My eyes fluttered open, blinking quickly,

My eyes quickly adjusted to the darkness around me,

I then remembered what had happened before I blacked out,

What was he talking about?

I flicked my head around the area I was in,

I'm in one of the cages amazing!

I looked over to see the strange blonde boy in the corner of the cage,

I walked over to him as quietly as possible,

He murmured and then rolled over to face me,

Being met by electrifying blue eyes,

He looked at me confused,

"Why are you in here?"

"I don't know I just woke up in here."

He stared me down,

"Show me your wrist now!"

"Okay i don't know why you need too though."

I put out my wrists, noticing a marking of a cloud in my left wrist,

Lachlan then pulled up his wrist which showed a lightning strike on his right,

"Wait.."

I looked at him confused,

"Put them together."

I put my wrist up to his,

Suddenly a bright light lit up the dull room,

I covered my eyes, my hand stuck in the position next to Lachlan's,

The light faded, revealing my marking on my arm now coloured a dark blue with a purple outline,

I looked over to Lachlan,

His turned from purple to blue as it went down,

"What was that?"

Lachlan looked away shyly,

"We are soul mates apparently."

I looked at him,

"Wha-what do you mean?"

"I mean-"

Lachlan was interrupted by one of the men that I saw in the room before passing out,

"Hey Speedy."

He waved at Lachlan,

Lachlan rolled his eyes,

"Oh look Weather boy is up."

He said looking at me,

"Weather Boy?"

"You can control the weather man."

"Since when could I do that."

"Since a couple of hours idiot."

I looked down at my wrist and then to Lachlan,

This is one weird ass day..
