"Maybe they are just friends" I debated while I heard Blaze's chuckles

"Just admit it, babe. You saw it and so did I... they love each other" he said while getting dressed. I was still in bed wondering about this whole situation, I barely got any sleep after that revaluation and I don't know how I will face everyone outside.

"What if they ask me if I know something? You know that I am a great deceiver but when it comes to such shocking secrets I just lose my mind" I told him

"Don't worry I will make sure to be next to you all the time" he reassured, I nodded hoping that would be an effective way

"Arturo could literally be her son though" I realized

"Well but he did say it - love has no age, if she is happy isn't that what matters the most?" he said putting a shirt on

"Hm- I think so, yes... but Nana won't tell them that she is happy with another man... I don't know how they will take the news"

"Well yes your family is quite dramatic" he giggles making me look at him with an unamused face "What do you want to do?"

"What if we put in their minds the possibility of Nana having someone so it would be easier when she tells everyone- if she ever tells..." I proposed

"Theh would freak out"

"True" I agreed "Maybe I should just let this pass... I can do this! Let's go" I said with all the confidence in me I walked to the door and opened it ready to face my family

"Babe" he called out catching my attention "are you going just in panties and my shirt?" I looked down noticing my clothes

"Good point, I will dress first and then we go!" I said clenching my hands and walking to the bathroom while he laughed at me

"Good morning auntie!" Charlie said grabbing onto my leg, I smiled down at him and I grabbed him taking him in my hands

"Hi little guy, how was your night?"

"I slept very well in the weird bed" he laughed making me frown maybe there's more than one bedroom with water mattresses.

"UNCLE BLAZE!" he cheered once he saw Blaze behind me, his hands stretched trying to catch him signaling he wanted his lap. I pouted once I understood I was being replaced, Blaze smiled happily and took Charlie from my hold.

"I do know what he sees in him..." I said sitting down next to Julia and Dennis

"Look at the jealousy" Dennis laughed while eating a bit of bread, my face dropped as I threatened him with just my looks

My cousin cleared her throat hoping I would divert my attention to her "so... I was thinking we should propose that about Charlie around his birthday" I frowned still thinking "you know that thing to propose to Blaze" she whispered

"Ohhh" I said in realization "I was hoping you'd forget about it"

"Don't be jealous" she warned me " I think this peanut here is about to be born around Charlie's birthday so it would kind of be the perfect time, no?" she asked making me shrug my shoulders

"You're so jealous Ell"

"No I'm not!" I said with a toast on my mouth " Charlie, do you want to seat next to Auntie? I can make you star toasts..." I proposed the young boy who was smiling in Blaze's arms

"Yes! Yes but Uncle Blaze seats here" he pointed at the chair next to his, making me press my lips together

"Sure..." I said trying to not show my anger

"Are you mad babe?" Blaze questioned with a smirk, sometimes I just want to smack his perfectly handsome face.

"Birthday pancakes... our famous recipe of pancakes" my mother said placing the big place with pancakes and dozens of candles over it.

"When she arrives you know what to do" Aunt Paloma said while munching on a gum. She always as a gum on her mouth like usual but I can't believe she eats gums this early in the morning.

"GOOD MORNING" Nana announced making everyone stand up and starting to sign the Happy Birthday song. She smiled politely not in happiness, she took her hands to her chest and once the song was over she blew the candles and thanked everyone, quickly after she demanded us to eat.

She didn't look happy at all, she kept giving this fake and forced smile to everyone and that made me think about last night, especially about Arturo.

"Do you know what the big announcement is?" Diana asked us

"It's probably something she is hiding" Julia said looking at me "right?" I gulped in fear, I needed to control myself

"Maybe! Who knows" Blaze interrupted making me able to breathe again.

"I bet it is, maybe something shocking!" Diana laughed making me press my lips together in agony... I just want this day to end.

After breakfast, Nana showed us the farm and by that I mean she showed us the Apple orchard and made us all harvest apples.

"This is fun" Uncle James said while picking an apple, I guess this was the hardest work he had ever gotten in his life.

I looked at Blaze collecting the apples with Charlie on his shoulders so the boy would reach the branches and harvest his own apples, that sight made me smile... he is so good with kids that it makes my uterus explode. Seriously what is wrong with me? I never wanted kids but when I look at him- he is just...

"By the pool" my thoughts were interrupted my some murmurous, a private talk that I shouldn't be listening

"You were imagining it" Aunt Paloma said

"I wasn't! I saw a couple kissing and they didn't looked like anyone I know"

"What do you mean? Are you seeing ghosts?" My aunt Paloma joked "oh c'mon it's got to be someone maybe it was Julia and Dennis-"

"No... there room was in the opposite way, plus I believe the woman was wearing just black" Uncle James said making my heart stop... oh no

"Well then let's recall who was wearing black last night"

"I believe it was Linda no?"

"You are really old... my sister was wearing an turquoise dress" Aunt Paloma said

"So who was wearing black?"

"Are you sure the woman was wearing black James? Because the only women I remember wearing black was my mother" Aunt Paloma said making Uncle James gasp in disbelief

"AHHHH was your mother kissing-" he tried to say but my aunt was quicker and she hit his arm

"Don't say nonsense it was probably somebody else"

"But who?"

My heart ached at this lie, but honestly, if they found out, Nana would quickly deny it and never have something with anyone else. At first, I was a bit unfazed about the situation but Blaze made me see that Love is Love and doesn't really matter since Nana is happy.

But I don't think they will change their minds as quickly as I did.

"Hey" His voice woke me from my thoughts "Your grandma is going to be so mad at you, you have just 5 apples in the basket" he joked making me quickly cover up his mouth. One of his eyebrows lifted wondering what I was doing, I pointed to my head signaling him to hear.

"You're talking about last night near the pool?" Aunt Linda joined with her husband behind while James and Paloma nodded a yes with their heads

"George and I heard someone fight last night near the pool." my eyes widened and so did Blaze's, we looked at each other in fear they would find out

"James says he saw a couple kiss" Aunt Paloma explained

"So they were fighting and then they made up" Uncle George clarified "it can literally be anyone

"There's the thing... I am sure this woman was wearing black"

"Let's say it wasn't black but a darker color. It was a dark night so darker colors are hard to distinguish" Aunt Paloma referred while the other nodded

"And it has to be a couple who was clearly not in good terms last night" Aunt Linda mentioned

"You also heard it last night?" Diana joins in

"Have you heard something dear?" Aunt Paloma questions

"I took a stroll at night and I saw a couple hand in hand running to the stable from the side of the pool" Diana explained making me face-palm myself

"Hey..." Blaze called me "We have a plot for the telenovela" he whispered laughing, I hit his arm at his joke, he groaned in pain and rubbed his arm.

"So they left-" Aunt Paloma said

"A romantic getaway" Uncle James said

"Hey..." I looked through the leaves of the trees to see that my cousin Julia and Dennis had joined "we were eavesdropping your conversation and-"

"You saw something too?" Aunt Paloma questioned

"We didn't see it..." Dennis commented

"We heard it" Julia completed "We were walking around the stable when we heard someone getting in, they were clearly kissing and the man kept saying he loved her"

"Did you understand who it was?" Aunt Linda questioned curious

"We were too embarrassed we just left the stable and let them do what they were doing" Dennis commented making me cringe, the though of my grandma having se- oh I can't even say it. I could just vomit right now.

"We should gather more information ask discreetly the other so we can find out who it waz" Aunt Paloma suggested they all nodded and disappeared through the apples trees.

"Oh no... this is bad bad Bad" I said afraid they would find out

"Yeah this is..." Blaze tried to say I looked at his shocked face and I realized something wasn't right

"What are you thinking?" I questioned as I saw his weird-looking face

"Your grandma just had sex last night and we didn't," he said in the most natural way making me astonished

"Oh COME ON" I yelled as the possible images of that crossed my mind, I started to gag just at the simple thought

"Get yourself together is not that bad" he said

"Easy for you to say "

"It's just life" he shrugged his shoulders making me throw an apple at him

"Don't throw apples at your husband Eleonora" I heard her say making my chest thought... Oh man I can I let this go. I need to help her but if I say something she will disown me. Even she even thinks that I know this she will kill me.

"Eleonora!" she exclaimed making me quickly straighten myself

"Are you okay?" she asked placing a hand over my head "What happened?" she grabbed my face turning side to side, inspecting if something was wrong.

"Nothing" I tried to say as she grabbed my cheeks and pinched my lips together

"You have something... ok tell it" she said unamused

"What?"

"What did you do?"

"I didn't do anything"

"I know you, I know you for a long time don't try to lie to me, Eleonora Vargas Hart"

"Maxwell" Blaze said completing my Nana's words, I rolled my eyes at his pause and comment

"Hm-" she looked at Blaze and then at me "you did something too" she said pointing at him "you both did" she crossed her arms and waited "spill it out while I'm being nice"

"But Nana..." I tried to say

"Did you break something?"

"We didn't we just-"

"You what?"

"We-"

"Eleonora if you don't tell me remember you're older but not old enough to not get punised" She claimed as her feet stepped ritmicaly onto the floor

"It's a-"

"Eleonora"

"Ok-"

"ELEONORA"

"We saw you" I let it out making Blaze face-palm himself

"You saw me-?"

"With Arturo" I said watching her shocked expression "Grandma I think-"

"Forget everything you saw" she said while walking away, but I was faster and I grabbed her

"No- You deserve to be happy Nana and if he is your happiness no one should judge it"I smiled at her watching her uneasy expression, her dry gulps and her shaking hand she was in clear shock "Nana" I said placing my hand over hers calming her down "I am so happy for you" I smiled "I know it isn't easy, I know you just want to give up because it seems easier but you have to fight for this. It's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to find love twice in different spectrums but it still is Love and you should have it like everyone else. That means you should also tell them although it looks scary I am here. I support you and so does Blaze" I pointed at him she diverted her gaze to him and he smiled genuinely making me relaxed.

"This... no... oh no... this is not happening" Grandma said and she hugged herself while falling down to the ground.
