Brother

Mangle's POV

"Mangle, calm down! Where are you?"
My Brother Mari asked me on the phone. I could hear music in the background, I Guess he's still at the party. I looked around the town, frantically searching for a billboard or something, "This is Allen-Town." The lady whispered softly, who lent me her phone. I nodded to her thankfully.

"A-Allen Town." I told him shakily. I heard him sigh through the phone,

"Jeez Mangle, you like getting yourself into trouble, don't ya? I'll be there soon, find someplace to wait." He chuckled, ending the call.

"Thankyou.." I told the woman, passing back her phone. She nodded to me and continued walking down the damp street. I found a bench nearby to sit on, under a flickering street lamp.
I exhaled to myself and sat down on the old wooden bench.

Who was that guy?

Why did he dump me in the middle of no where?

And exactly how did he know I was taking that Cab?!

So many questions, not to mention I'm absolutely freezing, even with the jumper that Foxy's Mother lent me. I looked up to the dark, cloudy sky as a few droplets of water hit my face. It began to rain,

Heavier,

And heavier,

And Heavier.

Once again, I was soaked in rain. Freezing cold, scared, lost...

Except this time Foxy wasn't here..
Nor any of my friends..
I felt a tear run down my face in the cold rain, and more followed..

About an hour passed, and I was still sitting in the heavy rain feeling scared, hoping to see Marionette's car soon. I looked through the foggy mist of rain and managed to spot two headlights heading towards me. I stood up off the bench and walked over to it, clutching my sides shakily, as it came to a stop. A familiar boy stepped out of the car, he was tall with now drenched black hair. It was Marionette.

He got out the car and jogged up to me with a worried expression on his face and breathing heavily, quickly embracing me in a warm hug, even in this freezing down-pour. I dug my face into his chest returning the hug, attempting to hold back tears but so obviously failing. He rested his head on mine and put his arm around me.

"Let's go home." He smiled leading me to the car. I nodded, not letting go of his side, still practically burying my face into his side, quite frankly scared to let go. I hope Marionette will always be there for me, I know I will.
He's my big Brother, he wouldn't leave me, right?
He's always looked out for me, ever since our Mother died, he's been extremely protective of me. He knew how much I missed her, and I knew that he did too.
Even under that tough-guy look, he had a soft, loving side too.

I sat in the front with Marionette, leaning on the cold window. I replayed the day's events in my head, hoping it wouldn't happen again,

But I'd soon find out I was wrong..
