Chapter 13(Last)- The Revenge!

Manik's POV..

The sun rose from the east lazily today and the dark clouds of the night started fading away. I stared out of the car window just to see how effortlessly the sun was rising.

Bringing a new day!

A fresh start!

The mist on the grass and ground cleared making the surface shine beautifully. But would this sunrise be able to clear the fog which was consuming my heart.?

I took a deep breath and the tears stung my eyes but I shoved them away as I look at my Nandini's calm sleeping face. The sun rays crept leisurely inside from the see through mirror of window falling on her pretty, pale face and I kept my hand in way to block it...

Now I won't let any heat to touch my Shimmer! I have had it enough. I pecked her forehead nth time and caressed her hair...

"Dark night is over Shimmer!" Again I whispered in her ear. An assurance more for myself.

I was scared! The reaction which she will give after knowing about the baby will be tough one..

"We are here!" Cabir's voice broke my thoughts and I again look out of the window.

"We are home Nandini!" I mumbled before getting down the car with her in my arms.

I stepped inside the mansion with determined steps. Entering the mansion didn't felt the same with which I had exited. When I exited it I was happy cuz I was going to meet her but now I was entering with a weak, fragile and broken figure in my arms with a regretful realization that the girl cuddled in me was carrying my baby girl who was not anymore.

"Do let us know if she wants something!" Cabir's voice reached my ears as I stepped on the staircase.

"I will bring you a coffee!" It was Navya...

"We are down here boss! Do let us know if you need us!" It was Dhruv's concern. But I didn't reply to them and kept ascending stairs until I reached my room, with a little push of my foot it went wide open as it wasn't locked. I walked in and placed Nandini on the bed constantly staring at her face. I pecked her forehead once again and got up to adjust the curtains of the window. The door was still open I walked towards it to close it when Navya appeared in the door way. I paused and she smiled at me.

"Here you go with your favorite coffee! You want breakfast!" She said softly and gave me my cup..

"No not yet! I am waiting for Nandini to wake up then we will eat together!" I said lowly and traced the outline of the cup..

I hope everything will be fine when she wake up..

"Manik! I know the time is tough! But one thing is for sure and that is you both will survive successfully! Just believe in Christ ok?" She said rubbing my arm and I just nodded. Then she turned to leave and I stared at her back..

"Navya!" I called her and she immediately turned with very soft expressions on her face. "Thank you! Thank you for the coffee! Thank you for being with me and Nandini!" I said staring at her face and she smiled more..

"Anytime! You don't have to say this! Take care!" She said sweetly and walked down the stairs slowly. I came back in and placed the coffee mug on my writing table. Then I walked to my wardrobe to get a fresh pair of jeans and shirt before going to shower.

As soon as I stepped in the mild water of the shower suddenly the river of tears which was jamming my nerves since last few hour broke and I sat under the shower crying endlessly.

It was hurting so much...

I know crying is a girly thing but the pain of a father losing his unborn child was so much..

I had always dreamt of having a family with her but yeah I was sinful..

I truly deserved that...

But I was a human at the same time...

A human who was a Mafia but had a heart in his body which beat for a girl...

I was a fool to let her go!

I was a fool to accept her stupid wish...

If I wouldn't have let her to tou wo sab na hota...

Ifs! Buts! Regrets!

An hour passed like my tears mixing with the shower water and then I got up..

I was strong! I was strong for her! If I will fall weak then who will heal her? Yes! Ohk! Breathe in! Breathe out! Am ok! Am strong! Yeah...

I came out of the bathroom only to see her still sleeping. I sighed and spread the towel on the couch back. Then I walked to the window and look at the sky. It was getting cloudy. The sun was hiding somewhere deep in the clouds and it scared me. The sun was my hope towards a new day and now it was hiding away. I was sad when suddenly...

"Ma..maaan...!" Her murmurs froze me on my place for a instance and my heart started beating wildly..

Am strong...

Yes I am...

Taking a deep breath I turned and saw her fluttering her eyelids.

"Shimmer!" I whispered and walked closer to her. She was still gathering her senses. I sat beside her and held her hand..

"Hey baby?" I coaxed her politely caressing her hair and she squeezed my hand gently..

"Manik!" My name from her lips felt heaven but there was so much of pain in her voice..

"Am here Bella! Am here with you! You are safe! In my arms! In my bed!" I spoke lowly caressing her hair more and my lips lingered over her forehead.

"Ma-Manik! Ou-our ba-baby?" She questioned her eyes still half opened and I gulped closing my eyes. The tears again stung the edge of my eyes and I bite my lower lip to control them..

I am strong...

I am strong...

"Shh! Are you hungry? Wanna eat the omelet I cook for you!" I tried changing the topic in a polite way and her eyes fully opened almost widening...

"Am asking about our baby Manik!" She asked in an angry tone and tried getting up..

"Cara Mia please!" I pleaded holding her back and she jerked me away with that she got up..

"Ahhh!" She screamed holding her stomach when she got up and I instantly moved closer to her with my hand over hers. "Btaoa na!!!!!" She shouted again in so much of pain and there was also a sense of despair.

"Shimmer! I..!" I tried telling her but my tongue went numb not any other word escaped out of it...

"Please tell me she is ok!!!" She pleaded holding my hand tightly and I held her both hands in mine..

"Baby! Just relax alright!" I tried coaxing her again and she shook her head..

"I won't until you tell me about my baby!" She screamed again and I took a deep breath once again..

"She is..! She is n-no mo-more!" I spoke lowly with my head tucked low and her grip on my hands loosened.

"She is dead?" She asked in an unsure tone and my eyes snapped up at her. Her facial expressions were filled with horror and extreme pain it scared me to death.

No...

Please no...

Christ give us strength...

"Ye-yes!" I whispered and boom!! She screamed so painfully loud that it froze my heart.

"My baby!!!!" She screamed again and I immediately held her close. She fisted my shirt front and cried hell loud in my chest. "Mera bachaa! Manik! Manik!" She was wailing and it was breaking me.

Breaking me in tiny pieces...

"She was your princess Manik! Please do something! Bring her back!" She shouted shaking me badly and I controlled myself not to break apart. I cupped her cheeks and wiped her tears patiently..

"Shimmer! She can't come back! Get a grip to yourself!" I said to her in a sad tone and she cried more. I wanted her to let it all out..

"I dreamt of her! You wanted her! My baby! Our baby! Oh God!!!! Manik! You can do anything! Usy wapas lay aoa naa please! Please mjy mera bacha wapas chye! Bring her back!!!" She was crying and crying. I held her as close as I could kissing her hair thousand times whispering a single line in her ear and that was...

"Everything will be ok!"...

"Baby thoda sa! Please for me!" I begged nth time but she turned her head refusing to eat anything.

Oh God...

"Am not hungry!" She whispered snuggling in my chest and once again her tears wet my shirt. I took a sigh and placed the plate aside on the side table taking her in my arms completely. I rested my back with the bed board and she was almost lying over me. It's been five days but Nandini's condition was not normal..

"Manik!" She mewed and I caressed her hair..

"Am here! Shhh!" I whispered and she raised her head...

"You know! I was thinking why Christ took our baby!" She started lowly and I felt ashamed.

"It's because of my sins Nandini!" I whispered but she shook her head..

"No it's because I insulted your love!" She spoke in extreme pain and I look at her in shock..

"Shim!" I try to speak but she placed her fingers on my mouth..

"Let me finish! I insulted your true love for me! I insulted you! That's why! Your princess! Wo naraz ho kar chali gai q k myny us k daddy ki insult ki the! Am sorry Manik! Am so sorry! Please! Mjy maaf kar do!" She shouted crying loudly and I went numb for a second...

Nandini oh my baby..

"Hey! Shimmer! Please! I am not angry with you ! I forgive you! Don't be so hard on yourself! Baby naraz ho kar nahi gya! Maybe we were not ready for the baby! Maybe we Christ has planned something better for us! Plz! I beg you don't say like this! It hurts me please!!!" I said lovingly holding her close to me as much as possible and she cried in my chest..

"I love you Manik and am so sorry!" She wailed again and I patted her head...

"Shhh! I love you too! It's ok! Just shhh!" I whispered in her ear and after a long consoling session her crying came to a halt. "Shall we eat now? Haan?" I spoke softly and she parted away.

"Hmm!" She whispered still sniffing and I picked up the plate to feed her..

"Ya ni khana!" She said lowly as I brought the morsel closer and I sighed..

"Then? What my Bella wants?" I asked taking her hands in mine and she ducked her head low.

"Omelet! Cooked by you!" She said softly and I smiled.

"Ohk! No problem! Me abhi lata hoon!" I said getting up but she held my hand.

"I will come with you please don't leave me alone!" She said in an emotional tone and I smiled..

"Ohk! No problem! But first you have to take bath!" I said nodding my head. Finally she was coming to terms. She too smiled lightly and nodded. I went inside the bathroom and filled the tub with mild water. I poured some body wash in it and went back to see Nandini caressing the pillow on which I sleep. I smiled brightly and walked closer to her.

"Chaliye madam! Your bath tub is ready!" I said obediently and she giggled softly extending her arms towards me. I immediately picked her up like a baby and walked in the bathroom.

I hope these sad days go away soon.

"One! Two! Three! Four!" She counted the stairs loudly like a baby as I descended down the staircase with her riding my back.

Next day better then previous oner mood was good. She counted the stairs due to the movements I did...

"Twenty and twenty one!" She exclaimed as I stepped on the last stair laughing on her cuteness and she giggled kissing my cheek.

"Wow Manik! Tough guy! You are very strong!" She shouted happily and I laughed more.

"Anything for you princess!" I said in a loyal tone and she rested her chin on my shoulder as I walked towards the dinning room where everyone must be waiting for us.

"Morning everyone!" I exclaimed as I entered the dinning hall and all exclaimed back. I try to made Nandini sit on the chair beside me but she jumped in my lap making a sad pout that why am I parting her away.

"Acha sorry!" I immediately apologized before she could be angry I adjusted her in my lap.

"So cute!" I heard Alya exclaiming hugging Dhruv's arm and I smiled while Nandini blushed..

"So Nandini! We never knew kay tmhy counting aati hai!" Suddenly Cabir spoke and Nandini who was ready to munch the sandwich piece which I just fed her stopped..

I try hard not to laugh..

"Meaning?" She asked with a confused expressions on the face..

"Aray you just counted the stairs na islye we got to know kay tmhy counting aati hai!" Cabir spoke naughtily and burst out in laughter. Nandini was hell embarrassed as she realized that they all heard her counting stairs. She immediately hide her face in my neck and everyone laughed more while I kissed her hair holding her close..

She was my Angel and I wasn't letting her go at any cost...

"Tery ishq ki shidat is qadar hai..! Me dard main hoon kya tjhy meri khabar hai?" I whispered in Nandini's ear naughtily biting her earlobe and she giggled softly ruffling my hair. It's been over two months since that horrible incident and I tried my level best to normalize everything. She was almost ok..

Rishab was almost dying in London to come here but I strictly asked him not to because first it wasn't safe here and second his study was more important.

Nandini and I were sitting on my terrace with her between my legs wearing shorts and my black shirt. She didn't wore her clothes since that day. I had a full plan against Francis and Soha. It was ready to execute. I will be leaving next morning but Nandini was not aware of it. I knew if I would tell her she will freak out and I didn't want that. I had instructed Navya that I will leave quietly and after that she will handle Nandini.

In these two months I planned everything!

I will leave India, will leave mafia and will go to London forever. Where nobody knows me. I will get Nandini cured. I will start up a little business there and will marry Nandini. Will have kids and happily ever after.

Yeah that was easy. But my revenge! I will take the revenge of my baby...

"When did you become a poet?" She asked softly when I exposed her shoulder to kiss her more..

"Since you come in my life!" I spoke huskily planting a love bite right over her shoulder and she hissed seductively.

"Manik!" She moaned and my one hand traveled to open the buttons of the shirt.

Two months was a long duration...

I waited for her. I waited for her so long. But tonight before I leave I wanted her to make her mine once again..

She slowly turned and cupped my cheek. She herself moved closer and started planting kisses over my jawline as her hands kneaded my hair. I tilted her head and placed my lips over hers kissing her politely as if she was made of glass and little pressure will break her. Our lips moved in perfect synch and her hands fidgeted with the hem of my shirt which surprised me. I held her hand to stop her and she broke the kiss

"I want you Manik!" She whispered in a low tone and I tucked her chin up.

"Are you sure Cara Mia?" I asked huskily and she nodded before hugging me shyly. Then I didn't hesitate as I picked her up and placed her on the bed to mark her mine once again.

I stared at her at her face and pecked her lips again. Then I look at the clock hanging on the wall it was three am and I need to leave. I slowly untangled myself from her and was about to get up when she held my hand..

"Where are you going?" She asked in a panic tone and I sighed..

"You were awake?" I said taking her in my arms and she nodded..

"Don't leave! I want you to stay!" She whispered clinging to me and I run my fingers through her hair calming her down..

"Why you heard my talk with Cabir?" I asked in a serious tone and she snuggled in me more. I had a doubt that she heard me talking to Cabir in evening..

"Am sorry! But please don't go na! Agr us Francis ny tmhy bhi kuch!" She chocked with emotions and I shushed her placing my lips on hers...

"Kuch nahi ho ga! Kuch bhi nahi! I promise you to make them suffer! They snatched our baby na! I will not leave them!" I said in an assuring tone. "Only if you want me to take revenge!" I added hesitantly and her grip around my waist tightened. I waited for her to say something and she took a deep breath..

"Make them suffer!" She spoke in a hollow tone and freed her grip, letting me go. I pecked her forehead and got up. I immediately wore fresh clothes and her eyes were open..

"Nandini! Baby sleep!" I said lovingly again walking towards her and she held my hand..

"Tm wapas aaoa gay na?" She asked in a low tone as tears spilled out of her eyes..

"Hey! You trust me right? Then relax! I will be back! I will be back for you!" I said pecking her forehead and she nodded before releasing my hand..

It's showdown time!

"Keep your ears and eyes open! I won't tolerate them running this time! Just wait for my signal!" I spoke sternly before jumping off the jeep..

"Yes Boss!" All spoke simultaneously and I crawled through the bushes.

It's time!

Yes!

Aik aik aanso ka badla!

I will be the first to enter inside. The signal was first gun shot I will be firing. As soon as my men will going to hear the gunshot they will be barging in.

It was the backside of the mansion where Francis's whole team was there. I crawled more and saw a bodyguard guarding the backdoor. I shook my head slyly and jumped on him. I palmed his mouth and kicked his butt. With that I twisted his neck and in next second I was reaching towards the back door leaving him dead. I slowly opened the back door and peeped in. Too many man standing in the hallway talking and chatting. Soha and Francis were sitting on a couch in middle cuddled to each other.

My blood boiled as I saw them smiling.

Meri Nandini kay aasoaon kay zimadar loog! I will kill them..

All will be dead...

"Having some party and forgot to invite me?" I spoke loudly in a sarcastic tone. Everyone stopped, turned to me and their eyes widened. Suddenly BoooM! Here goes my first shot my all men came run and there started a blood war.

Dead man everywhere...

"Varun!" I heard Dhruv's shout in between while fighting with other few men and rushed to towards Dhruv. He was holding Varun.

"Varun! Tu theek hai?" I asked hysterically as he was my another very loyal and beloved teen mate. I placed his head in my lap and held his hand. He was breathing heavily..

"Bo-boss!" He stammered and I shook my head while Dhruv took us in cover.

"Hey! It's ok!!" I said softly and placed my trembling hand on his wound to stop the blood..

"Thank you boss! For everything! You gave me home! Shelter! Love! You took care of me like a father! I wish you a happy life ahead! May you get Nandini Didi as your queen and your daughter as your princess!" He mumbled with tears rolling down his eyes and I shook my head...

"Chup kar! Kuch ni ho ga tjy! You will be ok! Smjha tu!" I said loudly shaking my head and he smiled..

"I love you boss! Bury me with your hands!" He said smiling all the time and then closed his eyes..

"Varun? Varun?" I said hysterically patting his cheeks but he was gone. Dhruv placed his hand on my shoulder and I picked up Varun he was only 17 year old boy. He was 10 years old when I once saved him from goons and brought him home. He was like my own son but...

Hiding from everyone I brought Varun's dead body out and made it lay on my jeep seat.

"Hang there kid!" I said lowly and run back inside.

"Whose shot it was?" I roared to Dhruv asking who killed Varun..

"Francis!" Dhruv shouted back and Francis added one more sin to his list. My team had killed almost all the men of Francis so I run to find THE leader and Soha. I searched every room but they were no where..

"f**k f**k f**k!!!!!! Where the hell are they both??" I roared on top of my voice and run downstairs. When my fell out of the window and both were running by a Car. "Stop right there f**kers!!" I yelled but they didn't stop. "Bloody hell!" I roared again and aim my gun at the tyres of the car.

"One!" I shouted and fired. Here goes the first tyre...

"Two!" I shouted again and fired. Second tyre gone. Then third and fourth. Car came to a halt and I run out. Both were trembling inside the car. I pulled Soha out fisting her hair and she screamed while Francis run..

"Francis stop!" I shouted but he didn't. I fired and he got the bullet in his leg. Cabir came out and I gestured him. Francis had fell down so me and Cabir both dragged them inside. We threw both of them on the floor and I myself sat on a chair in front of them while my men stood behind me crossing their arms...

"So now!" I started loudly and both look at me. Francis was crying holding his leg which was bleeding non stop...

"Manik baby I love you!!!" Soha shouted and I felt disgusted.

"Shut the f**k up lady!" I roared and got up. I again fisted her hair and threw her on the floor before slapping her with full force. She screamed in pain and I again pulled her up. "You threw Nandini like this right??? Maa banany wali the wo!!!" I shouted and threw her again. I didn't care that she was a woman! She was a culprit and she deserved this. I beat the hell out of her but still my pain wasn't lessen, finally I threw her away and kicked Francis mercilessly who was already half dead...

"You burnt my orphanage!" I shouted and kicked him...

"You tortured my Nandini!" Again a kick...

"You killed my baby!" A punch..

"You killed my Varun!" Another earth shattering punch and he fell down. I stormed towards the kitchen and searched the cabinets madly. Finally I got the gasoline cane. I came back and they both were lying on the floor with half opened eyes.

"Back off!" I shouted to my men and they backed off stood in the doorway obediently. I crazily threw the gasoline all around specially on those morons..

"May you both rot in hell!!!" I said loud enough for them to hear. Then I backed off towards my men and lit up my lighter. I stared at them for a long time until i felt a pat on my shoulder..

"Fallo(Go for it)!" Cabir spoke softly and I nodded. Then I threw my lighter over the gasoline puddle near them and walked out straightening my blazer followed by others.

The whole mansion was at fire...

Revenge was complete..

"The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:!" The read the verse in the Burial ceremony of Varun and we all stood with heads low dressed in black. It was raining. Me and Nandini were standing under a single umbrella she was crying in my chest softly as Varun was her very sweet friend.

"The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:" Priest read another verse and I closed my eyes remembering his smiling face whenever he used to commit a mistake. He was my only man who was not scared of my anger..

"The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace!." Last verse and we all folded our hands to pray.

"Oh Christ!" I heard Nandini's sob and opened my eyes to look at her. She hae her eyes closed and she was praying out loud. "May Varun's soul rest in peace! Please give him roam in heaven! He was an Angel!" She spoke and chocked with emotions as I remembered a very beautiful moment between her and Varun..

"May I come in boss!?" He once knocked our room door peeping inside and I gestured him to come inside .

"Hi Di! My name is Varun!" He exclaimed plopping on the bed beside Nandini and finally she smiled..

"Hi Varun!" She said softly and run her fingers over his face.

"I am sorry about your princess! But you know! Boss calls me prince! I can be your prince too!" He exclaimed and she giggled. He was the first who made Nandini smiled after miscarriage.

"He will be happy there Nandini! Very happy!" I assured taking her in a side hug and she hummed before sobbing again..

"Bhai! Di!!" Rishab exclaimed as he saw us on the London airport. Finally I left everything and came to London with Nandini. Rishab was there to receive her. He came running to us and hugged us tightly together..

"Oh God! How much I missed you both! I love you!!!" He was literally shouting and shouting while we both laughed..

"Saans tou leny day!" Nandini spoke laughing loudly and he twirled around with her.

"Oh Di..! Kesy btaoan ap ko!!!!" He shouted happily and I freed him from Nandini taking him in a brotherly hug.

"Bhaiyaaa! How much I missed ur hugs!!" I said snuggling in me and I patted his head kissing his hair..

"I missed you too Rishu!" I said lovingly and he laughed..

"Shimmer!" I called her softly taking her in a back hug and she hummed resting her head on my shoulder..

"I am noticing you! Are you worried?" I asked kissing her neck and she sighed..

"A little!" She whispered and I turned her..

"About what?" I asked cupping her cheeks and she lowered her head..

"About the operation! Agr successful na hua tou?" Her tone was very sad and I trembled..

"Hey! Where is my all time motivated Nandu? Why are you so worried? God is with us! We are together! Just believe in yourself! You will the eyes back!" I said caressing her cheeks and she smiled nodding her head..

"I love you!" She mumbled reaching for my lips and I pulled her up to fuse our lips..

"I love you too wild beauty!" I mumbled huskily between the kiss and pushed her on the bed, hovering over her. Again we celebrated our love...

Life will be more beautiful..
