The both idiots were sitting idle looking across the person sat in front of them, completely ignoring their presence and put their gaze fix on a wallpaper as if they had to do some deep research on it for thesis submission.

"You did what?" Rajiv almost fell on floor while rolling on holding his stomach.

"And I didn't know along with your other oh-so-great-habit, you still have this silly scary habit." Even Priya gave a paradoxical laughter.

"We should keep a Halloween party with eerie theme, especially for both of you. What say, di?" Rajiv hifi-ed with Priya while both went on hysterical laughing mode.

Still both idiots didn't turn their heads to look up front as if their heads glued to that position by default. It was very hard to express when you are completely embarrassed and enraged at once and wanted to keep a neutral face. Neil cursed mentally, how could his Chasini spit out such things in front of those two? Their long lost and found sibling? It was better not to talk about Arjun.

"Aahhhh.....noooooooo." The almost dramatic squawk accompanied by clack and boom, made the four ran to the direction from where it's coming.

The stridulating annoying uproar was from upstairs living room where Mala sat crying copiously while Radhika looked at her with annoyance and Samaira was trying hard not to laugh on face. Radhika got up with irritation, "Enough, Maa. Stop watching this nonsense and for god shake don't cry."

She stormed out followed by Samira. The trespassers looked at their exit with bewildered. Might be thinking how could a daughter scold her mother when she was crying and left her alone?

"You can laugh." Radhika said to Samaira with straight face. Samaira was contemplating whether to laugh or not, but seeing Radhika's corner of lips twitched a little she brusted out hysterically.

"Chasini, I can't believe aunty is crying over a daily soap." Samaira said still holding her tummy.

"Those characters were too hilarious and overly melodramatic. OMG!!" She further added.

Radhika shot a look at her, she silenced but few seconds laterwhen Radhika laughed, she couldn't stop.They both were laughing together after years that to from heart.

"Aunty, why are you crying before?" Rajiv asked and Mala pointed at TV being embarrassed.

Now, it was time of others to be stood rooted. Mostly, Rajiv and Arjun. Priya somehow got it after staying with Mala for few days beforehand and Neil knew after living with his mother.

"What's this? Oh my gosh..." then laughter, "why that big round bindiwali lady is shouting like all are deaf around her? Why the guy stood silent when everyone abusing his wife? What's happening? Is it circus or what?" Rajiv said while pointing at TV and laughing like maniac.

"Is such things even telecasted in television? I think Radhika got few traits from this. Over the top things." Arjun said blankly while trying hard not to laugh on face of Mala whom he already considered his would be in-law, who went out completely embarrassed.

"No wonder television is regarded as idiot box." Neil added while laughing by himself.

"Just like you."

They all are busy in their laughing session when Rajiv started his drama by putting a veil on him and tried to mimic the abusive mother in law, while Neil accompanied as ever so flawless sati savitri innocent bahu and Arjun stood as mute spectator husband role, who had no power in front of his mother. Priya was all-happy seeing their joyous mood and wish everyday should be like this. For the first time she witness there was no obligation from Rajiv side to accept Neil as his brother. It's an improvement.

After all got back their composure, came down at dining area, still boys were on same notion and whispering among themselves fearing the wrath from ladies.

"Today, I am going to make lunch." Priya announced proudly when Arjun smiled and encouraged her.

Rajiv almost spitted all the water on face of Neil who was sitting in front of him, "Di, are you feeling sick anyway?"

"Shut up. Don't say anything about my sister." Arjun defended immediately.

"oh!! Hello mister, I know your sister more than you." Rajiv retorted on which Priya just whacked her hand in air.

"He is right. If you love your sister this much, do one thing, you will eat only whatever Di will make ; and we will eat maa's food. What say?" Radhika said and Rajiv gave hi-fi.

"Done. If I will do as per wish, what will I get?" Arjun tried a deal.

"Obviously your sister's handmade food. Don't expect more." Rajiv retorted immediately on behalf of Radhika earning glares from Arjun and smile from Radhika.

"Don't tease. I will help, dear. Come with me." Mala intervened and they both went to Kitchen.

"Aunty , take Sam with you too. She is very horrible in cooking. Teach her something too." Neil shouted which only resulted cushions threw at him at instance from Samaira.

They were going to start their banter stopped by Rajiv's phone call.

"Big bro." Rajiv squealed in joy making Neil feel sheer envy.

"What? Do you want me to put fire on my tail and run up?" He shouted that time being riled up. Nobody knew what Sourav said but it must be something that irritated him.

"Okay. I am on. You know very well I can't say no to you." He replied and ran upstairs and turned remembering something, "Radhika, give me company."

Everyone looked at him shocked that what happened to him sudden. Radhika knew something serious when she heard him calling her name and went to get ready without creating any fuss.

Arjun, who didn't like where the things were going as it involved Radhika, stood up and declared he should accompany too. But Priya rejected his appeal.

"Keep your jealousy at rein before it ruins everything."

"But I am only concerned."

"Just remember what I said."Priya said with authority and reached at two people who were all set to go.

"What exactly happened?" Radhika asked once their vehicle screeched on road.

"Sourav bro sent someone to meet me regarding Mr Malhotra case." Rajiv stated blankly still fixing his eyes ahead.

"Why you are sour then? Be happy."

"What do you think, why I am so irrational with my emotions?"

"To be honest, I can't figure you out this time." She stated truthfully.

"Because I am afraid of the result. I am afraid if Neil Malhotra is right according to Arjun, then what should I do? I don't have courage to face them." He turned to her that time with a sad painful expression. She visualised the ever mirthful jovial guy was gone and the one whom she was seeing right there was a lost kid, the same who lost at age two and deprived everything at once.

"You don't have to feel guilty when there was no mistake from your side. You can handle everything." Radhika tried to console him.

"Yes. Hope so."

Rajiv extended the file, which Arjun gave him. He already knew what the truth was. Just his brain didn't allow him to accept the fact considering what he was advised by his late father on his death bed.

"I am here just because of your mother. You are here living like an orphan because of them. She had an affair; when I protest, she threatened me to got rid you off. She knew I love you very much." Their father, Rajveer said with a painful grunt.

Rajiv's last ray of hope to go back his family went on haywire.

"What you want me to do father?" He asked defeated supressing his growing desire of missing his mother's care.

"Just live by yourself. I don't wish any harm on you, my dear." Rajveer said hiding his vile intention knowing well how Prerna would go mad not finding her younger son.

Rajveer was basically a jobless person who leeched on his wife. He got some sadistic pleasure always torturing Prerna by physically and mentally just because of his male chauvinism. Prerna decided, if she would have son, she would make him grow with good upbringings, mostly she would teach him how to respect girls and their choices. Hence, Neil was completely opposite of his father's nature and against his father's manhandling ways and protested every time which irked Rajveer more.

The thing went worse when Prerna stopped giving him, her hardworking money after Rajiv born. He became more violent and reasoned Rajiv for his misery. He knew Prerna was completely blind for Rajiv and could do anything for little boy. He planned to kidnap Rajiv and after getting his amount of money, fled away. However, unfortunately Rajiv went missing before he put his complete action and fortunately found by Sourav. By that time, he was successfully fed small Rajiv that his mother was worst of all.

After three years of incidents, Rajveer sneaked out of country for being charged as fraud and again met Rajiv at Norway. From that day, after knowing Sourav who took care of Rajiv, was kind of rich, he even mooched off money on his son without any shame until he diagnosed with terminal illness.

Rajveer's final plan was to keep Rajiv away from Prerna in any means. That was his sick mentality vengeance against her for dumping him, which were actually his own karma outputs.

"Okay." Rajiv said weakly.

"Promise me." Rajveer wanted to play victim card.

Radhika was intently looking at the data in file. It had picture from Rajiv's childhood picture with family, the missing case file copy, the advertisement about missing kid and finally few more details about his father. Radhika was actually amazed that Arjun really tried that much effort for Neil and Rajiv.

They were talking with the man whom Sourav sent. He turned out to be the inspector who was handling the same case. He gave Rajveer's illegal fraudulent activity details, which shook Rajiv. He knew something was off but it was not in his nightmare even, that his own father could do this to him. He died by playing game and left him to die in guilty. His eyes became moist and few teardrops fell down. He looked up feeling Radhika wiping his tears.

"I don't know what should I do now?"

"That you should do before, do it now."

Rajiv looked on not understanding her. She blinked in assurance, "Have faith on yourself."

With that, they were going back, when Rajiv's phone vibrated continuously. He received call and stared Radhika with a shocked painful face. Immediately he turned their vehicle toward airport.

Arjun was pacing furiously on roof. He was checking his watch in every thirty Seconds and looking down on road to see if they were back or not.

"what are you doing? You are literally giving me headache." Samaira quetched rubbing her back of neck.

"I didn't say you to check on me." He snapped back rudely and again looking down on porch.

"Don't be an arrogant brat."

"Sorry. I am off notch."

"If you are worrying about Radhika then don't. She will be more than safe with Rajiv." Priya snapped this time. She tried many time to put some sense her brother to not be jealous unnecessarily; but he always landed himself on living haywire.

"You are always taking his side. I am your brother." He complained like a kid.

"What are you, five? Gosh!! Don't be childish. You are a grown up man."Priya shot an unbelievable look to her brother.

Arjun just shrugged defeated and again went back looking at his watch again then at porch.

"Don't do that stupid. It will feel longer than real." Samaira's scrunched her nose. She wanted to laugh seeing Arjun's restlessness but restrained it knowing where that would lead to deal with the man's bloody short temper.

"Don't call me names." He still snapped again.

"Shut up, you both." Priya said while receiving a call. It was from Radhika.

"Di, we are leaving for Mumbai now. Just tell Neil to reach here as soon as possible. We are boarding flight now." Radhika said in one breath.

"Do you have your identity cards? Is anything serious?"

"Yup, always in our wallet. I am turning off my cell. Just tell Neil immediately." She cut call without wasting any time.

What happened suddenly? Priya thought and ran to downstairs to tell Neil followed by Arjun and Samaira.

"What? They left. Together? How? I thought...." Before Arjun could tell, more Priya shut him down.

"Don't shout Arjun. Else trust me I know where to kick to shut you off."

"Okay. I am leaving with Neil too." He declared in finality in his voice.

"Better."

Neil was worried from morning, as he couldn't reach to Prerna. His mood went all together off after hearing those words. Even Samaira was worried seeing him like this. She wanted to go with him, but left to go back accompanying Priya.

In his worry, Neil got ready within five minutes and with his curiosity, Arjun took less time than he did which shocked everyone present there.

"Don't worry Neil. Everything will be fine." Samaira hugged him while patting him affectionately.

"And you keep your envious possessive game to yourself and take care of Neil. We will see you tomorrow." Priya summoned Arjun authoritative for him to listen well. He just shook his head and they both went out.

After the sudden exit of four people in house, all were worried.They were waiting for Radhika and Rajiv's flight to land off, so they could know the matter.

After two hours, Priya's phone buzzed. She thought more half an hour left for Radhika to reach Mumbai. Who called then? She was surprised to see Sourav's call while waiting for Radhika. After listening to her fiancé, she looked at others waiting for her, " Prerna aunty faced an accident and she was in ICU."
