I have been through an awful lot...

I have been fighting the lures of drugs for years...

I undergone intensive therapy for years...

I have made many lifestyle changes...

Only to find out that my diet was as deadly as the crack cocaine I had fought so hard to break free from!!!

My dietician told me to lose the weight or be prepared for life on insulin...

I couldn't use a needle when I was an active addict and I surely wasn't looking to be on a needle now!!!

So it's baked fish and poached chicken...

Blanched veggies and no desserts!!!

I have fought too hard too lose the battle now!!!
