Nandini ran out of the house and off to the streets. She ran so recklessly that she was about to get knocked on a car hard enough that she would have been thrown away. But thankfully the car put a sudden break and put an end to the fierce situation.

Nandini paused and looked at the person who got down from the vehicle. It was lady and who looked married. She ran to her and held her tight and started checking her for any wound.

The lady: I am so so sorry..... I was in such a hurry that I didn't even see you.

Nandini (Slightly smiled): U needn't be sorry....I it was completely my fault.

The lady: But you are crying and you have go a tiny bruise on your leg. Also your dress is completely ruined with dirt. Come one I will take you to my home. It is right up the corner.

Nandini (rubbing off her tears): No no you needn't help me. I will go home on my own.

The lady: Itna toh banta hai yaar. Come on, you can even see my house. The white one over there.

Nandini looked at the direction and freaked out on seeing the house.

Nandini (freaking out): You live there? Who are you?

The lady (worriedly): Aree why are you scared. Is there something wrong. That is only my home. And for the second question, I am Tara Karan Singh Grover. My husband is at home now I guess. So he will help you in first aid and together, we will drop you back home.

Nandini (walking away from her): See I have to go very urgently and I can't come to your house and waste both of our time. So I am leaving.

Tara (ran and held her hand): Okay then. If you are seriously in a hurry then take this card. There is complete details of my Identity. So when you need my help, I am just a call always. By the way what is your name.

Nandini: Nandini...Nandini Murthy.

With this Nandini snatched the card and ran away in full speed. Tara understood that there was something real bad that she had missed and only her husband could give her the required answer. SO, off she went back to her mansion.

KARAN'S HOME

Tara ran into the mansion and yelled.

Tara: Karan....Where are you?

Karan (coming from the kitchen, yelling back at her): Oh what is it? If it is your stupid allegations then let me tell you, I am already irritated with a serious issue. So keep it with you if it isn't related with me.

Tara (crossing her arm and looking at him): And may I know why are you so irritated.

Karan: For your kind we aren't a happy couple any more. We are getting divorced and it would very soon. As soon as my mission is over, this relationship is also over. So you have know rights to know why I am irritated.

Tara (With equal anger): Well I need to know because your irritation was right in front of mean.

Karan (confused): what do you mean?

Tara: Nandini knocked into my car.

Karan: wait a minute how do you know her. I have never taken her name in front of you. Second of all, you killed her? She was my target not yours.

Tara: She told me her name. By the way her getting freaked out on knowing that I was living in this house and you were my husband had got me to understand that you were behind this.

Karan (smiling widely): so she is alive. That mean I can still destroy her. Nandini, tomorrow will be the best day of my life and the worst for you.

With this he went into his room and locked the door.

Tara (worriedly): I hope he doesn't kill anyone. I have to do something tomorrow, I have to.

With this she entered the room and started thinking of a plan.

MURTHY MANSION

Nandini was standing outside the mansion now. She roughly rubbed of her tears and entered the house with a bang. She could see all the children and Manik were sitting on the couch and playing something. Suddenly from nowhere she could some much of anger that she could have blasted the house in the next minute.

Nandini (screaming on the top of her voice): MANIK!

All the kids and Manik jumped a bit on hearing the voice. They looked up and saw that Nandini was standing at the door with a red face. They could further see that her dress was completely filled with mud and were torn at the bottom. She wasn't wearing any shoes and blood was coming from her knee.

Without a second thought, both father and son ran up to her. When they were about to touch her ask her for the proceedings, they got to see the ladies outstretch hand that was telling them to stop at their places.

Manik: kya hogya tumhe Nandini?

Nandini (screaming at him): you answer me first. What the hell are all of you staying up here. Hadn't I instructed you to get to your room and sleep as soon as possible.

Manan: We were lost in a game that we forgot the time mom.

Nandini (screaming at him): So like this game you will forgot my instructions and me also.

Manan (worriedly): No mom, I will never do such a thing in my life.

Nandini (calming herself): Manan, before I spoil your dear day, get to your room with your friends. I am sure that if you would stay here a minute longer, then you are sure to see a dark side. Go Manan, go.

Manan without giving a second thought got the others to his room.

Nandini (turning towards Manik): take me to our room Manik.

Manik: sure come with me.

He started walking in front. But not hearing her footstep made him stop at his place. He turned around and saw that Nandini had opened up her arms.

Nandini: Carry me Manik and take me to the room.

He got shocked at first but soon carried her. Nandini put her face in the crook of his neck which got him to realise that something serious had surely taken place.

MANAN'S BEDROOM

Manik entered the room.

Nandini: Lock the door Manik and put me on the bed.

Manik put her on the bed and then walked to the door to lock it. He then came and stood in front of her. Nandini took his hand and made him sit in front of her.

Nandini: Manik, today I am going to tell you something that would shock you but before that I want an answer to my question.

Manik: what is it Nandini?

Nandini: Did you call Mom and the others to come here or did they inform you of their visit over here?

Manik: well yesterday which we can call day before yesterday now, they had called me and told me that they were coming to New York to give a surprise to both Manan and you. I said okay.

Nandini: so he was right after all.

Manik: what do you mean he?

Nandini: I want to tell you something now and after that you will get to know who this he is.

With this she started telling her past. What had happened before she left India, Laksh's call and offer for staying in New York and working, her meeting with Karan, her post on par with him, their friendship, her becoming CEO, Karan' s sudden disappearance and his arrival back into her life for revenge. It took time for Manik to digest that Karan was planning to sleep with her but he was now getting angry on the same thought.

Nandini: I am really sorry Manik for not telling you. I was scared that he would do something to you and Manan. During that dance, only our memories were prevailing Manik. I couldn't take it anymore so I came here, to you Manik. Because only you can give me solace.

That was it for Manik. He hugged her tightly and she started crying.

Manik: I am proud of you Nandini. At first you thought of agreeing but you stopped yourself and came to me. I am more than happy Nandini. Even if I were in this situation, there wouldn't have been any difference in my decisions. So you needn't worry.

Nandini (breaking apart): Now what will we do Manik.

Manik: Now only I thing is left. We have to alert everybody. It's too late to keep it from the rest. They need to know so that we can protect our self. Also we all can plot a plan against them. Now lets sleep and toady we will tell very one as soon as possible.

Nandini: okay.

With this, the two of them drifted to sleep while hugging each other.
