(Marius is summoned before the blood communion during a time of uncertainty and confronts you, a person he could not keep his eyes off of. ) (this is another scenario of you meeting him as well, enjoy!) 

You were staying with Lestat in his chateau in Auvergne, France. He had just been crowned prince of the vampires, ruler of all blood drinkers. You were so proud of him as well as the ancients, other blood drinkers, mainly fledglings and outcasts disapproved of it and chose to rebel. Chaos ensued between nations while Lestat was celebrating his victory, drinking and throwing massive balls. While the victory was a success David and some of the elders knew there was danger ahead, all could be in danger if they did not act quickly. 

One night while David is muttering to himself on what to do you ask if you could help, you didn't want him and other vampires to be the only ones fighting. "David please, let me help, there must be something I can do." you pleaded. David shook his head. "My dear I will not allow this, I cannot be the one to put you in danger. you are a mortal, and you must be protected at all costs." he reminded you. "stay out of it please, allow me and the elders to take care of it." his words caused you to snap "GOD DAMN IT DAVID LISTEN TO ME!" you snapped. "Let me do something, I can't just sit here like a princess waiting to be rescued. I'm not that kind of girl, mortal or immortal I don't care!" you yelled. But David continued to ignore you. you got the impression that he really didn't want you involved in the matter, you sighed. "Ok fine, keep me out of it for all I care. But at least tell me if there is someone that can restore some order to our bloodline." you demanded. David stood with his back turned to you, he bowed his head and sighed, knowing just the person. but he didn't like the idea of it. He turned around to face you. 

"Alright Y/N, there is one person that can however that person has not made himself known to us for years." he said. You raised an eyebrow and crossed your arms. "And who might this person be?" you asked. David didn't want to say it but he had no choice. "His name is Marius." he said. "Marius?" you said questioningly. "Yes my dear, he is a blood drinker as well. An ancient vampire, he was once a soldier and a senator in the time of the roman empire. He may be of use to us, and if Lestat allows it he can serve our council as senator. But only Lestat can grant that sort of position." he explained. the name Marius stuck with you, an interesting name. "Do you know where he is?" you asked. "I'm afraid not my dear, like I had said no one has seen nor heard from him in years. Last thing I remember was he disappeared after the death of our former queen. Some say he fled back to rome but I can't be certain." he said. "We should find him, there must be a way, can any of our blood drinkers track him down?" you asked. David shook his head, he had just about had enough. "My dear you ask too many questions, and I believe I've had enough for the evening." he said walking away, making his way to his room. 

"Damn it David!" you cursed under your breath. "If he won't help me then I'll find Marius myself, I will not be a coward, I don't care if I'm a mortal!" you said to yourself. You wondered if there was a book in Lestat's library that had information about Marius, being curious you decided to walk to the library to find out. you were about to reach the library when you saw someone coming out of it. "Oh hello Y/N, good evening." said the voice. You knew who it was. "Hello Bianca, good evening to you too." you replied. "I heard you are searching for Marius, well, I can help you there." she offered. Your eyes widened. "You know where he is?" you asked. "I do not know exactly where I'm afraid, however, I do know where he was last seen. I have heard many blood drinkers and mortals speaking of it. I can take you there." she said. "and do not worry about David, I can deal with him for you." you smiled. "Bianca thank you! I.." she gestured for you to stop. She chuckled. "No need for that yet miss, let us go find him. We will leave tonight once everyone attends the ball. you can meet me in the courtyard." she said. You nodded and ran off to get ready. 

(Time skip) 

You met with Bianca in the courtyard, she handed you a golden pin of some kind. "Put this on the inside of your cloak, there will be guards outside of the city. if they see the pin they will know you are not an enemy." she said. You were confused at first but then she explained the reason behind them, she said that the city was on the watch for criminals outside of the city and the pins told them that you were innocent. Once you understood she brought you to Rome, Italy. It didn't take long to get there since Bianca was a blood drinker, you knew that vampires could travel at incredible speed. they could cover miles within seconds. Once you both arrived in Rome you began to search for Marius. Bianca did not sense any other presence there except for mortals. There was no sign of him there, you couldn't help but think of how furious David was going to be, but quickly brushed it off when you both arrived in Venice. 

Biance overheard mortals speaking about a strange man wandering the streets and others speaking of a man they all knew. Luckily Bianca had taught you the language, otherwise you would have had to ask her to translate all the time. you both encountered a young mortal girl that night who spoke of him. "Oh yes, we have seen him alright. He does wander the streets at night as always, everyone in italy knows. he lives in a palazzo in the outskirts of town, you may find him there." said the girl in Italian. "Thank you madam." you said in Italian before leaving with Bianca to find him. "You are so good with the language Y/N, I'm proud of you." said Bianca. "Well I learned from the best." you said, making Bianca blush. "This way." she pointed. You followed her to a rather large looking house, it was the palazzo that the girl had spoken of. "That's it!" said Bianca. You both made your way down there but stopped when you saw two guards speaking to someone. It was Cyril and Thorne, they were speaking to a man dressed in red. Bianca's eyes lit up. "ah there he is! that man down there, the one in red." Bianca pointed to the man in red, you got a closer look and blushed. He was really handsome. Bianca noticed you staring and laughed to herself. 

"He's in his study, come on." said Bianca. She lead you to the house, you ran behind her saying this was madness. "Nonesense!" she giggled. you just went with it and followed her inside. The doors to the study opened after Bianca said three words in Italian. The doors seemed to have a spell of some sort on them, and only opened if you said those words. Cyril and Thorne were shocked and almost drew their weapons, Marius stood up suddenly. "Bianca." he muttered, shocked that she was there. "It's alright, I know this woman." he said to the guards. Cyril and Thorne relaxed, but were still shocked. Marius's eyes then darted to yours, realizing that you were there with her. By the looks of it he seemed interested in you. 

Cyril heard a voice call to him, through the mind gift a blood drinker told him that David was worried sick and was furious that both you and Bianca had left the chateau to find Marius. Bianca heard it too. "He is furious with you both, and very worried about you." warned Cyril. "I can handle him later, for now he will have to deal with it." said Bianca. "I had a feeling David would find out, I'm sure Bianca and myself can handle it." you said. Marius seemed flattered by your voice. Marius told Cyril and Thorne to leave him alone with you and Bianca. The two guards obeyed his command, leaving the three of you alone in the study. Marius listened very closely to you and Bianca explaining what was happening, Marius seemed intrigued by all of it and instantly agreed. "I shall journey to the chateau with you both, and you are right, we must act if we are to restore peace to both our kind and all mortals alike." said Marius. 

Without another word he left Italy with you and Bianca, making your way back to Auvergne France, Marius couldn't help but flirt with you the whole time. Bianca kept laughing to herself. "Do you have to flirt with everyone Marius?" asked Bianca, shaking her head while laughing. "Why not? besides, this woman you brought with you is quite stunning." he said. "I can't refuse." he said winking at you, making you blush and look away. You arrived at the chateau and met with David who was furious with you both. David couldn't believe that you found him. "Not now David, if we are to put an end to this chaos we must act." said Marius. David was still crossed that he could read his mind. "Fine, I will speak to you all later but for now let us deal with the matter at hand." said David. the three of you went inside and discussed the matter alongside the rest of the council. Agreeing upon a plan to bring the chaos to an end. "Very well, we will go forward with the plan at dusk. Tomorrow evening, you all know what is expected. are you ready for your first act as prince Lestat?" asked Marius. Lestat stood up, standing before his council. "I am ready, and I know I can seem out of hand at times being the brat that I am, but at times like this I must put that side of me aside and act as your leader and your prince. Let's bring an end to chaos and begin a peace between us all, mortal and immortal alike." said Lestat. the rest were in agreement and would go forward with the plan at dusk. 

"You have done well Y/N, I do not know how to repay such an act of bravery. between you and Bianca." said Lestat, speaking to you. "There is no need your highness, I am only here to serve alongside my family. I care about you all you know that." you said. Lestat chuckled. "and that you do my dear, but there must be some way to repay you." he said. you chuckled. "I really don't need anything Lestat, but I will take a hug for now." you said. Lestat smiled and hugged you. He always gave the best hugs. you hugged him back. "Thank you Y/N, I truly mean it. and I am not being a brat I swear." he said. "I believe you Lestat come on." you laughed. he chuckled and let go of you. His eyes suddenly darted to Marius, he smirked at him knowing that he was staring at you. "I believe you have an admirer Y/N." he teased. you looked at Marius and then looked away blushing. "I suppose I do." you said, your face all red from blushing so much. "I will leave it to you." he said walking away. Which gave Marius the opportunity to flirt with you again. lol.
