We then cut to the next scene showing Bowser, Bowser Jr., and Kamek who were walking out of the woods and saw a Magic School which Bowser said.

Bowser Jr.: Really?

Kamek: Yes really.

Suddenly, they heard footsteps and Kamek said.

Kamek: Quick, let's go hide.

Next, they ran towards the nearest bush to hide in as Sig came out of the Magic School gate first saying.

Sig: Now that class is done, I should get back to collecting more bugs.

Then, Sig left as he was now trying to collect bugs which Bowser said.

Bowser (Whispering): Who is that kid?

Kamek (Whispering): Beats me. But he collects bugs as his hobby from what I have heard.

Next, Raffina came out of the Magic School gate second, along with the woman who has a long, curled light purple curly hair that reaches her waist. Her eyes are perpetually shut and she is never seen with them open, much like Lemres. A small pair of glasses sits on the bridge of her nose. She wears a long, white dress with cyan trim, a frilled ascot, indigo boots, and a round hat decorated with two wings at the front. She even also has a cat on her side.

Raffina: So Ms. Accord, are you heading to Suzuran Junior High like you said?

Ms. Accord: Why yes, Raffina. After for what I have seen, I must make them stronger so they can restore our peaceful world before it gets any worse.

Raffina: I see. You wouldn't mind if I can come along with you, right?

Ms. Accord: Not at all, Raffina. After all, we could use some more help.

Raffina: Yes!

???: Well let's get a move on then, meow.

Then, they left as they were now heading to the Suzuran Junior High and Bowser said.

Bowser (Whispering): Is that Ms. Accord and Popoi you were talking about.

Kamek (Whispering): Yep, that's them. Now let's go follow them and hopefully we don't lose them.

B/B Jr. (Whispering): Right!

And with that, Bowser, Bowser Jr., and Kamek were now following behind them without them even noticing.

We then see Mario, Ringo, and the others as they finally caught Ecolo and Ringo said.

Ringo: We caught you, Ecolo!

Ecolo: Blrrgh...?

Ringo: Why do you keep running away!? Clearly, you're behind this mess!

Ecolo: That's no fair...

Ringo: Huh!?

Ecolo: What mess, Ringo? You all looked like you were having fun!

Ecolo: And you were playing with all those colored blocks! I just wanted to play too!

Ringo: WHAT!?

Ecolo: We had a good game of hide-n'-seek didn't we?

Ringo: THAT'S why you were running away?

Ecolo: I had so much fun!

Mario and Luigi then facepalm by this while Starlow was sighing in disappointment as Luigi said.

Luigi: So that explains why he ran away in the first place.

M/Sl: Yep.

Ecolo: Let's have more fun together!

Ringo: Ecolo...! How DARE you!

Ecolo: Now let's get this battle started!

And with that, Ringo battling with Ecolo begins.

Ringo starts off by stacking up some Puyos, while Ecolo on the other hand was also stacking up some Puyos. Next, Ringo manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 1 attack.

Ringo: Sine!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos twice saying.

Ecolo: Oh! Good!

But it wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a few Garbage Puyos into his stack.

Next, they stack up some more Puyos as Ringo manage to clear Puyos twice saying

Ringo: Solved it! Got it!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 1 attack.

Ecolo: You cheater!

Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for Ecolo's spell 1 attack as Ringo receive a few Garbage Puyos into her stack.

Next, they stack up even more Puyos as Ringo manage to clear Puyos four times to perform a spell 2 attack.

Ringo: Cosine!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos twice saying.

Ecolo: Oh! Good!

But it wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a few more Garbage Puyos into his stack.

Next, Ringo manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 1 attack

Ringo: Sine!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell counter attack.

Ecolo: Take that!

Next, they stack up some more Puyos as Ringo manage to clear Puyos five times to perform a spell 3 attack.

Ringo: Tangant!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 1 attack.

Ecolo: You cheater!

But it wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a few more Garbage Puyos into his stack.

Next, they stack up even more as Ringo manage to clear Puyos four times to perform a spell 2 attack.

Ringo: Cosine!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos once saying.

Ecolo: Oh!

But it still wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a decent amount of Garbage Puyos into his stack.

Ecolo: Ow.

Next, Ringo manage to clear Puyos four times to perform a spell 2 attack once again.

Ringo: Cosine!

As Ecolo was about to stack up the next Puyo to clear it, he receive a bunch of Garbage Puyos into his stack.

Ecolo: That hurts!

And with that, Ringo was victorious while Ecolo on the other hand lost to Ringo saying.

Ecolo: Aw, I've lost...

Ringo: That was perfect!

As their battle was over, Ecolo said.

Ecolo: That was fun~! You really made my day, Ringo!

Ringo: Why are you being weird!?

Ringo: Look, Ecolo... I want you to sit there and think about the trouble you caused.

Ecolo: What trouble...?

Ringo: Eh?

M/L: Hmm?

Ecolo: I didn't merge the three dimensions, Ringo.

Ringo: Y-You didn't?

Ringo: Um... Well, guess we jumped to conclusions, huh?

Mario: Indeed.

Ecolo: Well, of COURSE you did, dingbrain! The bad man has powers similar to mine.

Ecolo: He's known as the Keeper of Dimensions.

Ringo: The "Keeper," huh?

Starlow: Interesting.

Ecolo: He lives way out at the edge of spacetime. It's his job to make sure the worlds stay separate.

Ecolo: ...Someone hasn't been doing his job, if you ask me. And what's worse is that another world is also being merge with the two for some reason.

Tee: The edge of spacetime...

Tee: That's where we'll find the Keeper of Dimensions?

Ecolo: I guess...?

Tee: Hey, you listening to me...?

Ecolo: Hey, Ringo! It isn't so easy traveling that far.

Ecolo: You'll need the power of Puyo Puyo AND Tetris. You have to use them both!

Ecolo: If you do it just right, you can warp there!

Ringo: But... how?

Ecolo: Well, silly, you can't get there with your current power!

Ecolo: Nope! You all need to get MUCH strong-er...er!

Tee: How do we do that?

Ecolo: *mocking sounds*

Tee: Wh-Why do you single me out and be rude?

Ecolo: Not sure.

Tee: Th-That's not a good reason...!

Ecolo: Next, you're gonna say I need a reason to bury you in Puyos!

Tee: Bring it! I don't get buried that easy! You'll see!

And with that, Tee battling Ecolo for the second time begins.

Tee starts off by stacking up some Tetriminos, while Ecolo on the other hand was stacking up some Puyos. Next, Tee manage to clear two lines to perform a spell 1 attack.

Tee: Hold!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos twice saying.

Ecolo: Oh! Good!

Next, they stack up some more as Tee manage to clear four lines saying.

Tee: Tetris!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 1 attack.

Ecolo: You cheater!

But it wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a few Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Next, they stack up even more as Tee manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Tee: Spin Attack!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos once saying.

Ecolo: Oh!

But it still wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a few more Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Next, they stack up some more as Tee manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Follow by clearing another three lines to perform a spell 3 attack.

Tee: Lockdown!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 2 attack.

Ecolo: You cheater!

But it wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a decent amount of Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Ecolo: Ow.

Next, they stack up even more as Tee manage to clear four lines saying.

Tee: Tetris!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos four times to perform a spell 2 attack.

Ecolo: You liar!

Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for Ecolo's spell 2 attack as Tee receive two lines of Garbage Puyos into his stack.

Tee: What!

Next, they stack up even more as Tee manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Tee: Spin Attack!

Follow by clearing two more lines to perform a spell 1 attack.

Tee: Hold!

Then, Ecolo manage to clear Puyos twice saying.

Ecolo: Oh! Good!

But it wasn't enough as Ecolo receive a few Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Next, Tee manage to clear four lines saying.

Tee: Tetris!

As Ecolo was about to stack the next Puyo, he receive a bunch of Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Ecolo: That Hurts!

And with that, Tee was victorious while Ecolo on the other hand lost to Tee saying.

Ecolo: Aw, I've lost...

Tee: I never back down!

(BGM: In the End We All Laugh! - Puyo Puyo Tetris)

As their battle was over, Tee said.

Tee: H-Hey, I won...!

Ecolo: Boo! You're no fun!

Ecolo:  Oh well, good luck! See ya, Ringo!

Then, Ecolo left as Tee said.

Tee: Hey, I'm not done with you yet!

As Tee was about to chase Ecolo, Mario stops him saying.

Mario: Just let him go, Tee. Besides, he's not really our problem anyway.

Ess: ...It's like talking to a spoiled child!

Ringo (Sweatdrop): Let's look on the bright side.

Ringo: He DID give us a clue, right?

Starlow: Yeah, he did gave us that clue after all.

Ringo: Let's see what everyone thinks?

Luigi: Okay.

O: Pipi!

And with that, they were now starting to head back to the Starship Tetra so they could tell everyone about Ecolo's clue.

After two hours have passed, they were now back at Suzuran Junior High as they were now in front of the school building. Once Ringo told them about Ecolo's clue, she said.

Ringo: So that's where we stand.

Tee: To reach the end of space time, we need to get stronger.

Amitie: Wow, I have no idea that even existed! So, how do we get stronger?

Ringo: Um... no clue!

Arle: It's easier said than done. I wish it weren't so vague.

???: Oh, my, are we too late...?

Amitie: Huh...? OH!

???: *giggles* Good day, everyone.

???: I see some news faces, meow.

Amitie: Professor Accord!

M/L/T/Sl: Professor Accord?

Yoshi: ...?

Ringo: Yep, that's right. She's the teacher of Primp Magic School and an expert of popping Puyos.

Starlow: I see.

Amitie: Shouldn't you be back at Primp Magic School? Why are you out here?

Ms. Accord: Oh, I was just passing by.

Amitie: Wow!

Next, Raffina came by as everyone notice her which Mario said.

Mario: Hey, Raffina.

Raffina: H-Hey, Mario.

Mario: What are you doing here?

Raffina: Oh, I was just walking by with Ms. Accord here since she needs help with something very important.

Mario: Oh, and what does she need help with, Raffina?

Raffina: Well...

Before Raffina could answer, Ms. Accord join in the conversation and said.

Ms. Accord: Is that the person name Mario you we're talking about.

Raffina: *Blush a little* Well yeah, he is since he's the one who saved me from getting blasted.

Mario: I see you know my name then, huh?

Ms. Accord: Why yes I do. Raffina told me about you and how you save her life.

Ms. Accord: Therefore, I thank you for saving her.

Mario: No problem. I'm just glad that I could help.

Ms. Accord: And you must be Luigi, Toadette, Yoshi, and Starlow.

Toadette: Yep. That's us.

Luigi: I'm guessing that Raffina told you about us too then.

Ms. Accord: Indeed.

Starlow: Anyways, Raffina said that you need help with something, right?

Ms. Accord: Of course, Starlow.

Ms. Accord: And speaking of which...

Ms. Accord: Did I hear you were trying to become stronger?

Amitie: Y-Yeah, all of us are...

Ms. Accord: *giggle* Never fear! I had a sneaky feeling this might happen.

Ms. Accord: So I built you all some training grounds!

Ringo: You... built us a place to train?

Ringo (Sweatdrop): Without even knowing we'd need it...?

Amitie: You're the best!

Ringo: ...Does no one else find this oddly convenient? ...No? Just me?

Luigi: Well, I guess I find it convenient too. So you're ain't the only one.

Starlow: Same.

Ringo: Okay, good, just wanted to make sure that I'm not the only one.

Amitie: I bet if we all go there and battle each other, we'll all get stronger!

Ms. Accord: *giggle* Indeed! No, instead, you'll have to face your own memories.

Ms. Accord: You'll be training against our illusions.

Then, Mario, Ringo, and the others turn around as they see is Bowser and Bowser Jr. who were standing right behind them as Mario said.

Mario: Bowser! You again!

Raffina: Toadette, that's Bowser you were talking about!

Toadette: Yep, that's him since he always causes trouble.

Raffina: In that case, I'll teach him some manners to not push a lady from earlier!

Bowser: I want all of you to stand aside! I just wanted to talk to this lady name Ms. Accord about something.

Bowser Jr.: Yeah, what my dad said.

Starlow: Nice try, Bowser. I bet you just wanted to kidnapped her just you can get some answers from her.

Bowser: What!? No! I just wanted to talk with her is all.

Bowser Jr.: That's right. So move it or lose it.

Mario: Well you still ain't fooling me. If you want her, you have to go through me.

Ms. Accord: No, Mario. Let me talk with him.

Luigi: What! No, you can't. Bowser is evil, he'll—

Ms. Accord: I'll be fine. Besides, I know how to perform magic just in case if anything goes wrong.

Popoi: She's right you know. So give her a chance, meow.

Starlow: *sigh* If you say so.

Next, Ms. Accord walk towards Bowser and she said.

Ms. Accord: So Bowser, what do you want to talk about?

Bowser: Well, I was wondering if you would show me that cat of yours.

Ms. Accord: Oh. You mean Popoi, correct?

Bowser: Yes, that's correct.

Ms. Accord: Okay then.

Then, Ms. Accord show Popoi to Bowser when suddenly...

Bowser: Gotcha!

Bowser snatch Popoi away from Ms. Accord which cause her and everyone else to be shock by his action as Popoi said.

Popoi: Hey, let go of meow!

Bowser: Kamek, now!

Next, Bowser chucks Popoi in the air as Kamek flew with his magic broom and started to use his magic on Popoi which cause him to grew big while being mind control in the process.

Then, Popoi started to meow very loud which Bowser said.

Bowser: Yes, it worked!

Mario: What did you do to Popoi!

Bowser: Isn't it obvious, Mario. He's in my control now.

Bowser: Popoi! Here's your cat food.

Once Bowser pointed at the Mario Bros, Popoi started to licked his lips as Luigi was now terrified saying.

Luigi: C-C-Cat food!?

Ms. Accord: Not on my watch!

Next, Ms. Accord use her magic on Popoi. But unfortunately, it didn't work on Popoi.

Ms. Accord: Impossible! My magic should do the trick.

Kamak: Nice try, Ms. Accord. But my magic is stronger than your magic, so there's no chance to counter it.

Bowser Jr.: And the only way to free him is by battling him.

Bowser: Exactly. So anyway, enjoy being cat food by Popoi of course. Gawhahaha!

Then, Bowser, Bowser Jr., and Kamek left as Popoi started to meow very loud once again and Starlow said.

Starlow: It looks like we don't have a choice, do we?

Mario: Unfortunately, yes. Which is why we're going to win this battle and save Popoi.

Luigi: Yeah, let's hope we beat him before he eats us.

Mario: Ms. Accord, Yoshi, and Toadette. I want you to take the others to a safe place as far away from here.

Toadette: You got it!

Ms. Accord: Understood.

Ringo: Wait, but you'll get—

Mario: Don't worry, Ringo. Me and Luigi will be fine, just trust me.

Tee: Mario's right. We should get out of here and let them handle this.

Ringo: O-Okay then. Please be careful you two.

And with that, they all left as Mario and Luigi are battling with Popoi begins in a new mode called... Puyo Puyo/Tetris - RPG Style.

Starlow then started to speak to the Mario Bros saying.

Starlow: Looks like we have our first boss battle to deal with, huh.

Mario: Indeed.

Suddenly, Mario, Luigi, and Popoi have HP this time around which Starlow was surprised by this and said.

Starlow: Woah! It looks like you two have HP now.

Luigi: We do?

Starlow: Yep, why don't you take a look for yourself.

Next, Mario and Luigi looked at their HP which these two have... 

Mario

HP: 200/200

Luigi

HP: 230/230

Luigi: Wow. I guess we do.

Mario: Yeah, same goes for the boss to then.

Then, they looked at Popoi's HP which he has...

Popoi

HP: 500/500

Starlow: It seems that he has a lot of HP than you guys do.

Mario: Well, that would've been too obvious.

Starlow: But at least you two can pull this off, right?

Mario: Right! C'mon Luigi, Let's-a go!

Luigi: Okie dokie!

Mario and Luigi starts off by stacking up Tetriminos. While Popoi on the other hand was stacking up some Puyos. Next, Mario manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Mario: Quake Hammer!

Follow by Luigi who manage to clear two lines to perform a spell 1 attack.

Luigi: Hammer!

Then, Popoi manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 1 attack.

Popoi: Whip, meow!

But it wasn't enough as Popoi receive a few Garbage blocks into his stack.

Next, they stack up some more as Mario manage to clear two lines to perform a spell 1 attack.

Mario: Hammer!

Follow by Luigi who manage to clear four lines saying.

Luigi: Tetris!

Then, Popoi manage to clear Puyos twice saying.

Popoi: Meow. Meow!

But it still wasn't enough as Popoi receive a decent amount of Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Popoi: Meow!

Next, they stack up even more as time was about up in...

Time's up

Then, it switch into an RPG battle which Mario sees command blocks that were above him as Starlow said

Starlow: Ooooh! I see now.

Mario: I guess that would explain why we have HP in the first place.

Starlow: Indeed. But anyways, you know what to do.

Next, Mario nodded as he hits the Bros. Attack command block and selects the Jump Helmet. Once Mario selects the Jump Helmet, he gives Luigi the Jump Helmet as they ran back a bit. 

Then, Mario started to jump on the helmet for a few times perfectly while Luigi was moving forward with the Jump Helmet on his head. As he jump a few times perfectly, Mario was high in the air and started to stomp his foot on Popoi dealing 50 damage.

Next, it was Luigi's turn as he hits the Bros. Attack command block and selects the Yoo Who Cannon. Once Luigi selects the Yoo Who Cannon, he threw it in the air and pops out to eight cannons which Mario and Luigi went inside the cannon.

Then, it shows four Mario's and four Luigi's who were in the cannon. As they were in the cannon, the cannon started to shoot in a random order as Mario and Luigi time it right on Popoi dealing 20 damage per cannon.

Next, Popoi started to slam both paws into the ground making the shockwave. But luckily, they both dodge it by jumping over the shockwave taking no damage.

HP: 290/500

Then, it switch into a Puyo Puyo/Tetris battle as Mario manage to clear four lines saying.

Mario: Tetris!

Follow by clearing another four lines known as Back-to-Back saying.

Mario: Tetris!

Next, Luigi manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Luigi: Quake Hammer!

Then, Popoi manage to clear Puyos five times to perform a spell 3 attack.

Popoi: Galaxy, meow!

But it wasn't enough as Popoi receive a decent amount of Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Popoi: Meow!

Next, they stack up some more as Mario and Luigi manage to clear two lines to perform a spell 1 attack.

Mario: Hammer!

Luigi: Hammer!

Then, Popoi manage to clear Puyos three times to perfrom a spell 1 attack.

Popoi: Whip, meow!

Unfortunately, it was enough from Popoi's spell 1 attack as Mario and Luigi receive one Garbage Puyo line into their stack.

Next, they stack up even more as time was about up in...

Time's up

Then, it switch into an RPG battle as Mario hits the Jump command block and started to jump on Popoi twice dealing 15 damage per stomp.

Next, Luigi hits the Bros. Attack command block and selects the Dropchopper. Once Luigi selects the Dropchopper, Mario and Luigi ran into the foreground as Luigi takes out the Dropchopper.

Then, Luigi grabs onto the Dropchopper while Mario grabs on Luigi's leg as they were now flying in the air. As they were flying with the Dropchopper, the Dropchopper was moving slowly which Mario and Luigi were now above Popoi. Next, Luigi let go of the Dropchopper which they were now spinning as it hit Popoi in the process dealing 100 damage.

Then, Popoi use his magic to heal himself by 50. Follow by transforming into his form called the Evil Popoi.

Next, Evil Popoi was now fury mode meaning that he was halfway defeated as he started to swipe his paws on Mario and Luigi. But luckily, they dodge the attack by jumping over the paws until Mario hit Popoi's paw by countering it dealing 10 damage.

Then, it switch into a Puyo Puyo/Tetris battle as Mario manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Mario: Quake Hammer!

Follow by Luigi manage to clear four lines saying.

Luigi: Tetris!

Next, Evil Popoi manage to clear Puyos four times to perform a spell 2 attack.

Evil Popoi: Shooting Star!

But unfortunately, it wasn't enough from Evil Popoi's spell 2 attack as Mario and Luigi receive one Garbage Puyo line into their stack.

Then, Mario manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Mario: Quake Hammer!

Follow by Luigi who manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Luigi: Quake Hammer!

Next, Evil Popoi manage to clear Puyos twice saying.

Evil Popoi: Meow. Meow!

But it wasn't enough as Evil Popoi receive a decent amount of Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Evil Popoi: Meow!

Then, his Puyos stack were full as Evil Popoi was Topped Out dealing 100 damage.

Next, they stack up some more as time was about up in...

Time's up

Then, it switch into an RPG battle as Mario hits the Bros. Attack command block and selects the Super Bouncer. Once he selects the Super Bouncer, Mario throws the ball into the ground which suddenly turn big and Luigi jumps on the ball.

Next, Mario pushes the ball into the air while Luigi has to balance himself from falling off the ball and hits Evil Popoi successfully three times dealing 30 damage per hit. As they hit Evil Popoi three times, Mario push the ball real hard which sends it into the air.

Then, the ball came down and hits Evil Popoi for the fourth time dealing another 30 damage. Follow by Luigi who finishes off by stomping the ball real hard which hits Evil Popoi again and explodes dealing 60 damage for that final attack.

HP: 0/500

Next, Evil Popoi was defeated as he lay down on the ground while being transform back to his normal self and size. Once Popoi was laying down on the ground, Kamek showed up and said.

Kamek: Impossible! You two should've been eaten by now.

Mario: Eh, not really.

Starlow: Now that we defeated Popoi, you might as well give up.

Kamek: Rrrgh, alright then. I guess I'll have to deal with you two myself I suppose.

Kamek: So prepare yourself!

Kamek

HP: 600/600

Then, Luigi hits the Jump command block and started to jump on Kamek dealing 15 damage per stomp.

Next, Kamek started to use his magic which he summons a few shape rocks of triangles, squares, and circles at Mario and Luigi. But luckily, they counter that attack by using their hammers until Luigi got hit by a triangle rock taking 10 damage.

HP: 570/600

Luigi

HP: 220/230

Then, it switch into a Puyo Puyo/Tetris battle as Mario manage to clear two lines to perform a spell 1 attack.

Mario: Hammer!

Follow by Luigi who manage to clear two lines to perform a spell 1 attack.

Luigi: Hammer!

As kamek was stacking up some Puyos, Kamak receive a few more Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Next, Kamek manage to clear Puyos twice to perform a spell 1 attack.

Kamek: Broom Dash!

Then, Mario manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Mario: Quake Hammer!

Next, Luigi manage to clear four lines saying.

Luigi: Tetris!

Follow by clearing another four lines known as Back-to-Back saying.

Luigi: Tetris!

But it wasn't enough as Kamek receive a bunch of Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Kamek: Knaaaaaah!

Then, they stack up some more as time was about up in...

Time's up

Next, it switch into an RPG battle as Mario hit the Bros. Attack command block and selects the Mighty Meteor. Once he selects the Mighty Meteor, the meteor flew into the sky while Mario and Luigi were on each side and took out their hammers.

Then, the Meteor flew down towards Luigi which he started to charged up his hammer and hits the Meteor at Kamek, follow by Mario who hit the Meteor at Kamek. As Luigi hit the the Meteor at Kamek for the second time, Mario hits the Meteor at Kamek that was also his second time dealing 60 damage per hit. 

Next, the Meteor was destroyed revealing an item which was... an Ultra Mushroom.

Then, Luigi hits the Bros. Attack command block and selects the Spin Pipe. Once he selects the Spin Pipe, Luigi threw it up in the air as Mario and Luigi went inside the Pipe.

Next, the Pipe floe into the air and started to spin. As it spins, it flew down and hits Kamek four times dealing 50 damage per hit.

Then, Kamek was now in fury mode knowing that he is halfway defeated and started to use his magic which he summons a few Bullet Bills towards Mario and Luigi. 

But luckily, they both dodge it by jumping over the Bullet Bills taking no damage. Next, Kamek use his magic again, but this time, he heal himself by 120.

Kamek

HP: 150/600

Then, it switch into a Puyo Puyo/Tetris battle as Mario manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Mario: Quake Hammer!

Follow by clearing another three lines to perform a spell 3 attack.

Ice Mario: Iceball!

Next, Luigi manage to clear three lines to perform a spell 2 attack.

Luigi: Quake Hammer!

Then, Kamek manage to clear Puyos three times to perform a spell 2 attack.

Kamek: Magic Attack!

But it wasn't enough as Kamek receive a decent amount of Garbage Blocks into his stack.

Kamek: Nah!

Next, his Puyo stacks were full as Kamek was Topped Out dealing 100 damage.

Kamek

HP: 50/600

Then, they stack up some more as time was about up in...

Time's up

Next, it switch into an RPG battle as Mario hits the Jump command block and started to jump on Kamek dealing 15 damage per stomp.

Then, Luigi hits the Jump command block also and started to jump on Kamek dealing 15 damage per stomp.

Kamak

HP: 0/600

(BGM Ended)

And with that, Kamek was now defeated as he was laying on the ground while Mario and Luigi were victorious saying.

Kamek: *groan*

Mario: Yes, I'm the winner!

Luigi: I'm-a Luigi, number one!

As their battle was over, Kamek got up and said.

(BGM: In the End We All Laugh! - Puyo Puyo Tetris)

Kamek: *groan* How can I lose to them.

Mario: Well, you always have lose to us and always will be.

Starlow: I think it's about time that you should give up while you still can.

Kamek: Y-You may have won this time. But next time, you won't win so easily.

Next, Kamek took out his magic broom and started to retreat by flying away as Luigi said.

Luigi: I guess he's gone.

Mario: Yep, but I'm glad that's taken care of.

Toadette: Mario!

Then, Mario, Luigi, and Starlow turned around and saw Toadette, Yoshi, and the others who were coming towards them and said.

Amitie: Did you two manage to beat Popoi?

Mario: Yep, we sure did. So hopefully Popoi would be back to normal.

Popoi: Meow...

Ms. Accord: Popoi! Are you alright?

Popoi: Yeah, I'm meowright.

Ms. Accord: Phew. Thank goodness.

Ms. Accord: Mario, Luigi, thank you for bringing Popoi back to normal. I am truly grateful for your help.

Luigi: You're welcome.

Arle: You two we're amazing back there!

Raffina: I'm quite surprise that you two manage to beat Popoi like that.

Ringo: Well, what matters is that you two alright and that's all that matters.

Mario: Thanks, Ringo.

Starlow: So anyway, we should probably start training right away since that's pretty much our next priority.

Ms. Accord: Oh that's right. You guys should start training while you still can.

Tee: She's right. We should get going and train.

Ringo: Right! C'mon gang, let's start training ASAP.

Everyone: Yeah!

Carbuncle: Gugugu!

O: Pipipi!

Yoshi: Yoshi! (Yeah!)

Popoi: Good luck to you all, meow.

And so, they went into the training grounds so they can start training and hopefully they could get stronger.
