3rd POV.
On a planet in the unknown regions, a five year old Mao Mao was alone while playing his teddy bar with the force. Before he dropped it in his paws as he then looked over into the next room where his family was. A they were talking with jedi master Plo Koon, who was telling them that Mao Mao was gifted with the force. And that he needed to be trained so that he does not hurt people and can probably use his gifts. To which they understood, as then Plo Koon and offered his hand to Mao Mao. While greeting him, who smiled and held it.
After that, Mao Mao and his mother could be seen hugging each other. While Shin turned and headed inside his mansion, as the Mao sisters looked on before following their father. While the mother and son separated, with Mao Mao being taken away by Plo Koon to a newwer and better life. While weaving goodbye to his mother teared up and cried. As her son got farther and farther away from her and their home planet.

-Present Day, 18 Years later

-Hyperspace

3rd POV.
Mao Mao awoke from his little nap while in his cabin room of a Republic Venture Class Destroyer. With most of his men of the 405th Hellcat Legion, whom he as fought along side with since the Clone Wars broke out. While the others were in the other ships of their small fleet in hyperspace. As they have experienced many battles while helping and protecting those in need on the side. Which gained them the favor of a lot of people in the galaxy. As a Jedi knight, he learned under several masters, including Count Dooku. Who's betrayal hurt a lot since they had a good relationship like the one between grandfather and grandson. While learing on how to use the force and several lightsaber combat forms. Which Mao Mao egear to learn while being liked by his fellow jedi for this good nature and personality. As they saw that his was very dedicated and talented with lightsaber combat and tactics. As well as him being very powerful in the force, as he was on pare with Anakin Skywalker. While not allowing any of it get to his head too.
During the war, Mao Mao always inspired his troops to be the best they can be. While incureging their individuality, but during the last few months of the war. Mao Mao had heard of what happened to Arc Trooper Fives which saddened him. While learning of the inhibitor chips and the conspiracy from him by Rex when they met again. He was shocked to see that it was true when saw that his men and every clone had it. Through clone medical records he had access to.
So save his men, while being careful to not gain attention if it was truely conspiracy. Mao Mao secretly ordered all his men to have their chips secretly removed with his help of finding it through the force. While in his fleet in space, as this caused his men to be more clear headed and strangly releaved from the nightmares they told him of.
Now, Mao Mao wanted to helped out the other clones and the jedi. But he never got the chance, as Order 66 was sent out by Palpatine. Also known as Darth Sidius, this caused most of the clone to turn on their jedi generals and friends against their will. When the order reached Mao Mao's men with him there. They disobeyed it and informed their general and friend in what the order was from what they uncovered when the medics and droids were ordered by Mao Mao to study them.
This and the feeling almost every jedi die caused Mao Mao to step back a bit while holding his head. Which worried his men, before he took a moment and ordered his men and their small fleet to escape into the unknown regions. Where his home planet was for safety amd to have a secret base of operations to plan things over. To which the clones nodded and did what they were ordered. As Mao Mao gave them the need cordanence before they went into hyperspace which was several hours ago.
After placing his lightsaber back on his hilt, he made his way to the bridge of his ship. "Sir, we're coming out of hyperspace in a few minutes" one of the clone navigators informed him. As Mao Mao smiled and nodded, "so I'm just in time" he said to himself while looking out the window. As soon, they came out of hyperspace, with Mao Mao seeing his home planet for the first in so long. As the young jedi knight looked on in wonder, "home...it's been so long.." he said while trailing off. Before taking a deep breath and got serious, turned in the privet fleet comms.
"Alright, everyone, we will choose an unpopulated part of the planet far away from everyone and in secret. So we don't cause a global panic to the locals as well as security reasons and to offer neutral help to those in need. But all in all this planet will be your home as well as mines, and it is up to us to defend it and its people. Now lets get started" he ordered, "YES SIR!" everyone replied as they all got to work on selecting a place for their hidden base and home in secret. While Mao Mao hoped for a new start for him and his men. With one of the things he needed to was to find a cure for his men's accelerated aged. Some he somehow knew he had a good chance of finding to due his home's tech and magic.
Another thing, was his family, Mao Mao knew that he would have to face them while being back. But right now his men came first like always for the clones and him see each other as a true family. One that looked out for each other and believed, one Mao Mao did not want to lose.

(P.S: I am giving a name to Mao Mao's home planet which is: "Palua". I couldn't fined a cannon name for the world setting of his show)
