida took a deep breath trying to gain back her confidence. Hiccup was a nice guy, he wouldn't break his promise.

"Okay. I'm terrified of what people think about my body. It's something I have no physical power in changing. I'm not a pretty blonde like Elsa, I don't have gorgeous eyes like Rapunzel, and I certainly don't have Anna's tiny figure. I'm nothing like them. I'm a redhead with typical eyes and a larger than average figure," Merida confessed. "I'm ugly." Merida silently cried, hoping Hiccup didn't hear. She hated her body. She was nothing to gawk at. She was so ordinary that she thought she looked gross.

"Merida, is this really how you feel?" Hiccup asked. He never knew she felt that way. He never would have guess her to be so ashamed of her body. He never thought about that at all.

"Yeah." Merida's voice cracked. She didn't want to be having this conversation. In all honesty, she wouldn't be having this if she would have just grabbed the right swimsuit.

"Can I tell you a secret?" Hiccup questioned. He wanted to make sure that she listening. Even if she didn't want to to hear his secret, he was going to tell her anyways.

"Sure." Merida sniffed as she rubbed her nose with her arm. She hoped her couldn't hear her on the other side. If he did, that would be even more embarrassing.

"I think you're the most beautiful girl in the world. You have a unique hair style. How many girls can say they have long, fiery red, curly hair? You have the brightest blue eyes the world has ever seen, and I don't think your fat. You aren't described by the number you see on the scale. You're all muscle. Hell, you have more muscle than me." He comforted. Every word he said came from his heart, speaking the truth. He truly did think she was beautiful.

"Do you really think that?"

"Of course I do. Can you please come out now?" Hiccup hoped. He heard some shuffles and the door unlock, only he was too slow to stand up so he fell flat on his back. Merida gasped, unsure whether he was hurt or not. "Oww." Hiccup muttered. Suddenly, Merida burst out laughing. Her chortles filled the room, giving it a happy feeling.

"Hiccup, dat was da best thing I've seen all day." Merida laughed, holding onto her stomach. Hiccup chuckled and rubbed his head. He didn't mean to hurt himself or make Merida laugh, but it turned out better this way.

~Rapunzel and Eugene~
"Beach day! Beach day! BEACH DAY!" Rapunzel shouted as she scrambled around the room trying to find everything she needed. She was soo excited to finally see the ocean and feel the sand squish under her toes. She couldn't contain her joy.

"I swear by the end of this trip I'll be deaf." Eugene muttered under his breath. Rapunzel skipped by, not hearing his comment. She was in such a good mood that a killjoy wouldn't wreck her day.

"Let's go to the beach-each. Let's go get away. They say-ay, what they gonna say?" Rapunzel sang as she danced around the room. She reminded Eugene of his nieces. Loud, crazy, and full of energy. "Starships were meant to fly! Hands up and touch the sky. Can't stop 'cause we're so high. Let's do this one last time!" Rapunzel shouted at the top of her lungs. She felt like dancing and singing. She was soo excited for this moment.

"Starships were meant to fly! Hands up and the sky. Let's do this one last time. Can't stop!" Eugene joined in. She was shocked at first, but then decided to keep being herself. Rapunzel started dancing all around him, doing the strangest dance moves the world has ever seen.

"What are you doing?" He laughed as she waved her hands in his face. She looked insane. She waved her arms like wet noddles, letting them flap everywhere.

"What does it look like? I'm dancing!" She giggled. She felt so much joy that being weird made her feel better. She couldn't help but be her silliest self right now.

"It looks like you're trying to be an octopus." Eugene chuckled as he swatted her hands out of his face. She picked her lips like a fish and continued dancing around him.

"Maybe I'll call this one the octopus." She grinned as she waved her arms like a wet noodle in his face again. She wanted to see if he would join in with her.

"Stop it." He laughed as he swatted them away. He couldn't help but laugh at her childishness. She was being cute and adorable right now. She was being herself around him, making him smile.

"Here's my bird!" She cheered as she jumped off the bed and flapped her arms like she was trying to fly. Eugene laughed as shook his head. She was a weirdo, but it suited her.

"If I wasn't with you all day, I would've guessed you were drunk," he smiled as she started spinning in circles. "Or high." He added. She was going crazy now.

"I'm high on life!" She declared as she stuck her arms out and spun even faster. "I call this one the tornado!"

"Hurry up or we'll be late to go to the beach Miss Tornado." Eugene smiled as he grabbed their bags. Immediately, she stopped spinning around tried running towards the door, only she was super dizzy and tripped over her own feet. She fell flat on her face.

"Ow," She complained. She flipped over to her back and saw Eugene laughing his head off. "Maybe you should help your beautiful wife off the floor." She smirked. He wiped his tears away and helped her up.

"Maybe you shouldn't run while you're dizzy." Eugene fired back. Rapunzel mocked him in a high pitch voice and moved her hands like they were talking. They burst out laughing as they walked down the hall towards the elevator.

~Anna and Kristoff~
"I can't wait to see this gorgeous beach up close!" Anna squealed as she rose to her tip toes. She loved swimming in the rough ocean and playing in the sandy beaches. Kristoff hummed in agreement as he texted his sister on his phone. Apparently, Abby and her husband got into a recent argument and aren't speaking to each other. "Who ya textin'?" Anna teased as she looked over his shoulder.

"Just my sister." Kristoff chuckled as the elevator door dinged open. Rapunzel and Eugene came out talking very intensely. They were close to each other, looking at her phone.

"Look, she's just my old coworker." Rapunzel sighed, tossing her cell phone in her back pocket. Why did she have to text her now?

"Who is it?" Eugene persisted. On their way down, Rapunzel got a text from someone and became upset but she wouldn't tell him who it was. He was feeling protective of her. If it was someone back home, that meant he might now them.

"Eugene, she's none of your concern. She's always been a bit-" Rapunzel started as she was cut off by the other elevator dinging. They turned their heads, looking to see who it was.

"Sometimes I wonder why I married you." Elsa smiled as the others walked out into the lobby. Jack put a goofy face on, making her giggle. Jack was a goofball today.

"Hey guys!" Anna cheered. She was so happy to go to the beach, especially with her friends. The beach was always warm and happy. No one could be sad at the beach.

"Hi Anna." They greeted back. They all started walking towards beach with Rapunzel and Eugene in the back. They were intently talking, making the mood a little less happy.

"Rapunzel, don't lie to me. Who was it?" Eugene pleaded. He didn't like seeing her upset, especially when she was in an extremely happy mood right before. He felt like the coworker couldn't be up to good.

"Eugene, there's nothing you can say or do that will be her off my back. She's just jealous." Rapunzel replied. She didn't really want to tell him who it was because he gets a little over protective.

"Rap." Eugene argued. Rapunzel looked him over and saw he was serious and wasn't going to stop until she told him. She sighed, showing him defeat. She shrugged her shoulders and looked forward.

"It was Cindy, she's always been mean to me. We've just never like each other, alright?"

"Okay." Eugene replied. He wasn't surprised that Cindy was mean to her. She's always been that way. Thinks she's better than everyone because she's the most well known, yada-yada.

"Look!" Anna squealed as she pointed at the waves crashing against the shore. Rapunzel immediately took off towards the water. She kicked off her shoes and ran into the water. She couldn't wait to feel the water between her toes.

"Best! Day! Ever!" She screamed as she let the waves crash against her legs. Eugene had to pick up their things and place them beside the other's. He was alway picking up after her, but that was okay.

"So, what should we do first?" Jack asked as he clapped his hands together. He was down for anything fun and exciting.

"Sandcastles!" Anna cheered as she ran towards Rapunzel to call her back. As they came back, Rapunzel had her arms full of seashells. She laid them on her beach towel and looked up at Eugene with excitement in her eyes.

"Look at these!" She awed as she sat down beside them. "Sit! Sit!" She commanded and patted the ground beside her. Eugene rolled his eyes and plopped down. "Look at this pink one. Ooo! And this white one."

"Wow. Didn't know seashells could amazing a 27 year old." Merida chuckled to Elsa. Elsa smiled and shook her head. Rapunzel was always excited about something. She never seemed to be upset about anything.

"Personally, I think anything will amaze her." Elsa added. She watched her ramble about the shells as Eugene just nodded, not really paying attention after the tenth shell.

"What do you think she'll do if I take one?" Jack questioned. He wanted to play a little trick on her. Maybe she wouldn't even notice since she had so many.

"Probably kill you." Hiccup smiled. He knew Rapunzel would get upset. She looked like she was in love with those things.

"I'll take that bet." Jack chuckled as he tiptoed towards Rapunzel. He snuck towards her, hoping to take one from her.

"See, and this one is my favorite!" Rapunzel exclaimed as she handed Eugene another. He nodded his head like he was listening, when he really stopped awhile ago. Jack sneaked behind Rapunzel and took a pink shell. He slowly back up and sprinted to Elsa and the others.

"I can't believe you just did that." Hiccup scoffed.

"Well I did." Jack smirked as he waved the seashell in Hiccup's face. Hiccup swatted it away and watch Rapunzel search for it.

"Where did it go?" She questioned as she looked all around her. She patted the ground, hoping that would make it come out of nowhere.

"Maybe it grew legs and ran off." Eugene offered, receiving a glare from his wife. He shrugged his shoulders, hoping that she would believe it.

"Not funny."

"Looking for this?" Jack taunted as he waved it in her face. Her eyes lit up as she tried to grab it from his hands, but he quickly pulled them away. "Ah, ah, ah little Rap. First you have to do something for me."

"What is it?" Rapunzel asked. She wanted that shell back. She could place it in her collection.

"I want you to push Elsa into the ocean." Jack smirked. Rapunzel looked down considering her options. Elsa could freak out and go back to the hotel or she could actually enjoy it. She hoped for e last one.

"Deal." She smiled. She quickly pulled Elsa towards the water. She really wanted that shell back.

"Rap, what are you doing?" Elsa interrogated as her shoulder was being dislocated. Rapunzel dragged her into the ocean, making Elsa nervous. Rapunzel smirked as they stood knee deep in the water. Elsa looked at her confused.

"You need to take a dip," Rapunzel grinned as she pushed Elsa over. Her ankles went up and her head went under. She came up gasping for air. She looked like she was going to kill Rap. "See, the water's fine."

"Really? Then maybe you should join me!" Elsa shouted as she tackled Rapunzel. They both came up laughing and soaking wet. No one expected that outcome.

"I'm coming!" Anna screamed as ran into the ocean. As she was sprinting against the strong waves, one pushed her down, causing her to go under. "I'm okay." She giggled as she pushed her bangs out of her face.

"Come on, Eugene!" Rapunzel shouted from the ocean. He groaned and stood up, walking to the water. He really wasn't in the mood to go swimming, but if everyone else was then he might as well join.

"I don't have a choice, do I?" He chuckled as Rapunzel met him at the shore. She shook her head, glad that he was being cooperative today. It was like being away from the world made him a happier person.

"Nope." She grinned as she took him by the wrist and led him to the others. She wanted him to have fun with them.

"This water is freezing." Hiccup chattered as he rubbed his hands over his arms. The ocean was alway cold. Why would anyone want to swim in this mess?

"Is not." Merida smiled as she punched his shoulder. She thought it felt just fine. He looked at her and chuckled. She was completely crazy.

"Is to."

"Is not."

"Is to." Hiccup laughed, not being able to contain it anymore. He couldn't believe she actually enjoyed this salty water. It was freezing.

"I agree with Hiccup!" Anna shouted as she rose her hand high above her head. Her lips were a dark blue, showing how cold she was.

"Well I agree with Mer." Kristoff smiled down at Anna. He wasn't cold since he was alway outside working. This was like a walk in the park.

"Feels fine to me." Elsa and Jack added in unison. They looked at each other laughed. They never realized how much they were alike. They both weren't cold.

"You also have your thermostat at 65." Anna fired back. She always cold at her apartment. Being there was like sitting at a hockey game.

"The cold's never really bother me." Elsa shrugged. She was always better in the cold.

"Saves energy." Jack added.

"You guys are crazy." Rapunzel laughed and shook her head. Everyone enjoyed playing in the sand, wading in the water, and just hanging out at the beach. It was a great full day on their honeymoons.
