Ch. 07 - Living together

After the reception, Mom and Dad--even Natsu's parents, dropped both Natsu and I at the house that was exactly like the one in the picture they handed to us.

"Hai. Your very own home, you two." Mama announced when we got out of the car. Natsu's eyes widened. He laughed excitedly and ran to kiss our 'very own car'.

"Mwah! I can feel it. I'm going to love this place!" Natsu chuckled excitedly, jumping for joy and scanning the whole body of the car.

I rolled my eyes at him. "It's just a car. Nothing else." I folded my arms together and looked in Mom's direction. "Mom, is it really necessary for us to live together? I mean, we can still spend time together even if we're far apa-"

"Oh. Nonsense, Lucy. That is far worse. That's why we provided everything you need in the house." Mom winked, clapping happily.

"But, Mom!" I looked in Natsu's direction. "What if Natsu tries to do something to me? Y'know... erotic stuff?"

"Pish posh. It's alright since you two are married and all." Mom giggled. "Oh! I can't wait to have grandchildren soon! Wouldn't you agree, Grandine?"

Natsu's Mom squealed, "Oh yes. Oh yes. I'll be looking forward to that!" She giggled.

I slapped myself on the forehead, "Oh. Parents." They said that themselves. I can't believe they would actually want us to do that at this age.

"Well, hon, this house is for the two of you. Your luggages are already inside. And, we got yo go. We'll visit from time to time, 'kay?" Mom kissed me on the cheek. The four adults went inside the car and waved goodbye. "Goodbye, dears! We love you! Good luck! Enjoy your new home!"

"Dad...?" I called.

"Don't listen to your mother about... the thing. You're still a minor, okay?" Dad held my cheek and kissed my forehead. "I love you."

"I love you guys, too." I waved goodbye when the cars left. I sighed in disappointment. "Good... bye..."

I looked at our house. Natsu was still kissing and hugging the car. "Would you stop kissing it?! It's just a car!!" I shouted.

"Sheesh. It's your fault you didn't kiss my lips." He puckered up, making kissing sounds.

I rolled my eyes at him. "Oh, brother." I walked inside the house when I opened the door with its key. My eyes widened when I got inside.

In the living room, we have a 56-inch tv, a couch with an L-shape--enough for 10 persons.

In the kitchen, we have a refridgerator full of fruits, vegetables, snacks and other ingredients--ohh, we even have milkshake, frozen yogurt and ice-cream. There were kitchen counters to cover the kitchen line, a toaster, an oven, frying pans and other utensils were on top of the counters. There were stools in front of each counters on the outside corner.

I went farther and saw the stairs. I climbed up and saw the first room. I opened it and saw a normal bed for two with bedside tables and lamps. Then, a bathroom in front of the bed. I saw its 30-inch flat screem tv in front of the couch inside the bedroom and the computer next to it. The cabinets and drawers were full of our clothes--seperately. A bookcase by the side of the door.

I went to the other room and saw--a library. Full of the books I've collected. And couches for reading. I giggled in delight.

Next was the last room where I saw a 90-inch flat screen tv with seats designed to be like in movie theaters. There were even popcorn stands, drink stands and cotton candy.

"Whoa. Our parents overdid this." I whispered under my breath.

"Whoa! This is so my kind of place." Natsu plopped on top of the bed and sighed, hogging the pillows.

I went inside the bedroom, "Wait a minute, where am I sleeping?" I've checked and looked around the house for a bed but, no other beds.

"Right here, of course." Natsu spoke.

My eyes widened, "Huh?!" I blushed, "E-Excuse me??"

"Hey. We're married. Of course you'd expect us to sleep in the same bed." He shrugged casually and lied on the bed. "I wanna sleep......"

"It's just noon." I stated and sighed. I scratched the back of my head. "How did this happen?! Ugh. I cannot BELIEVE our parents would allow us to sleep in the same bed!"

"Well, what do you expect when youre married?" He sighed. "What, do you think one would sleep here and the other sleeps on the couch?"

My eyes widened. "Ding! Bright idea, Natsu!" I clapped my hands sarcastically at Natsu.

"Eh?! Y-You're not serious, are you?! Oi, oi, oi. My parents paid for this, too! I have my rights!" Natsu hugged the bed. "THERE'S NO WAY YOU CAN KEEP ME AND MY BAE AWAY FOREVER!"

I rolled my eyes at him. "Well what do you expect? Let you hug me in my sleep?" I shrugged sarcastically.

He shot up and gave me a devilish look, "You know, that's not even a bad idea." He shook his head and clicked his tongue, "Don't even think there'd be a remote possibility I'd touch you! I already have my bae!"

My eyes widened in a shocked way. "Really? Y-You have a girlfriend. Already?!"

"Yeah." He stated casually, kissing the bed. "Actually, two baes. Wanna know 'em?"

I shook my head as a sign for declined.

"Alright. Their names are bed and sports car. Happy? They are much more fun to spend with than humans!" Natsu pulled his tongue out and started to snooze off on the bed.

"Hey! Wha-?" I exclaimed in frustration. "Whatever. I'm going to read in the library instead of wasting my time on you." I went outside the bedroom and went inside the library.

Mom and Dad must've been the ones who picked these books. I love all these series.

*You say good morning when it's midnight. Going out of my head, alone in this-*

"Levy? Uh-huh. Y-You came to my house? Uh, the thing is.... I-I moved." I laughed nervously. "Well, can I come over? Tell me the address."

I gulped, sweat started dropping from my back. "U-Uh, no.... I-I.... can't..... b-because.... uh, my parents forbid me to...?" I slapped myself on the face. "Y-Yeah.... terribly sorry."

I hung up on Levy and sighed in relief. I can't let anyone come by my house. I CAN'T! I CAN'T LET THEM FIND OUT I'M.... I'M.... UGH!!! It gravely pains me to say it!

"Hey, Lucy, one of your friends, uhh.... Loke, was it? Said we have a beach party this Friday night." Natsu barged in, showing me the text.

"U-Uhh.... S-Sure. Yeah. Uh, why not?"

"Great! Hey-Loke-Luce-and-I-are-coming. Sent!" Natsu spoke in a robotic voice as he states what he types. "Yeah!! I'm so excited!!!"

I face palmed myself. "Did I really marry a man... or a kid?"

THAT NIGHT.

My eyes widened, "W-What is this?!!" I pulled out a pink lingerie from my luggage. "W-Who the hell put this in?!"

I heard a voice whistle by the bedroom door, making me crumple the lingerie. "You'd look sexy in that, hun." Natsu winked, smirking at me when he lied on bed.

"NO WAY IN HELL I'M WEARING THIS!" I screamed, placing the dress back inside. I kept lurking around the closet and didn't see my usual pajamas.

A letter dropped from my underwear.

I crumpled the note and fainted on top of the suitcase. My.... pajamas.

"I'M GONNA KILL YOU, MOM!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Achoo! Oh, my..." Layla sneezed and wiped her nose with a napkin.

"Lucy must be thanking me for those night gowns." She said proudly.

"I-I don't think that's what it meant." Jude contradicted and sweat dropped.
