Erik: Hello everyone and welcome to my new story called Mario & Luigi: Puyo Puyo Tetris!

*Knocking on the door*

Erik: Come in.

The door was open and it was none other than Mario and Luigi themselves.

Erik: Hey there you two.

Mario: Hey Erik.

Erik: So what brings you two famous plumbers here today.

Mario: Well, you told us to come here to see what your working on.

Erik: Oh yeah. I call you two here because I made a new story for you two to see.

Luigi: Okay, what's it called.

Erik: It's called... Mario & Luigi: Puyo Puyo Tetris.

As I showed it to them, Mario and Luigi both said in confusion.

M/L: Uhh... what's a Puyo?

Erik: Oh that's right. You two never heard of that series huh?

Mario: Nope, not really.

Luigi: Me either.

Erik: Well I'm sure this story will explain you two on what this series is about. Not to mention that you two are also going to be in it as part of it.

Luigi: Interesting.

Erik: Before I wrapped this up, this story takes place after the events of Mario & Luigi Dream Team so just to let you guys know that.

Mario: Oh yeah. I remember that adventure.

Luigi: Me too. Those were good times.

Erik: Indeed it was which I really enjoy that game. But anyway, I think I should wrapped this up now. So without further a do...

Erik: Let's get this new story started!

Mario: Mhm... Let's a-go!

Luigi: Okie dokie!

And with that, the screen fades black.

Mushroom Kingdom

It was a peaceful day here in the Mushroom Kingdom, where the citizens were roaming around at a place called Toad Town as their were enjoying themselves. We then cut to the next scene showing a house which has a prefect view of the castle from a far distance. 

We then get to look on the inside of the house as we see two plumbers who are relaxing at the table while drinking their tea. One plumber is wearing a red shirt and blue overalls with yellow buttons. He wears a red cap that has the "M" symbol. He also wears white gloves and brown shoes. And his name is Mario, the hero of the Mushroom Kingdom who always rescue the princess and saving the kingdom from his arch-nemesis.

While the other plumber was wearing a green hat with an "L" symbol. He also wears a long-sleeved green shirt and blue overalls with yellow buttons. And his name is Luigi, Mario's kind younger bro.

As they were relaxing, Luigi started to yawn and said. 

Luigi: What a peaceful day, eh, bro.

Mario: Yeah, it sure has Luigi.

Luigi: Makes a guy feel lucky, having a peaceful day...

Luigi: Yup, reeeeeal peaceful. It's so peaceful, it's almost a little bit boring.

Luigi: It makes you want a... KERBLOOEY! Y'know? Some kind of shocking event...

Mario then started to think of something of what they could do. Next, Mario had an idea and said.

Mario: Well, why don't we go to Princess Peach's Castle.

Luigi: That's not a bad idea, bro. Maybe we should go visit her Castle!

Luigi: It has been a while since all of us were at Pi'illo Island for our vacation, along with Starlow of course.

Mario: Yep, those were good times. Except that Bowser and Antasma had to ruin our vacation.

Luigi: Yeah, that's true. But anyway, I'm sure the princess would be happy to see us.

Mario: Mhm... Let's a-go.

And with that, Mario and Luigi are exiting their house as they were going to Peach's Castle.

(Mini Timeskip)

Next, they came out of the warp pipe as they were entering Toad Town. Once they were in Toad Town, Luigi said.

Luigi: Boy, it sure is nice to be here.

Mario: Yep. It seems that everyone's back to their routine as usual.

???: Mario, Luigi!

The Mario Bros turn around and saw two Toads that they recognized. The first toad had a yellow vest that matches the dots of his head. And his name is Ala-Gold, a best friend of Mario who went on an adventure with him twice.

While the second toad had a Blue vest that matches the dots of his head. And his name is Bucken Berry, a best friend of Mario who also went on an adventure with him twice.

Mario: Hey you two. How's everything going.

Ala-Gold: Pretty good. Me and Bucken Berry were unpacking our stuff from our vacation in Pi'illo Island.

Luigi: Wait... you guys were their too?

Bucken Berry: Yep, which was fun for the both of us.

Ala-Gold: Not to mention that we been through so many places like Pi'illo's Castle, Wakeport, Sunny Driftwood, etc.

Luigi: I see.

Bucken Berry: I heard you two defeated Bowser and manage to save the princess and Pi'illo Island.

Mario: Yeah, since he was obviously up to no good again ever since he came to Pi'illo Island along with his minions.

Bucken Berry: Yeah. So anyway, where are you guys going.

Luigi: Well, me and my bro are going to Princess Peach's Castle.

Ala-Gold: Really?! Can we come too, please?

Mario: Well... I don't see why not.

AG/BB: All right!

Luigi: Alright you two. Let's just head to Peach's Castle, okay.

AG/BB: Okay!

And with that, Mario, Luigi, Ala-Gold, and Bucken Berry were now heading to Peach's Castle.

(BGM Ended)

(Another Mini Timeskip)

They finally exit Toad Town as they were crossing the bridge to get to Peach's Castle. Once they were crossing the bridge, Luigi look up and saw something saying.

Luigi: Uh... bro.

Mario: Yes, Luigi?

Luigi: What that's thing falling from the sky?

Then, Mario look up and saw a block that was falling down towards them and said.

Mario: RUN!!

As Mario, Luigi, Ala-Gold, and Bucken Berry ran away, the block crash into the ground of the bridge. As the smoke clears, it show a yellow square block.

Next, they came in front of the block and said.

Ala-Gold: Woah! What is that thing. 

Mario: I don't know. But looking at this block does look familiar.

Bucken Berry: Really?!

Mario: Yeah, I seen it from a game that looks like it. But I can't put a finger on it.

???: Hello Yello!

Then, they look straight ahead and saw a yellow ball that appears to have two brown feet and a pale-yellow star on top. And her name is Starlow, a Star Sprite who helps Mario and Luigi on their adventures by giving them helpful tips.

Luigi: It's Starlow!

Starlow: Hey Mario, Luigi, it's been a while hasn't.

Mario: Yeah, it sure has. 

Starlow then looks at Ala-Gold and Bucken Berry saying.

Starlow: And who are these two that you two are hanging out with?

Mario: Oh right. You haven't met our two friends yet.

Luigi: Starlow, these two are Ala-Gold and Bucken Berry. 

AG/BB: Hello.

Starlow: Hello to you too Ala-Gold and Bucken Berry. My name is Starlow, and I'm a Star Sprite.

Bucken Berry: Your a Star Sprite?!

Starlow: Yep.

Ala-Gold: Cool!

Mario: Now that you know these two. What brings you here?

Starlow: Well, I came here because I heard a noise that was coming from here. So I decided to check it out.

Luigi: I see. But I guess you won't have too since we found this weird block that fall from the sky.

Said Luigi as he pointed the block straight ahead. Starlow then turn around and started to look at the block saying.

Starlow: So this block came falling from the sky?

Ala-Gold: Yeah, that's what Luigi told us.

Starlow: Hmmm... Mario, do you know this block.

Mario: Well...

Before Mario can finish his sentence, another block crash into the ground of the bridge that was right behind them. Next, they came in front of the block and said.

Bucken Berry: Woah! This block looks different than the one we saw.

Luigi: Yeah. I wonder where are these blocks are coming from anyway.

Then, another block crash into the ground of the bridge. And another and another as Ala-Gold. 

Ala-Gold: Yikes! What's going on.

Luigi looked up and was shocked saying.

Luigi: M-Mario...

Mario: Yes, Luigi?

Luigi: There are a lot of blocks falling from the sky!

Mario, Ala-Gold, Bucken Berry, and Starlow looked up and they were shocked seeing a lot of blocks falling from the sky.

(BGM: Panic Pit - Mario & Luigi Dream Team)

Starlow: We need to take shelter now!

Mario: Right! C'mon guys, Let's head to Peach's Castle.

L/AG/BB: Okay!

As they were running to Peach's Castle, the blocks crash into the ground of the bridge while the other blocks crash into the water.

Next, they finally went inside of Peach's Castle as a mysterious voice spoke up saying.

???: Master Mario, Master Luigi!

Then, they saw an elderly Toad came running towards them who was panicking. 

???: We have an emergency! 

Bucken Berry: Toadsworth, just calm down! We already know the emergency.

Toadsworth: You do!

Starlow: Yes, we do. Apparently, we saw some weird blocks came falling from the sky.

Ala-Gold: And so, we came here for shelter until it calms down.

Toadsworth: Well it better calm down. Besides, look what's happening in Toad Town.

Next, they all look at the window and saw Toad Town getting destroyed by blocks that are falling from the sky.

Luigi: Oh man, what are we gonna do.

Mario: I'll tell you what are we gonna do.

Mario: We are going to clean up these blocks and fast.

Luigi: Yeah, But how?

As Mario was thinking of what to do, a block crash down of Peach's Castle as Toadsworth said.

Toadsworth: We're doomed!

Bucken Berry: So much for our shelter.

Mario: Everyone, quick. Lets go find these blocks and stack them up, pronto.

L/AG/BB: Right!

And with that, Mario picks up the block as they were heading to Peach's throne room.

(Timeskip)

They were now a Peach's throne room as Mario puts the block down. Then, they see is a princess who has blue eyes. Her blonde hair reaches her waist in length. Her primary outfit consists of a long pink dress with a ring at the bottom, pink panniers, short puffy sleeves, a raised collar, and a sapphire brooch set in gold. Accompanying it are a golden crown with four jewels on it, white evening gloves that reach past her elbows, and deep pink high heel pumps. And her name is Princess Peach (or Peach for short) the ruler of the Mushroom Kingdom.

Peach: Mario!

Mario: Peach!

Toadsworth: Princess, what happened here.

Peach: I was trying to find out what's going on outside. But these blocks trapped me here.

Mario: Don't a-worry Peach. We'll get you out of there.

Mario, Luigi, Ala-Gold, and Bucken Berry were removing the blocks. As they manage to remove the blocks, another block came falling down as Mario said.

Mario: Oh no!

Mario then jump and grabs a hold of Peach in bridal style as he jumps away before the block hits the ground to where Peach was standing on.

Mario: Are you okay?

Peach: Yeah, I'm fine. Thanks.

Toadsworth: Oh princess. I'm so glad that your safe.

Luigi: Hey everyone. Look outside.

(BGM Ended)

As Mario and the others looked at the window to where Luigi is looking at, they saw the blocks stop falling from the sky.

Mario: Well I'll be. It finally stop.

Toadsworth: Phew, Well that's a relief. But first, how are we gonna clean up this mess.

Mario: Don't a-worry Toadsworth. We will clean this place up, right fellas?

L/AG/BB: Right!

Mario: Now let's get to work.

And with that, Mario, Luigi, Ala-Gold, and Bucken Berry were now stacking up the weird blocks.

After twenty minutes have passed, they finally stack up the blocks and said.

Ala-Gold: Finally, were all done!

Luigi: Yeah, thank goodness.

Said Luigi as he was wiping his head and putting his hat back on.

Mario: All we gotta do now is head to Toad Town and tell them to start stacking up more blocks.

Luigi: Pretty soon the Mushroom Kingdom will be back to normal, right?

Mario: Right!

As they were about to leave, the blocks they stack disappeared.

Starlow: Woah! Did the block we stack disappear.

Mario: I guess so.

Next, more blocks that they stack started to disappear which then creates a portal.

Toadsworth: What's going on here.

The portal then started to suck Mario, Luigi, and Starlow.

Luigi: Oh no. Were getting sucked in!

Mario: Just hold on, Luigi!

Starlow: I'll just go in your pocket, Mario.

Then, Starlow went inside of Mario's pocket. As Mario and Luigi were holding their dear life, Luigi slipped out of his grasp and started to get suck in and said.

Luigi: MARIOOOO!!

Mario: LUIGIIII!!

Luigi got sucked inside the portal as Mario said.

Mario: Don't worry, Luigi. I'm-a coming!

Next, Mario lets go of his grasp and went inside the portal as the portal closes. Then, Ala-Gold, Bucken Berry, Toadsworth, and Peach were watching in horror, knowing that the Mario Bros were gone.

(BGM Ended)

Bucken Berry: Their gone.

Toadsworth: This is terrible. Now what are we gonna do.

Ala-Gold: I know, we should tell E. Gadd about this and maybe he'll know what to do.

Bucken Berry: You're right, Ala-Gold. After all, he's a genius.

Toadsworth: In that case, Bucken Berry, Ala-Gold, I want you two to go tell E. Gadd about this situation and tell all the other Toads in Toad Town to stack up these weird blocks, got it.

AG/BB: Got it!

Toadsworth: Good, now go.

As Ala-Gold and Bucken Berry left, Toadsworth said.

Toadsworth: Now if you excuse me, princess. I'm going to tell the Toads that are in the castle to stack up these blocks.

Peach: Understood.

Then, Toadsworth left the throne room as Peach said in her thoughts.

Peach (Thoughts): Mario, Luigi, Starlow, please come back safely.

We then get to see Mario and Luigi that were flying through the inside of the portal as they see the light up ahead. Although, they will not know what awaits them there on the other side of that dimension.
