JUNGKOOK POV:

Me and my hyungs are all crowded in front of the large screen,Tae has already inserted the game and plugged in all the wires and we are all waiting for this mysterious game to start,The hyung line don't look much interested but nonetheless they are still curious about it i can sense. A loud whistle was heard from the speaker of the Screen as it lit up with a sickeningly red colour before the games title appeared in front of us in Bold letters,there were different things in the  background like a book,a compass,magnifying glasses and may maps. 

"I'm telling you it's a bad idea" Hobi hyung murmur while staring at the screen with his eyes narrowed,where the game was almost completed loading.

"What's the worst that could happen?Let's just get this over with" I spoke while shrugging my shoulders.

'WELCOME HUMANS!'

A man's voice called out,the accent seemed old almost 15th or 16th century's .

"Oh-hyungs,it's starting!"

'YOU ARE THE LUCKY ONES WHO ARE CHOOSEN TO SAVE OUR WORLD,ARE YOU READY DEAR SLAYERS,OH!WELL YOU DON'T REALLY HAVE A CHOICE!

"What the-!"  Namjoon hyung exclaimed before suddenly there was a loud ringing noise was heard,it was so loud and bad that we all had to close our ears and shut our eyes and suddenly a loud explosion was heard.

.....

We were all breathing heavily,maybe this really was little bad idea,okay scratch that I think it's was the worst idea when Jin hyung shouted louder than that piercing noise,I opened my eyes in panic,imagining the worst,but when I looked at the direction where our Television stood once,I froze at the sight in front of me,and I realize it wasn't only me who gave that reaction.

The screen was almost water like,small shreds of glasses from the vases and sculptures were scattered on the ground and I was glad we all weren't near enough to get injured.But the most shocking thing was that there was this hollowness inside it and something was glowing in the middle of that hollownes as if a tressure kept inside a locker for a longest of time but we never knew of it,But it's impossible,that TV was set only a few days ago , It all happened so fast,I don't even know how to react.

"What is happening!?!?"

"I knew that shit was haunted!"

"Are we gonna die!?"

"Better than staying with you dumbheads"

"Hyung!?"

"I bet a witch is gonna come out of it!"

"The one from the movie'The Ring'?"

"Forgive me for my sins lord,but let me be a stone in my next life,it's my last wish,Amen"

"Hallelujah!Hallelujah!"

"MY TV!"

And that's how the room erupted into chaos with each voice louder than the others and overlapping each other.I,for once was quiet while slowly making my way towards the TV.

"Hyungs! Stop yelling! I think we should check what's that and get it over with"

"Your 'get this over with' is going to make our lives over" Yoongi grumbled.

"Let me call the manager first"

Namjoon spoke while taking out his phone, but soon threw it on the couch while telling us that there's is no network, how's that even possible?

"I don't think we have any choice left, I'm doing it.....!" 

I quickly angled my hand and thrusted it inside the TV's weird screen, and I knew everyone was holding their breath, the sensation was cold and feather like and my hand met something hard, with my stomach churning and twisting, I pulled the thing out with my heart thudding against my chest and before i got the chance to look at the solid thing, A body crashed against me and I yelped at the suddenness of the action, turn out it was Tae who hugged me tightly.

"You are alive!"

Taehyung cupped my face as he looked at me.I smiled and patted his head with a "Of course I'm alive Tae" as he backed away from me, I stared at the others who I think were now taking the situation more seriously.

We all turn to look at the book in my hand,it was an ancient type with a green diamond glowing in the middle of the book, I was for a second mesmerized by its beauty, the book looked very enchanting. It had a lock in it so I don't think I'll be able to open it even if I tried. Jiminie came closer and traced the patterns that were craved in the book, but we all flinched when a part on the engraving moved with a sound that sounded like clock ticking.

"I think it's a puzzle" Joon hyung spoke while moving forward.

"How the hell does a game changed into a book?" Jin hyung looked frustrated now as he bit his bottom lip in distress.

There were a few more clicking sound and we all failed to realize that jiminie was still fiddling with the movable engravings but it was too late and it looked like he already moved the last puzzle piece which all together looked like a compass clock.

"Jimin! Wha-" Hobi hyung stared at Jimin with horror and confusion

"Who the hell made him practice mind games? I'm gonna slaughter them right now!" Yoongi hyung slapped his own forehead.

"Ha! Your just jealous that you're not 'Min Genius' anymore. Wait, that means I'm Park Genius now? Woah!"

"Shut your pretty little mouth up before I do it"

That sentence...... We all stared at Yoongi hyung, did he just? I don't even know what is happening anymore and luckily Jimin did shut his 'pretty little mouth' after that. I took a mental note to ask Yoongi hyung about this later, My train of thoughts didn't get to reach its station because of the sensation I got in my hand, I stared down at the book with a panicky feeling before hastily keeping it down on the table because the sensation was getting stronger and it felt like my hand was burning, a complete contrast to the feeling I got when I pulled the book out. Now that I think about it the TV looked at in its original solid form.

"Jungkook-ah are you alright?" Tae asked me with concern glittering in his eyes and as he grabbed my hand, and I flinched because my hand was burning red as if I've touched a burning pan but the weird thing was it wasn't painful. I didn't get to respond because the the diamond was beginning to glow brighter, and the map engravings were moving hastily from its places.
We all backed away because the light was becoming unbearable, I tried moving towards the door to get us out but before I could do anything, the green light consumed the whole room, I heard the others faint voices and yells before I fell on my knees and blacked out.

Meanwhile.....

Y/N's friends were behind her as she held the same book in her hand, they were all creeped out but Y/n was more intrigued. She wasn't a genius but it didn't took long for her to solve the puzzle as the book itself was helping her out, but after all this, it won't be surprising or hard to believe that that her hands automatically solved the engravings as if she had magic in them.

The same burn in her hand and green glow consumed the room as their hearts thuds with anticipation, adrenaline and fear. And soon they blacked out.
