Digory POV
Stupid horse I thought to my self it felt impossible to balance on it. So perhaps it would've helped if I wasn't on my phone but I had get my schedule and room number in there before I forgot it. Considering I already got lost once and then lost my schedule when I tripped over my bags and down the stairs that gave everyone a good laugh. Finally I finished and hurriedly shoved my phone and glasses down my pants pocket. And as I was trying to fix my uniform I realized that I didn't have my rose and just then the signal to go in was heard. The others started to go in so I figured no one would notice. As I entered everything turned to chaos! As I was trying to get a look at the two headed dog I had block and knock blows out of my way. Then I turned my attention to the two sides. Wondering which ever girl I would have given my rose to and just then I saw something red in my coat pocket I pulled out the rose in relief because it was time to get off and throw them I saw a girl with blonde hair and pretty blue eyes who I thought looked nice and as I was getting off my foot slipped and as did the rose out of my hand and in horror I watched eyes wide and mouth agape like everyone else who saw the rose fall to the Nevers side.
