"Good morning."

Mark was surprised to hear Signe's voice whisper in his ear, causing him to immediately sit up in alarm.

This isn't my house, this is Jack's, Mark thought as he began to panic, unsure of why he was where he was.

"Well this isn't good." Mark mumbled softly, his voice sounding like a familiar Irishman's instead of his own.

"What's wrong sweetie? You look really pale." Signe frowned in concern, gently grabbing Mark's chin with her hand so her brown eyes could bore into his.

"I-I'm fine, I just have to use the bathroom." Mark lied, quickly scrambling out of bed.

He paused in the hall once he realized that he had no idea where the bathroom was, making him look like an idiot.

He looked around and soon found it, closing the door behind him before he looked into the mirror.

Jack's pale blue eyes stared back at him.

"What did you do this time?"

Mark whirled around to see Dark standing casually behind him, a light smirk on his face.

"What the hell is happening?!" Mark hissed to the demon, gesturing to the mirror.

"You tell me." Dark countered.

"I don't know! One minute I'm going to bed in LA next to Amy, the next I'm waking up in Ireland in Jack's fucking body next to Signe!" Mark exclaimed in exasperation.

"Why are you even here anyway?" Mark sighed, running a hand through his, or rather Jack's, fluffy brown hair.

"All of us egos are connected to your mind, and we'd prefer you to be back in your body too so we can avoid Jack's egos." Dark explained.

"I hope Jack's doing okay." Mark muttered as he splashed water on his face before exiting the room, mustering up his courage to face Signe.

Jack woke up in a room that wasn't his, Amy lying next to him instead of Signe much to his bewilderment.

He abruptly sat up and looked around, guessing that he was in Mark's room for whatever reason.

"What's wrong babe?" Amy mumbled sleepily as she propped herself up on her elbows, looking over at Jack.

"What the hell is happening?" Jack muttered in confusion, his voice deeper than usual and his Irish accent gone.

"You fell asleep editing at your computer again, so I brought you to bed." Amy explained as she snuggled closer to Jack.

"I'm not Mark." Jack stated with a frown.

"Sure you're not. Go back to sleep ya goof." Amy smirked, pressing a kiss to Jack's cheek before laying back down and closing her eyes.

Jack waited until she was asleep again to sneak out of bed and stagger into the bathroom, his reflection confirming his suspicions.

He was in Mark's house because he was Mark.

"What kind of nightmare is this?" Jack groaned as he rubbed his face with his hands.

Or more specifically, Mark's face with Mark's hands.

"What the fuck?!"

Jack nearly yelled in surprise when Anti appeared behind him, clearly enraged at the situation.

"Did you do this?" Anti snarled at Jack as he shoved Jack against the sink.

"N-no! I don't know what's going on either!" Jack stammered.

"I'll talk to the others." Anti grumbled with a scowl as he disappeared.

He soon returned with Marvin, the magician's throat being strangled by Anti despite his desperate attempts to escape.

"Anti stop!" Jack barked commandingly.

Anti reluctantly relinquished his hold, causing the masked magician to fall to the floor and cough for air.

"What...was that...for?" Marvin panted as he struggled to rise from the tiled floor.

"You started this, fix it!" Anti snapped impatiently.

"I-I don't know how, I didn't think my spell would work." Marvin admitted.

"Mark, I heard a lot of loud noises, are you okay?" Amy yelled through the door.

"Yeah I'm fine!" Jack yelled back, hastily motioning for the egos to leave as he opened the door.

"What was up? I could've swore I heard Anti's voice." Amy remarked.

"I was just...Jack called me and was trying to scare me by pretending to be Anti." Jack lied, feeling a twinge of guilt for doing so.

"Oh, uh, okay. C'mon to bed babe, you promised Tyler you would work out with him tomorrow." Amy reminded him.

"Yeah, right." Jack nodded, swallowing hard.

How the hell am I supposed to keep up with him? Jack thought as he followed Amy back to bed.

"Goodnight babe." Amy whispered as she kissed Jack on the lips before rolling over, her back pressed against his side.

"Goodnight Amy." Jack replied, rolling over so Amy wouldn't see the guilt written on his face as he thought of how he would continue this facade until everything was fixed.
