The next day, Manic was watching TV when suddenly he saw Sonic had his stuff packed.

"What's with the stuff dude?"

"I told you. I'm Shadow's servant for the week, meaning I have to stay at his house."

"Yikes." Sonic sighed and said,

"Obviously there's food in the fridge, you know where everything is but do NOT go into my room, no touching my stuff and do not do anything stupid while I'm gone. Got it!?"

"Yeah yeah."

"See you later Manic." Sonic left the house and went to Shadow's house. He knocked on the door and Shadow opened the door with his girlfriend, Maria next to him. He had his arm over her shoulder. Sonic groaned silently.

"Oh no..." He whispered.

"Come in Sonic. Your uniform is in the guest room. Maria is going to be staying here for the week so if she needs anything, help her out."

Shadow said in a low tone. "Yes Shadow."

Sonic walked inside and Shadow closed the door. Meanwhile with Manic, he was walking towards the music store and walked inside. While no one was looking, he took a few music CDs and placed them in his pocket, he went to the next store without anyone noticing and went to a car shop. His eyes widened when he spotted a very expensive looking car. He smirked and shouted,

"A girl needs help in the back! Someone is attacking her!"

A few guards ran outside while Manic found the car's keys, climbed in and drove off. He turned his head and saw a few people yelling at him. He just laughed and continued driving. He placed some music inside the music player and it started to play loud music.

He was so into the music that he didn't see Y/N trying to cross the street. He gasped as he quickly pressed against the breaks. Y/N gasped as well and covered her face, waiting for the pain but it never came. Manic stopped just in time and Manic quickly came out of the car.

"Omg dudette I didn't see you there! Are you ok?"

"I'm fine. You really should be paying attention to the road." Manic rubbing his neck nervously.

"Heh fair point. So where are you headed? You need a lift?"

"Are you sure?"

"I don't mind." Y/N looked at the car shocked.

"That's your car?" Manic was about to say something but something inside him told him not to say anything. At least not how he got it.

"Uh...yup! That's mine."

"Wow! It's amazing!" "Get in dudette. I'll take you to your destination."

"Thanks Manic." You and Manic got in the car and began to drive away.
