I want to bring the rest of the Kokotiam to Ninjago so badly, but having only 2 people to write about is so much easier, I like episode 1, and I just hope I'll end up liking episode 2 as well.

Enjoy! Episode 2: Hidden in the Shadows

It was morning, and Boboiboy decided to take a stroll in Ninjago to learn more about its history, hiding in plain sight but not enough to get recognized. last night the only thing Boboiboy was doing was spying on the crashed ship, they were waiting for the police and the green ninja to leave to check on it themself.

Flashback

The police left but the green ninja stayed behind for a while before going inside, After a few minutes of waiting the green ninja went out and left. Boboiboy went in the ship for a few minutes to see what the green ninja did, when they went in, they tried opening the holograms, at first they didn't work but they soon opened.

When it did open it popped up to a lot of pictures of them and their friends that wasn't opened before they crash landed, "Uh oh," Boboiboy thought, "That green ninja must have opened the hologram and searched around and opened this," Boboiboy concluded.

Boboiboy sighed before looking around to find the food that they packed, after a few minutes of searching they found some, they went out and used their wind power to add a boost to their jump as they jumped back on the roof, "We have a problem," Boboiboy said.

"What is it," Fang asked while taking a carrot donut from the food Boboiboy brought, "The green ninja poked around the ship and got the hologram working, they found pictures of what we look like," Boboiboy reported, "Do you have an idea of what they think? If we are a threat to them?" Fang asked.

"I'm not sure but I hope that they don't think of us as evil people," Boboiboy sweat-dropped since one of the pictures that was seen was a picture of Boboiboy Halilintar electrocuting their friends.

"Well, I'll try to locate them and get more information," Fang said, "I'll just roam around the city. But be sure to not get caught," Boboiboy said, "Says you, I bet you'll be caught first," Fang scoffed.

"Hah, if I get caught first I'll give you 5 carrot donuts a day," Boboiboy scoffed right back, "If I get caught first I'll stop trying to be more popular than you which I already am," Fang placed a bet, "Its a deal," Boboiboy grinned.

End of Flashback

"Hm, this city is big," Boboiboy said amazed, since Boboiboy was trying not to get caught they hid their hat, they still wore the dark-colored clothes, Boboiboy went into an alleyway of a building and opened their watch, they tried contacting their friends or at least Commander Koko Ci.

Boboiboy's watch sparked as they waved it around to get rid of it, "Guess Ochobot's new enhanced communication system doesn't work as well as he thinks," Boboiboy mumbled.

They opened their watch again to watch the news of Ninjago, "Here we are, Live at the Jade Palace, where the emperor is giving a public speech!" a news reporter said while showing the emperor, empress, and Princess.

"Hm, Palace, that means they are royalty. Huh, there is still royalty in this place, who would've thought," Boboiboy mumbled. "As many of you know, My family has kept a private life. We aren't interested in meddling in current affairs, but as crime has risen, so has our concern. So it is time to step out of the shadows and into the light-"

"For Ninjas they aren't good at hiding," Boboiboy chuckled seeing as the green ninja was seen in plain sight, "-We must continue to stay vigilant, and always stay united!" the emperor finished his speech with a nice ending.

"Gotta say that speech was nice," Boboiboy smiled, Boboiboy continued to watch the news before they saw the green ninja jump down, loud popping sounds were heard, Boboiboy became concerned and jumped up to the roof of the building and searched for the jade Palace, fortunately, the jade palace was big.

Boboiboy used lightning speed in their original form to go to the said palace, they got to the palace to see that it was a false alarm, "This is not good for my heart," Boboiboy comically cried thinking was about to witness a murder.

Boboiboy was wearing black pants and a black-sleeved shirt with a hood, they were still wearing their light gray shoes, they took their hat off while running to the palace, and they also had a black mask that was covering their face.

They watched the ninja for a bit since they spotted 5 of them, they couldn't find the gray ninja. "At least the gray ninja is better at hiding," Boboiboy chuckled. They watched as 5 people approached the green ninja on the stairs, "That girl must be the gray ninja," Boboiboy said standing up to get a better look.

"Aren't you supposed to be 'walking around Ninjago on the ground?' Not roofs?" A voice behind Boboiboy startled him, "I'm not evil!" Boboiboy whisper-yelled before they took a closer look at the person, "Haha! Your face was priceless," Fang laughed quietly.

Boboiboy sighed with a tick mark on their forehead, "To answer your question, I was watching the news and I thought there was a shooting, so I ran here with lightning speed," Boboiboy explained, "I was here by the time they got here, I overheard the white ninja talking about protecting the royal family," Fang said.

"Look, they're going into the palace," Boboiboy said, "Should we follow them?" Fang asked, "Hm, our original mission was to find the 2 aliens and bring them back," Boboiboy explained their mission.

"If it's only the 2 of us it would take years," Fang said, "I might be able to use my Hepta-split but that would drain my energy in less than 8 hours, and I'm sure we wouldn't be able to find them by then," Boboiboy explained before sighing.

"We're going to stay on our original mission, but we can do some side missions. If something happened with the Ninjas that you think they can't handle alone, go and help in secret, but if you get caught do not give them our information," Boboiboy explained.

"Okay fine, I'll go summon my shadow animals and spread them out to a bigger area," Fang said, "I'll go back to the ship and see if I can get the ship working so we can stay there while we're finding the aliens," Boboiboy said before they both nodded and headed in a different direction.

A few hours later(Night)

With Fang

"Hm, Controlling so many small shadows at once is harder than controlling big ones," Fang said sweating while running and jumping from one building to another. Fang was wearing the same thing he always wore except he took his vest off and was wearing dark-colored sleeves and a hood. He was also wearing a mask like Boboiboy.

Fang stopped running when he reached the jade palace again, he looked over to see the Ninjas going inside, but Fang hesitated before making up his mind. Since it was night it was easier to hide with his dark-colored outfit.

"Sorry Boboiboy, but the Ninja seems like they can be useful to us," Fang thought before he opened his watch as a hologram of the power spheres in Ochobot's new upgrade.

"Hmm, Aha! StealthBot," Fang thought as he pressed StealthBot's image he was able to use StealthBot's power and went invisible. Fang jumped over Mr. Hutchins as he closed the door-- following the Ninjas inside. Slowly making sure he doesn't hit any of the Ninjas by accident but not go too far to get lost.

"I just need to add some shadows on each of them then I'll go," Fang planned in his head, |Semut bayang,| Fang whispered to his watch before it summoned lots of shadow ants, "-And their daughter, The Jade Princess. Princess Harumi," Mr. Hutchins announced.

Fang slowly went behind each of the Ninja and placed at least 3 ants on them, "That should be enough," Fang thought as the shadow ants were placed behind the Ninjas, latching onto them tightly, "...Zane--the cold and calculating android," Princess Harumi said.

"Nindroid, your highness." Zane corrected while removing his disguise and showing the titanium side of him, "Nya--the girl. The girl I've wanted to be ever since I first heard about her, with her mastery of Water and her skill that could rival any master," Princess Harumi enlightened.

"I like her," Nya grinned before bowing, "And Master Lloyd--the green ninja. The youngest but most powerful protector. The Chosen One." Princess Harumi said, "A young master. He seems important to be called the chosen one," Fang thought.

Fang needed to leave quickly. He can't leave using the door, that would bring attention, Fang thought about creating a diversion so that he can get out but that would risk him getting caught.

"...As long as we have an Oni mask, we fear our lives are in jeopardy," The Emperor spoke, "Oni Mask? Is it that important?" Fang decided to stay for a little longer. The talk of the Oni Mask had him interested.

"The masks must never be reunited, please say yes," Princess Harumi asked, "What happens when they do?? Argh! My curiosity is killing me," Fang mentally yelled, "I've heard and stayed here long enough, I need to go before I get caught," Fang said in his thoughts.

In the new upgrade from Ochobot, StealthBot's power can be used for a maximum of 5 hours for one person, but if someone who is using StealthBot's power from Ochobot's upgrade gets touched by someone who isn't using it, the power will reverse and the person will be revealed.

They will be revealed because to use StealthBot's power(OU/Ochobot Upgrade) for multiple people, they must be touching before activation, but being touched after activation by a person who isn't using it. The power will think it's a restart or a redo and will deactivate. Revealing the person using it.

"...Complementary royal buffet," Mr. Hutchins said that caught Fang's attention, "Food! They have Carrot donuts too!!" Fang drooled in his thoughts looking at the food which included his favorite.

Fang kept following the Ninjas to hopefully be led outside and to know more about them, "...The Palace is equipped with secret hidden passageways to get anywhere fast," Mr. Hutchins said. Fang waited for them to get ahead of him to get some Carrot Donuts.

Fang then took 2 carrot donuts and started eating them, but then the Ninjas turned around cause the red ninja, Kai was making a mess trying to find one of the secret hidden passageways.

2 donuts fell to the floor and caught the Ninjas and Mr. Hutchins's attention. "My donuts," Fang comically cried. The green Ninja walked up to the donuts that were on the floor, "Did you all see that?" Cole asked looking at the other Ninja.

"You aren't imagining it that's for sure," Jay commented, "Maybe it just fell," Nya said, "Can't be, it has been bitten already," Lloyd said showing them the bitten donut, "Cole did you bite that and thought we wouldn't notice??" Jay accused.

Cole gasped in an offended way, "My body is a temple! I have given up sweets for a long time!" Cole argued, "Boys cut it out," Nya scolded, Lloyd sighed, "Let's not get this over our heads, please continue Mr. Hutchins," Lloyd said looking at Mr. Hutchins.

"Of course, Master Lloyd," Mr. Hutchins said before continuing the tour. Going back to Fang, he wasn't with the Ninjas. He was already outside of the palace. He was able to get out since there isn't any other people inside the palace.

Fang was able to slip through the doors and outside, Fang was breathing heavily, "That was way too close for comfort," Fang thought sweating. Fang opened his watch hologram and pressed on StealthBot's image as if he wasn't invisible anymore.

"At least I was able to attach my shadow ants to them," Fang thought before jumping to another building and sitting on the rooftop. |Kawalan Tikus bayang| Fang was able to control specific animals since most of them were on something called 'autopilot' with a mind of their own.

But Fang can control them at will, to be able to see, hear, and track any of the shadow creatures he made, "Good thing I made a Shadow rat to follow them since I can't see from the ants' angle," Fang thought.

FlashBack

"While you are in our service you have access to the--" Mr. Hutchins said while entering another room with the Ninja, and Fang, |Tikus Bayang| Fang whispered making a shadow rat follow close behind the Ninja.

"...Complementary royal buffet, " Mr. Hutchins said that caught Fang's attention, "Food! They have Carrot donuts too!!" Fang drooled in his thoughts looking at the food which included his favorite.

End of Flashback

Fang used his power and saw and heard what his shadow Rat could. Fang's eyes, hands, and ears were covered with his shadows. "The mask of deception," Fang heard as he controlled his shadow rat to go to Mr. Hutchins, "Why would anyone want that?" Fang heard the red ninja, or in this case, Kai said.

"That's up to us to figure out," Fang's shadow rat finally found the Ninja and Mr. Hutchins. The Ninja were all looking at a mask, which Fang heard Mr. Hutchins say, 'The Mask of deception'

"If this is the mask of deception, then what was stolen from Borg Industries?" Fang saw and heard the gray ninja speak, "The Mask of Vengeance," Mr. Hutchins replied.

"Those masks must be the ones Princess Harumi said should never be reunited, and one of them is already stolen," Fang concluded, "Then who has the third one?" Cole asked, "No one knows the location of the Mask of Hatred, but my sensors tell me that they won't be lost for long," Zane said. "So there are 3 masks that should never be reunited since the 3rd one will take long I should protect the Mask of deception- wait what am I doing?? That's not my mission," Fang said before waving his head and hands as the shadows disappeared and the Shadow rat went into autopilot.

"This is distracting me from the original mission," Fang groaned in annoyance while falling backward now he is staring at the sky that is filled with stars for a few minutes. Fang sighed before standing up and stretching. Suddenly his eyes flashed red, and his eyes, ears, and hands were covered in shadows again.

Fang's vision shifted to one of his shadow animals, specifically his Shadow rat, "Uh oh," Fang mumbled, "It's a rat!" Jay"s voice was heard, "It's not a normal rat, look, it has red eyes," Nya said, Fang started sweating, Kai was holding the shadow rat inspecting it weirdly, "It has the same color as our shadows," Kai said putting it in the shade as the shadow rat disappeared but the red eyes are visible. Kai took it out of the shade as the rat was visible again.

Fang gritted his teeth, he needs his shadow rat to be with them but they already found it. Fang commanded his shadow rat to run away when it is spotted by anyone it doesn't know, but the Ninjas were fast. The Shadow rat bit Kai's hand, Kai in response let it go, "Ow! it can bite!?" Kai said holding his hand, the shadow rat proceeded to run away as fast as it could, "Of course, it can bite it's a rat!" Jay yelled with an annoyed voice, "It's trying to escape! It could be a spy!" Kai said running after the rat, "That could be a possibility," Zane said while running too.

"Are we really going to chase a rat?" Nya groaned in annoyance, "We need to know what and where that rat came from so we have to," Lloyd said. They chased the shadow rat around the palace until they finally caught it again, the ninja was breathing heavily from chasing something so small in a big place.

"Took you guys long enough to catch it," Jay said catching his breath, Lloyd was the one who caught it as he inspected the shadow Rat himself, "I'm pretty sure someone is controlling this rat, if it was a normal one it would have hid in small and cramped spaces, not run around in the open," Lloyd explained, Fang sweatdropped that he didn't think about that, "What do I do?? I need my shadow rat with them," Fang thought, "Whoever is controlling this rat, why are you spying on us? Are you working with the sons of Garmadon??" Kai accused. Fang controlled the tail of the shadow rat to enlarge and detach while spelling something.

The words spell out, 'Release my shadow rat. I'll answer some questions then,' Fang looked at the Ninjas through his shadow rat while they read the words, the green ninja looked at the words before looking at the Shadow rat, "Swear that you won't attack us with your rat, or say goodbye to it," Kai threatened before the shadow words started reforming again, 'I swear. I can't attack you cause my shadow rat isn't big enough, now release it,'

Lloyd walked over to a nearby table and let the rat while it started grooming itself, "This is gonna turn out differently than I wanted it to," Fang thought while he sat down on the roof of the building he was on. Fang didn't want to get too involved with the Ninjas too much since it might slow down his original mission. The Shadow words started forming again, 'I'll answer 5 questions only. Don't take too long,'

"Why were you spying on us?"

Okay okay, this might be more on Fang's POV, but I hope I made it as interesting as episode 1! Or I hope you guys enjoyed it at least.
