Title: Book Lover

The cover attractively draws me near

Like  that woman browsing shelves with care

Each filled with possibles each unclear

Together perhaps a meal somewhere

Perhaps together a night sometime

Perhaps together a life one day

Plays in my mind a fantasy mime

Love and living a family way

The pages all crispy clean unread

So many pages with her to write

With her so many dreams ahead

As this book unfolds pray we too might

The book and she will sate my need

She and this book yearn I both to read
