UNKNOWN POV

Walking behind the vampire, escorting me out of the cave of his boss. On my face is a wicked simle, trying not to let out an evil laughter. Who would have thought that the trip to witch three days ago, will land a big deal into my hands. Although I was almost killed by the demental witch, but I would let that disrespect from her go easily, I'm definitely going to kill her. I just have to deal with those two cursed  mate and prevent them from stealing what is mine. My hand clenched into a fist by my side.
"I guess we have a deal then" the vampire said, I nod my head in response. I salute goodbye to the vampire and the building I just stepped out from. And with a shout I said.
"I hope you keep the end of your deal. Mind you we are still enemies". I said, finally letting out the evil laughter have bottled in. I turned my back to the building as I proceed down the lonely path. Knowing full well I could be kill with my back exposed to them this way, but they wouldn't dare to take my life, I am as important to them has they are to me. 

Stepping into the cabin I have spent close to two years in, training under the council before I'm inaugurated as the Alpha of my pack. My training has been concluded and I'm going back to my pack. I can't help smirking at the plan I already have set.

Packing my bags in an hurry, so I could get to the pack before the ceremony so I could torture her and destroy her mind, making her useless and a shell of her true self.  I let out a demonic laugh at the thought. Flinging my bag to the boot of the car. I climb into the car, gripping the steering wheel furiously, I gaze at my reflection in the car mirror, feeling all jittery, I can't wait to lay my hands on that mice. I let out another maniac laugh, stepping on the acceleration padal and the car shoot forward with high speed. With one hand on the wheel I used the other hand to turn on the radio. The voice of a male News reporter talking about the heavy storm that is going to happen in few hours, tell the citizens to take precautions and stay at home. I hissing loudly, that's not going to stop my journey, no goddam storm will stop me from getting to her. I Switched the station to one that's not making a news report. I stepped on the gas and speed up.

It's over five hours of me driving and I'm yet to witness any storm, stupid weather forecast. Feeling a little relaxed after a long drive, I stopped at a fuel station to refuel my car. Done with refueling the tank of the car, I stepped into the restroom to take a smoke. F***k the beware sign. After I'm done with the cigar, I flushed the butt in the water closet.

I stepped out of the restroom, noticing it has began to drizzle. I stepped into the car and speed off. The reporters may not be wrong after all, as the little drizzle of rain has turned into a thunder storm, but it's still something I could deal with so I continued the journey instead of stopping until the rain reduces. Suddenly I heard a loud thud on the roof of my car. That will be a branch from a tree, Increasing the speed so I get off the road that is surrounded by trees. Before I could realise what was going on, the car somersault and landed with the roof of the car and the wheels facing towars the sky, the windows shattered and a tree truck pointing towards my neck, I could smell gasoline. Before I could figure out a way of escape the car exploded. I last word i heard was "I'm sure he his dead".  Someone was trying to f***King kill me. I thought before falling unconscious.

CAIN POV

That stupid bastard, how dare him, to make that stupid deal against my mate, not like she agreed to be mine nevertheless she is still mine, and no one gets the right to hurt her, if they try, they won't get away with it. The crazy vampire he signed a deal with I have already taken care of him. Unknown to the boss who has been after my life for centuries, I have all of this planned out. His right hand man is my man.

I told my man to tell the vampire about the prophecy and how he could use that to get to me and slay me. I also told him to make the suggestion about reaching out to the Godforsaken Alpha to be. Fortunately for me the boss took the bait sent one of him to get the Alpha who fell into the trap and went with the vampire.

Their plans was for the vampires to attack his pack, and he was sure that I was going to come out if I find his pack has been raided. That I would come and save my mate, which I'm definitely going to do if I wasn't aware of the plan. So when I show up the vampire with take care of me and the Alpha will take care of my mate, and the both of them have a win win case.

I can't believe that imbecile was about to sacrifice the life of his pack to get me killed and have my mate to himself. Not like I'm any better, I killed my own family and cause alot of my people to died due to my foolishness. Although I will never trust my enemy or  make any deal with them, he so crazy to trust a vampire in the first place.

Tonight he will take his final breath. I sit in my office while awaiting response from those I sent to end his life. I know he will be reckless and still embark on the journey despite the weather forecast. The storm just  made it easy for all track to be cleared without a trace. I jolt at alert at the sound of my phone ringing.

I picked it and hear a single word. "Accomplished". I smiled and hung up but I still feeling uneasy this is just too easy. A thought keeps scratching at the back of my mind tell me this is not over. Pushing all those thoughts aside, I picked up my phone and dial my brothers Wilson and Frederick in a group video call.

"Sup man". Frederick greeted with a goofy simle.

"I'm trying to prepare a lesson note". Wilson said giving me a bored look.

"Do P.E teacher have to write a lesson not" I said with a scoff.

"What do you want Cain?" Wilson asked, removing his glasses and placing it on his desk, folding his hands and looking straight into my eyes. If he was physically sitting opposite me the stare would have been intense.

"How are you doing Freddie, what are you up to"? I asked him trying to wave off Wilson stare.

"What else would I be doing, I, mean there is a huge storm outside my window and I have given up on the hunt for my mate, so I'm home alone wallowing in my pain". He said as he sighed, he looks so pathetic. I try not to flinch at the face he is making.

"Don't try to stale what you want to say, cause I can smell guilt through the phone. What have you done this time around"?. Wilson asked me. Ok he caught me I went out of the plan again.

"OK, so you know after we discovered about lucas and that Alpha plan" I said looking at each one on them face. Wilson still gives me that bored look and Freddie gave me the look of "you didn't do what I think you did".

"So, I couldn't sit still and do nothing so I sent some to take the Alpha down and threw a little attack on Lucas" I said. Looking particularly at Wilson trying to read any emotions which he refuse to show.

"I knew you would do something like that, so I'm not surprised". He said releasing his folded arms, leaning back to the chair and crack his fingers. Freddie gave me the look of "I know you would do what I think you did".

"So is the Alpha alive or dead?" Wilson asked.

"Larry called to tell me he is dead, but I have the feeling he is not dead, he can't died just like that". I said. Freddie raised one of his eyebrows giving me a stink look.

"I thought you wanted him dead and he his dead and you are still doubting if he is really dead, what do you really want. He is dead like you want him to be. So... even if he is not dead, he won't know someone tried to take his life he will blame it on the weather". Frederick said. Rolling his eyes at me.

"Anyways, let's keep our eyes on his pack, and check for any activities and meet with Jasper to ask for any development. If there is nothing more, I'm out, I have lesson note to write." Wilson said, since there was no reply from any of us he hung up.

" that dude is just too stiff, even after centuries of been together he hasn't losen up". Freddie said shaking his head. I smiled at his word. He wave to the camera as he also hang up.

I sent a message to Jasper telling him to meet me tomorrow night to discuss with him.

If eventually he is still alive I will unalive him again, I thought. Gripping my pen in a tight hold till I heard a crack sound. I threw the damage pen into my dustbin. A dong sound came from my phone as a message pops up

I know it was you who sent that attack, very soon I will crush every immortal bone in you and make you a living corpse.

I laughed out loud at Lucas threats, just with and see me peel of you pale skin and make it into a rug.
