So here I am inside an equestrian race obstacle track which as a crazy guy on a wild horse, what a stupid and impulsive idea. Why am I so impulsive all the time? Why can't I wait to rationalize things first and then to them?

It was hard but sometimes I hated myself.

"Blaze?" I shouted

"Get out of the way" He shouted back while I saw Thunder running towards me

"Eleonora get out" He demanded but I was frozen in the place, I wasn't scared of horses. I loved horses, in fact when I was little my father reached me how to ride, I wasn't a pro but i could handle myself pretty well. For some reason knowing these were wild horses that they deal with wasn't that calming to me. Maybe also because Mason told me that Thunder wasn't a very nice horse, he didn't like other humans but his owner, at the time I thought he was talking about himself turns out I was wrong.

The only one who rides Thunder is Blaze. And now they are both running straight ahead towards me.

"Eleonora!" His scream caught my attention, a scream that had a hint of desperation or maybe I was just dreaming of my death.

Cause of death - run over by a horse

As I watched the horse getting closer everything seemed to happen in slow motion, I was about to die till the horse locks its paws strongly into the soil making dirt flew all over and stopping just a few inches from me.

"Are you mental?" I heard him ramble on, while getting down from the horse "Eleonora?" He said shaking me

"What?" I frowned, he got near me grabbed my face, and checked it

"You are insane" He said while watching me all over the place

" I am fine" I claimed taking his hands off me

"You're everything but fine" He affirmed while shaking his head "You can go Thunder" he allowed while tapping the horse on the neck

Thunder bowed his head down and neighed, while slowly walking to me and neighing again

"She is fine bud, don't worry" Blaze told him while petting him "She is just crazy" as if the horse understood Thunder neighed to its owner suddenly I felt offended by both

"I am not crazy" I defended myself "but thanks for worrying Thunder" I petted him calmy on his nose. Thunder got close to me enjoying my strokes, as Thunder got close so did Blaze who was holding his neck.

"Should I ask what was this all about?" He questioned

"I might or might have been way too impulsive"

"Really?" He asked with a lifted eyebrow

"Benjamin said something was going on because you were riding, so eventually I thought this big day could make you remember your sister so I acted impulsively and -" I tried to explain

"You thought wrong. I am fine" He said in a weirdly tone while walking to the stable, I follow right behind

"Are you?Because Benjamin said that and I thought about Annal-"

"It's not her!" Blaze implied in an angry voice

"Then who is it? Why are you mad? Is it work?" I asked, I knew perfectly well he was lying he was like this because pf his sister I knew it... I mean I wasn't 100% sure but it was the only logical thing

"Are you worried?"

"Pfft- No" I said with a chuckle

"Then act like you're not" He gave me a weird smile

"Sir" Benjamin walked in greeting him "Miss... your family has arrived" he announced

"Thanks Benjamin!" I smiled back at him while walking in a quick pace to the table outside where my family was reunited. To think that this was Blaze idea is a bit weird, we even argued about him paying for their plane tickets.

"Elena!" I heard my Nana shout from across the yard

"Hey Nana!" I said hugging her

"Where the hell have you been your clothes are dirty" she said tapping on my beautiful mint dress

I looked down at it and shook the dress taking the dirt off of it. "Done"

"No done! Go change!" my Nana demanded

"I am not changing" I argued

"You are dirty, go change!"

"I am not changing! I'm clean!"

"Elena! Haz lo que te digo!" (do what I say!)

"no voy! No me cambiaré de vestidos si no es necesario."

"Qué pensará tu marido?"

"voy a pensar que ella es muy hermosa" a manly voice said making my chest burn

"Ah look at him. Your luck is that he is a very good husband" My Nana argued while hugging Blaze making me disgusted and slightly jealous

"How are you Nana? Was the flight good?" he asked wirh a smile making me sick, urgh he so nerve-wracking

"Very good! I didnt know there was beds in airplanes " Nana laughed , I gave a small chuckle but then hit me... Beds?

While they were both talking I said greeted the rest of the family, including my favorite person, Charlie.

"Hello Auntie!" he said while I lifted him up

"Hello Charlie, you're so big since the last time I saw you" I commented

"And so is my sister" Charlie pointed to his mother belly. He was right he was now notable her baby bump.

"You look a gorgeous pregnant" I said kissing my cousin

"It runs in the family" she laughed

"Uncle Blaze!" Charlie screamed while stretching his arms at Blaze who was walking in my direction

"Hey there bud" Blaze said taking him out of my arms leaving a pout on my face

"Hi Uncle Blaze!" Charlie said hugging his neck

"Did you miss me?" Blaze asked making my disgusted face appear again. Charlie gave a shy nod at his question

"Did you miss Mrs.Grumpy here too?" Blaze asked while giving a slight look at me. Charlie laughed and nod a yes too.

"You know why she's grumpy?" Blaze question the little boy, which he nodded a no "She's grumpy because you like me more than her"

Charlie laughed at his words and I could only roll my eyes at Blaze's annoying self.

"Hey Eli..." my cousin whispered "Thanks for taking care of Charlie that day-"

"No need to. We all had fun"

"No- Serious" she said in a stern face "You made Charlie forget the awful day he had, he only talks about the zoo and you two and that warms my heart! You and Blaze we're just what he needed... You are good at this" she smiled while I chuckle

"Me?"

"No, you both. As a team, you work together nicely." she smiled "Are you sure you don't want one?" she questioned mention if I didn't wanted a kid

"Hell no... Too much work, way too many risks and scares the shit out of me" I commented truthfully "Keep on making them so I can spoil them"

My cousin laughed "will do" while stroking her belly

"How is the princess?" I asked while touching Julia's belly

"She is big and healthy" Julia smiled

"How is he?" I asked slightly looking at Dennis

"He is doing small jobs, next week he is going on a big interview let's hope for the better"

"Big interview? on what?"

" Some fancy corporation for security"

"Well that would be perfect for him he has a lot of experience"

"His years at the marine may help" Julia smiled happily

"Food is here!" my mom shouted scaring everyone, while the maids brought the appetizers

"Please sit everybody!" I demanded, they sat happily chatting. I sat on the top of the table with Blaze

"C'mon EAT!" My mother ordered and suddenly I could only see the table filled with hands and crossed arms desperate to get the food... this is such a Vargas thing, looks like they haven't eaten in days

"Hey" I whispered at Blaze while elbowing him

"Hm?"

"Do you know anything about Dennis security job?" I asked, he simply shrugged his shoulders

his lips pressed together and his head shaking

"No, I have no idea"

"If you're doing something talk to me" I advised

"So they can be angry with you too?" He asked making me wonder... that's actually a great point if I don't know then I am not an accomplice, which is amazing, no one will scold if they ever find out... then again it's my family not his to take care of I should know if he is doing something or even planning on doing it.

"Doesn't matter it's my family. I should know about it" I stated "This was you, wasn't it?" I realized as I thought about it

"Eat your food, Eleonora" He suggested while eating his food not even looking at me. Oh my god, it was SO HIM.

Our lunch was very relaxed and quite happy, it was a sunny and hot day, perfect for a meal outside.

After the meal the table was cleaned and the maids brought some games that I bought, like cards, monopoly, lotto, puzzles so we could be entertained during the afternoon since the activities of this day were totally vanished away since my grandpa's death.

"What should we play?" I asked

"Cards!" Uncle Joel and James cheered

"Puzzle!" Charlie cheered while clapping

"Cous, Can we sit in there?" Adrian, the ten-year-old, son of my aunt Paloma asked while pointing at the sitting area near the fire pit

"Uh Sure---" I said while watching my Nana nod a big No with warning eyes "maybe you should stick around here a bit more, just... Play together!" I smiled while the boy rolled his eyes and pouted "What a waste, there's like a dozen of Pokemons in this big farm"

"No more complaining!" Nana claimed "let's play cards!" she announced grabbing the deck and shuffling the cards

"Actually if I may interrupt Nana..." Blaze cut in shocking everyone

"Continue" Nama gave him permission while shaking her hand gesturing him to proceed. Oh Jesus, please don't let this man do anything stupid.

"I have a funnier game for you all to play, including Charlie" he smiled looking at the little boy who clapped in joy.

"What are you doing?" I whispered but he didn't respond to me, instead Albert appear with some bags followed by some manservant who held a blackboard with words and drawings.

"This year, egg hunting returns with some rules and better rewards" Blaze said he walked near a a table were there it stood a small podium. On third place was an award cup with the number 3 and two gifts card with 100$ in it. The second place held a bigger cup with an iPad and an apple pencil next to it, on the first place was the biggest award cup with the number 1 on it and a MacBook with a mouse. Under the podium were small stuffed rabbits with medals of participation.

Oh my god, he is insane. No one is going to like this, these are way too high prizes and they may think it's disrespectful since my Grandad was the one who always organized the egg hunting. Blaze needs to stop doing things on my back they are going to crush him, and my Nana oh my Nana she's going to kill-

"What are the rules?" Nana asked making me lift my eyebrow

"Glad you asked Nana" Blaze smiled "each one will have a bag and also a small map to guide you through the farm, you can find the eggs or win them in small activities that are on the map" he explained while Albert distributed the maps, giving me also one "Each color of eggs as different points and there are even bigger points to get if you find the rabbits"

"There's rabbits?" Adrian asked curious

"Yes, they are hiding the eggs but some off them can be found. If you take the rabbit that's 10 points"

"Wooowww" Adrian said amazed "I want to play!"

"Take a bag then" Blaze advised "C'mon everyone let's play. You can make team's or go solo"  everyone started to get up and grabbed his bag

"Albert will whistle to start the hunt" Blaze informed, while Ablert had a big silver whistle in his hand that looked like those dog whistles, he was ready to blow that at any second to start the game

"Any doubts?"

"Get on with it young man! I have eggs to catch!" Uncle Joel laughed

"Eleonora you're not playing?" Julia asked

"I uh-"

"Yes you are come on! Your husband as made all this work, so you are playing!" Nana grabbed me pulling me off the chair "Pair with him c'mon" Nana pushed me towards Blaze

"You know I don't do teaming, grandma" I informed while looking at his smiley face

"It's he only way you can win"Blaze said grabbing a bag

"Oh please" I rolled my eyes with a disgusted face on, I didn't understand what was this all about. Who was he trying to impress?

"Ready?" Albert shouted in his imperative and educated tone

"Let's go! Get over with it!"Aunt Paloma shouted while setting her position to run

"Set!"

"Just do it old man!" Larissa and Lorena, the twins, shouted in unison to poor Albert. He gave a mischievous smile and whistled right away, and in a second everyone near me had disappeared they were running through the big farm on a hunt to find colorful eggs.
