Just then karan's car stops in the parking area , everyone signs in relief..

Other side kalyani ji got to know everything and jfelt worried for karan's future , with in some time she felt a sharp pain in her chest , obviously which is noticed by Monami ..

Mo : dadi ,, dadi kya hua ?? Aap teek hai ..

Dadi didn't gets the clear picture of Monami and she didn't understand what she is saying , and with in few seconds she closed her eyes ,

Mo : ohh shit , lagta hai heart mein pain horaha ,

Mo : yaha par koi doctor hai ?? Lagta hai iss dadi ka tabiyat kharab hogaya hai koi doctor hai ..

One person comes and says ..

Person : yes mein doctor hi hunn , kya hua hai ??

Mo : yeh dadi achanak seene ke upar haath rakh ke behosh hogayi hai ,

Dr  : ok aap plz thoda hatiye mein , dektha hunn ..

He checks her and says ..

Dr : Minor heartattack, but CPR karna padega ..

Mo : mein karungi doctor ..

Dr : aapko aata hai ..

Mo : yes doctor ..

Dr : then do it fast

Monu started giving CPR ( cardiopulmonary resuscitation ) , and the doctor pierced an injection after cpr  kept a tablet under the tongue of dadi , soon her heartbeat got normal ..

Mo : dadi aap ab teek ho ??

Dadi : she nods in positive..

Doctor checks the pulse ,

Dr : abhi yeh teek hai but ayise situation mein train journey is not safe ..

Dadi : mein next station mein utar javungi and apne relatives ko bhilaungi ..

Dr : akele kaise kar payengey , abhi aapki body weak hai ..

Mo : it's ok doctor mein madad karungi inhe ..

Dadi : ( kept her hand on monu cheek ) thank you so much beta , aaj t nahi hothi toh shayad hi mein Bach...

Mo : dadi aap ayise kyu baat kar rahe ho ?? Meri jagah koi aur bhi hotha toh yeh karte ..

Dr : well done brave girl , agar koi jarurat pade toh mujhe bulalena ..

Monu nods and Doctor left from there ..

Dadi tries to call vishwa and Waseem ..

Mo : aap bathayiye mein dial karke dedungi ..

Dadi nods and gives her phone to monu ..

Dadi : iss mein vishwa naam ka ek number hai , usse dail karo beta ...

Monu dails the phone and with in two rings vishwa lifts the phone ...

Dadi : hello vishwa ....

Mo : aaram se aaram se dadi ..

Dadi : mein teek hun bacche tension math le ..

They got down from train anly witnessed a doctor with some nurses along with some staff ..

Dadi : yeh kya hai ..

Doctor: vishwa ji ne phone Kiya hai madam ..

And he started checking her BP and pulse ..

Dadi : bus , ab bus mujhe Mumbai Jana hai abhi ke abhi ..

Doctor:  ( to vishwa ji in call ) vishwa ji madam abhi teek hai ,, woh Mumbai aana chahthe hai , abhi ke abhi ..

Vishwa : teek hai doctor koi problem toh nahi hai na , kalyani journey kar sakthi hai na ..

Doctor : haan haan ofcourse, primary treatment hogaya hai ,, bus waha kuch tests karwayiye and proper rest ki jarurat hai, baaki sab normal hai..

Vishwa : teek hai thank you doctor ..

With in sometime, a BMW car car came to railway station to pick dadi , uss car ko dekhte hi Monami samaj gayi ki dadi koi vvip hai ..

Monu make dadi say in car and driver kept her luggage in backdoor ( dikki ) ..

Mo : teek hai dadi , aapke pass Mera number hai na , pahunchte hi mujhe call kardijiye ga ..

Dadi : aap kaha jare ho beta ?? Train toh chali gayi hai ..

Mo : don't worry dadi , mein dusri train pakad lungi ..

Dadi : dusri train ki kya jarurat hai ?? Mein bhi toh Mumbai hi jari hunn , mere saath ajao ..

Mo : it's ok dadi mein chali jaungi ..

Dadi : agar tumhari dadi hi bhulayi hoti toh tum mana kardogi beta ??

Monu can feel the warmth in her voice , besak woh bahut hi rich hai , lekin thoda sa bhi gamand nahi hai uss dadi mein , monu nods and agrees to go with her , driver keeps the luggage in backdoor , and they two left to Mumbai ...

So yes that's the reason , why I am taking monu as a middle class independent girl and karan as a rich spoilt brat ..

And ek aur doubt bhi hai , Kunal charector ko mein ya toh villain banavungi ya fhir maardungi ya fhir woh sacrifice karega apna pyaar ko bcoz eventually monu ko karan se pyaar hojayega ..
