The feeling of void and emptiness once again started to chew him though it was completely his one sided imagination which was not in his control, very recently. Arjun scoffed irritably and threw his phone on the sofa once his call went unanswered, again. He had been behaving like a weirdo ever since Radhika left even though from work and he very well knew that he should not act like that too. Sadly, some habits never faded away at once!!

After they returned from national museums, Radhika preferred to take a nap because of the exhaustion she felt both physically and mentally. Arjun let her too, but after feeding themselves. He very well knew if Radhika went to sleep, she won't be up in middle until next sunshine. Although he badly wanted to make a conversation with her but let it go seeing her almost drifting away to dreamland condition.

Even though he felt tired, it was better compared to her as the last stage of the journey he had a good sleep. He decided to check few pending files and got ready for upcoming projects.

Big Ben at Westminster ticked once and stopped. Arjun looked up to see time 1 O'clock and he was feeling sleepy too. However, he had the last stage of his work, which might be finished within an hour approximately. Nevertheless, his eyes didn't support. Therefore, he decided to have a cup of coffee.

Arjun was coming out of the kitchen with his cup of espresso, his eyes went automatically to the figure descending down on stairs. He was little surprised to see Radhika was not only up, but she was looking as fresh and shining as if she had to go somewhere, which was true. Even she reflected same expression.

'Hey, you here. I thought to leave a message for you. It's good that I can talk with you before leaving.' Radhika said coming near to him.

He noticed, although she still looked tired, but she managed to bring out her enigmatic freshly aura for that her face was shining like the moon.

'Leaving? Where? At this time of night?' He was literally shocked for the time.

'We have something up in Luxembourg. I have to be there before eight in the morning.' She said solemnly.

'Luxembourg? Do you mean you are leaving for Switzerland on this hour?' He was still in shock as his mind didn't want to decipher what she was saying or his heart wasn't ready to let her go.

'If Luxembourg is in Swiss, then I will not go Spain but Switzerland only. Silly.' She chuckled, getting his internal bewilderment.

Arjun placed his long forgotten cup of espresso on nearest countertop, as his sleep was gone too. He closed the distance between them and pulled her into him looking into her eyes, ' Is it that more urgent?'

'If not, do you think I would kill my goddamn sleep?'

'I will accompany you then.' He stated firmly and ready to march toward his room when Radhika stopped him.

'Are you mad? You forget you have your own client meeting tomorrow.' She said raising her brows.

'But I want to be with you.'

'I am not shifting there permanently.'

'But still. You are going alone. You need someone to look after you.' He tried to bait something what came in his mind early although he knew this Radhika didn't need anyone's protection.

'Neither you nor I am five. We are grown up adults and we handled such situations before. For your information, I am not going alone. Sourav never let me. Simon is coming and we are leaving at two O'clock.' Radhika made him understand.

'Okay. As you say.' Arjun replied low-spirited.

'Arjun.' Radhika called softly yet the firmness didn't leave her intonation. He looked at her when she cupped his face, ' you know you are acting like a kid now who is scared to lose his candy.'

She couldn't hold more and started laughing loudly. Arjun couldn't help but just dazed at her in awe and in admiration too. He was so in love with her and he was more contented knowing the reason behind the happiness was him.

'Okay. I know that. I am glad that my goofy senselessness makes you laugh.'

'Yeah.. Whatever.' She replied wiping her tears due to laugh.

She parted herself from him seeing her smart watch vibrated showing Simon name, thus his presence. Suddenly Arjun felt down and lonely, again.

'I need to go.' She said.

'Yes. Let me help you to get down.'

After making her sitting comfortably at backside, Arjun closed the door of car and turned to Simon, ' Please look after her well. Especially her food habits.'

Both Arjun and Simon knew even if he wouldn't request him to do so, Simon would still do take care of her. Still his heart was not ready.

'Take care and call me once you reached.' Arjun said with a mixed emotion while he was holding her hand, not wanting to leave the warmth he was feeling.

'Yes sire.' Radhika replied dramatically making him chuckle too.

'Now you go inside. It's so cold out there.' She said concerned feeling the chilly breeze hitting on them.

As their chauffeur started the car, Arjun placed a gentle kiss on her knuckle and mumbled, 'I will miss you.'

Radhika nodded as she patted his cheek for the final time and they left. He stood there until their car disappeared from his view and sighed. His sleep was long forgotten and once again, those fear of losing crawled in him, what if she would not fall for him, what if she would go away or what if she choose someone else?

As Radhika promised, she called back when they reached. She also made it clear she would be busy for that she might not able to contact him for a few hours or the day. The trouble was big and she was alone to handle which was too much for her too. Still, she talked with Arjun once in between.

Arjun's sanity went to down hill after the picture he saw in the internet, which took storm in social media. The famous European fashion designer Kevin White's post on one of the famous online platforms that depicted him and Radhika, where they both seemed inexplicably happy with his hand surrounded protectively around her. Their eyes shone with happiness and joy.

There was nothing abnormal in the picture but Arjun went mad after reading the oh-so-lovely comments posted below about them and the best wishes for their upcoming life. Either in addition, his calls went unanswered or out of coverage area, which made him lose his last bit of sanity too.

Arjun got ready for his clients meeting and strode outside furiously. On entrance of his building, he had some idea poked in his brain for which he smirked for his own satisfaction.

In India

There was literally a chaos broke inside the law firm. Ankush still sat idle not caring what was going on around him. Like always, he merged himself in his work to prove himself better and more capable. He was not at fault for what happened, but it was in his stubborn nature to make himself better than what he was than competing with someone else.

'Oh! What an entertainment? I never witnessed or thought that our boss can be so scared of a girl.' One of his colleagues said grinning ear to ear.

'And a pretty one too.' Another one replied.

'Its so funny. Did you see his face when she literally yanked out all his hairs?'

'Serves right to that rascal. He always takes credits of our hard work when we did great and when it comes to admit mistakes put all blame on us.'

'I support the girl whoever she is.'

'Even me too. She is a feisty one.'

'Beauty with fighting spirit.'

'Lucky the guy gets such a girlfriend who doesn't mind to wage a war against her boyfriend's boss. I envy him.'

Then their gaze fell on Ankush, ' Hey man you are still here glued to that bloody wooden piece.'

Ankush just looked at them, shook his head and went back to do whatever he was doing.

'The office is in uproar because of you and you are here. I swear I heard that girl took your name while threatening our boss.' One of them said scratching his back of neck as if he was trying to remember whole thing again.

Ankush's ear perked up and eyes popped out hearing the uncanny accusations. Nevertheless, it became solidified when his gaze fell on the notification from Teji. He unlocked his phone and stood up with a loud gasp by looking at the content.

Manya is there buddy. I hope your boss is all right.

Not to forget three wink emos after that

Ankush rushed toward upstairs with a speed of bullet train making his two companions looked at him stupefied.

The sight in front of him made him feel various emotions. It's like he wanted to laugh seeing his shrewd boss's disheveled state, getting awkward that the mess happened for him, little bit pissed that Manya interfered without letting him know and bit afraid if he would lost his new job.

He was gaining his experience and after a month, he would be able to work independently. He didn't want to lose the opportunity when he was so near to achieve his dream. That's why he kept mum till then. It's not that he was a coward to fight for himself, but one red mark on his experience certificate from his boss could smash his whole hard work. Bitter but reality.

'Manya, stop.' Ankush literally pulled Manya to let her free her tight grasp on his boss. The man seemed to sigh in relief after a constant drained out of his energy.

'I am sorry for her behavior, boss.' He exclaimed as politely he could say.

'Why are you sorry?' Both Manya and his boss seethed at once.

Ankush gulped seeing both of them glaring at him, obviously for different reasons.

'You bitch; you have no idea what blunder you did? I will put a complaint against you for harassing a lawyer.' His boss hissed.

'Sure thing. You scoundrel, go ahead. If you think I will sit silent then you are wrong. I too will put a case against a lawyer harassing an woman.' Manya too huffed in anger still in hold of Ankush. Then after a pause her face lit up superfluously and she replied with a vicious smile, ' wait, I will charge you for molestation.'

Suddenly she felt Ankush's hold got loosen on her as she felt his warmth was going away. However, in next moment her sadness turned into surprise when Ankush asked her, 'He did what?'

Anger and vexation evident clearly on his face. She stumbled a little with his fury, which she witnessed very first time. The next thing she only knew she nodded her head positively and a solid punch landed on his so called his boss's face causing blood oozed out from his nose.

They were outside of premise of law firm. Manya was happy as Ankush stood by her side with his sense for first time. It was an improvement in her eyes. However, her bubble broke down in next moment when he asked her curtly, 'Why you came here?'

It wouldn't be a lie if we say she was not appalled. Somehow, she controlled herself with a smile, 'I heard about you. Knowing your soft nature I thought to......'

Ankush cut her off in midway, 'to help me? Did I ask you for it?'

'No, but ...'

'But what Manya? Stop interfering in my matter. Please!' He was frustrated beyond reason guessing what aftermath was coming on his way.

She stepped forward to go near him, which he avoided and moved, 'trust me, I just wanted to stand with you. To help you. My intention was not wrong.' She tried to reason with him.

'Can you do me a favour please?' He asked straight more like an order. Seeing her shook her head positively he continued, 'just stop poking your nose in my life and stay away from me.'

With that, he went inside not glancing back. Her eyes filled with water while Manya looked on his exit. They both knew none of them was entirely wrong or right. However, the situation played. Ankush thwarted because he was on edge of his achievement that sadly might be demised for impulsive reaction of Manya. He knew she was not wrong wholly but her actions. Manya knew she should have interacted with Ankush first, but she couldn't bear anyone point at Ankush, her love. Her intention was not to hamper his career and his hard work.

Manya sit on her driver sit while clutching steering tightly, her eyes focused on road but not her mind and heart, still pearl drops were running. She mumbled to herself silently like a promise when her eyes fell on her phone wallpaper, it was Ankush, 'you may be right. I should stay away from you for your betterment.'

She muttered and cried loudly this time.

In Luxemburg, Switzerland

After a luscious mouth-watering dinner at lavish dine of hotel Le Royal Radhika seemed like she had done for the day for her constant strenuous work. Kevin chuckled looking at her yawning. In his opinion, she was childlike who was as pure as river Rhine and his adoration meter run high.

'Let me escort you my lady!' Kevin said dramatically like a medieval Roman Empire sentries.

'Yes, my dear musketeer.' She replied with an equal dramatic style while giggled on his words.

After walking to her floor, standing in front of her room Kevin called it night and hugged her in friendly manner before go back. The next instance when he was parting away, he was being thrashed out forcefully and fell on floor. By god's grace, he was able to save his face before it hit the ground as his palm made a shield for his pretty face. With a groan due to pain he felt, he tried to get up but failed miserably and looked up.

Kevin couldn't differentiate if Radhika was fuming or trying to control her rage, in front of her a man was standing, showing his back to him.

'Mr. Arjun Mehera, what do you think you are doing?' That was the most unusual tone he heard from a sweet girl like her. However, hearing Arjun's name, his mind rang a bell. He heard so much about him before.

'But, Radhika he...'

'He is best friend and business partner of Priya di.' Radhika said with low voice considering the nighttime while people were usually sleeping yet her voice was rough. Arjun was shocked hearing the information and felt helpless.

She went past him and helped Kevin to get up who was smiling by then, 'So you are Pri's long lost younger brother. You are a fine man. Just think before you act.' He said playfully while holding his waist from either side.

'Let me be your musketeer now.' Radhika said to Kevin empathetically and turned to Arjun who seemed hopeful, 'Be here till I am back.'

'Goodnight young man. Take care.' Kevin wished and they both went downstairs again.

Arjun knew he goofed up with his jealousy and did a blunder. He just wished that Radhika might not be angry with him. He sat down on couch placed on upstairs lobby and dialled his sister to explain everything.

Priya didn't know what to reply. She warned her little brother many times to control his unnecessary jealousy and not be impulsive if he wanted Radhika. However, some habits and behaviors wouldn't go away easily. If only he trusted Radhika enough to ask her about the whole situation before jumping to conclusion by himself and acted impulsively.

'Find a way by yourself, brother. You screwed up big this time.' Priya replied that much though she wanted to help him; but she restrained herself knowing if Arjun would do rectification by himself he would learn how to control himself and importance of communication. Moreover, she had to pacify her friend even though Kevin was not angry.
