In the prologue, Marinette runs off in tears as she promises Chloe she will never see her or hear from her again. 

     In the current chapter, "Hi, I am Nadja Chamack here.  It seems Marinette Dupain-Cheng has not been seen or heard from since she disappeared two weeks ago," Nadja reports.

       Alya sees the news and  says,  "I can not believe she is still gone, where could she be?"

      She is upset due to the latest update about her best friend which does not bring much hope.

     Alix another one of her friends, asks,  "Marinette how could you let Chloe bully you into leaving everyone like this?"

   "I mean it, Alya has almost fallen apart. If it were not for Nino she probably would have gone crazy."  Alix says.

     "Also, Adrien misses you." Alix remarks.

    Now, with the rotten, Chloe, "I still do not see what the big deal is about Marinette,"  she says.

   "Besides, I am sure she did us all a favor when she left," Chloe remarks.

    "Is not that right, Sabrina?" Chloe asks.

    "Sure, whatever you say, Chloe," Sabrina says.

     Nino thinks, my dude Adrien is beside himself with worry for Marinette. I can not help, but feel sorry for him. He turns to Alya, "I hope for both our sakes, Chat Noir finds her," Nino says.

   "Oh, well, I hope Adrien finds her," Alya says.

   "Why is that Alya?"  Nino asks.

    "Did you see the look on his face the day Marinette disappeared?"  Alya asks.

   "If Adrien can not find her then what will we do?  I mean just has to find her because I know he loves her," Alya says and begins to cry.

     With Adrien and Plagg...

   "Do not worry, Adrien if Marinette does not show up soon you can just find another girl and..." Plagg says.

   "Plagg, I can not..." Adrien says.

    "She uh," Adrien sighs and thinks, why bother telling him when Plagg won't get it anyway.

   "Adrien, tell me why you must find this girl?"  Plagg asks.

   "Why must you find this Marinette?"  Plagg asks.

  "I just have to that is all," Adrien says sadly.

   "She was the first girl I made friends with in a long time," Adrien remarks.

    "She is way nicer than Chloe and she just seems to need me," Adrien tells him.

    "Oh, my goodness, you love her!" Plagg says and tears fall from his eyes.

    "Well, now that is different," Plagg remarks.

     "Now, why do you just sit here, and mope all day?   Go look for your woman!''  Plagg says.

    "Come on now, Adrien, I insist," Plagg says.

With Tom and Sabine...

   "Where is our daughter?" Tom asks.

   "I wish I knew, Tom,"  Sabine says.

     "She could be hurt or worse," Tom remarks.

    "Tom do not assume the worst, I am sure Chat Noir or Adrien will find her," Sabine remarks.

   "You are right if anyone finds her it will be Adrien Agreste.  At least, I hope so anyway," Tom says.
