Mango's P.o.v
I'm at home.
It's my tenth birthday.
I sighed at the new picture in my collection.
It was Mr.Sharp and his daughter Kora.
This time last year he came over with gifts.
Now it's only me again.

I miss having people to talk to.

" It's gonna be okay."Mango #2 whispered.

" Everyone that cares about me keeps dying."I muttered trying not to cry.

"You still have me, and Minty."Mango #2 mumbled.

He's right I still have the bear I got from Mr.Sharp and Mango #2.

"Hey kid open up!"A loud voice shouts at my door.

I stumble down the stairs slightly worried.

I open the door and standing in front of me is Tyrone Marbles holding a batch of cupcakes.

"What do you want?"I asked irritated by his sudden appearance.

"I know it's your birthday, I bought these cupcakes for you."Tyrone replied handing over the cupcakes.

"Oh... Thanks."I mumbled trying to be thankful but it's hard.

"I didn't want to kill your sister... My dad told me to."Tyrone grumbles.

"Uh... Why?"I asked.

Tyrone just shake his head and leaves.

He gave me chocolate cupcakes and apologized for killing my sister.

But I still don't believe him.
