My idea for character was a teacher or the principal. He could be one of those teacher who are very expecting of their students while the students are saying "You really expected me to do do that? Why don't you show me how it's done." At this point the teacher shows off his skill and the students are amazed and saying, "this is going to be a piece of cake." then they try what the teacher did without thinking and failed....... What I'm trying to say is, this teacher is someone that you think is just quiet teacher who expects great things, but he really is a skilled master that expects great things.
