Hello everyone,

Since I've been getting a lot of comment and applications with incorrect registration forms, here is the example how one submission is supposed to look like:

The original idea was for you to email me your application forms. However, since not all of you use emails that kuch, i changed that to comments. Buuuut!! It does not mean that you can submit incomplete form. I did make an exception for some of you since i really hate to decline anyone, but from now on, i want the full form filled out. Which means, it should contain:

1. Username
2. Name of the book
3. Category
4. Short summary
5. Number of chapters
6. Answer to my question

I will really appreciate it if you could pay more attention to this.
