"Nandani!" He whispered in shock while I sat there numb.

We both stared at each other before tears trickled down our cheeks.

I cried and he took futile steps towards me.

"Kia ye haqeeqat hai?" He whispered while thumping infront of me.

I held his palm and kept it at my fast beating heart.

"Ye haqeeqat hai!"I cried more and a smile broke on his lips.

"Nandani!Meri Nandani!Sirf Meri Nandani!"He whispered frenziedly while stroking my both cheeks and I nodded at him with a teary smile.

"Hum ek hogaye Nandani ! Uparwale ne sun li hamari!" He smiled amidst his tears and pulled me in his arms.

We cried till my eyes fell on the shooting star.

A wide smile broke on my lips and I called him,
"Manik !"

We pulled apart and I raised my finger towards the open window.

He smiled seeing the brightness on the sky which proved that a star has sacrificed itself for us,again. 

He held my palm and we both walked towards the window.

"Thankyou!" We whispered together while glancing at sky.

"Thankyou God for making us one!" We spoke and looked at each other.

"Dekha main kehta tha na k Wo hamein milayega!" Manik held my palms and I nodded at him while wiping my tears.

"Hamari jodi aasmano par bani hai Manik!Hamara pyaar sacha hai!" I spoke and a tear fell from my eye which he wiped it instantly.

"Ssshhh! Ab rona dhona band!"He wiped my another unknown tear and spoke somewhat sternly.

"Abhi se hi dant-na shuru kar dia!" I chuckled and he chuckled too.

"Ab tou you are officially mine na !Isn't it my official right ?" He left my palms and pulled my waist which was bare due to the short blouse.

I shivered and he grasped my waist more tight,enjoying my nervousness.

"Only yours ! Sirf tumhara haq hai mujhe dant-ne ka!" I muttered slowly and he nudged my chin up with his thumb.

"Aur koi apni itni pyaari biwi ko kese dant sakta hai ?" He smiled and kissed my forehead.His lips stayed there for a moment and I closed my eyes in sheer happiness,enjoying the purity of his small gesture.

He moved back and left my waist.

Spams of current passed through every cell of mine as I stared deeply in his passionate eyes.

"Do you know how much beautiful you are?" He spoke while cupping my cheeks and i smiled shyly.

"Shall I tell you ?" He asked huskily while bending towards my quivering lips when somebody knocked our door.

We pulled apart immediately and I sighed while closing my eyes.

I didn't look at Manik because I know he must be smirking seeing me this nervous.

I moved towards the bed and sat on it while covering my head again with red chunri while Manik moved towards the door.

"Maa aap ?" I heard Manik's voice as soon as he opened the door.

"Sorry ! I hope I didn't disturb?"Maa whispered naughtily while looking beside Manik,eyeing me and I lowered my head more shyly.

"Maa !" Manik nagged and Maa laughed while pulling his red cheek.

"Bta na disturb tou nhi kia maine tughe?" Maa pulled Manik's cheek more and Manik turned annoyed.

"Maa main baba ko bulaon?" He threatened maa while rubbing his cheek and I giggled seeing their love.

"Acha Acha ja rahi hn!Le ye dene ayi thi tughe!" Maa laughed and forwarded crushed almond-pistachio milk filled glass towards Manik.

Manik took it shyly and maa dashed her elbow with him naughtily.

"Wese tou tughe zaroorat nahi hai mera gabru-jawan hai tu lekin phir bhi pee lena!" Maa laughed and Manik blushed.

"Maa ! Bas na !" Manik whined trying to cover his blush and I giggled again.

"Wese meri pasand kesi lagi tughe?" Maa asked raising her brows and Manik hugged her instantly.

"I love you very much maa ! Aap bohot ache ho ! Aap hamesha mere sath rehna maa,mughe har raah pe aap ki zaroorat hogi!" Manik spoke while shedding a tear and I heard maa's sniffs too.

"Chal hat ! Emotional kar diya tune! Tughe pta hai aaj beauty parlour se makeup karaya hai maine,sara khrab kar dega tu.Abhi tou tere baba ne chen se dekha bhi nhi hai mughe !" Maa broke the hug and slapped Manik's chest and Manik laughed while wiping her tears.

"Oho matlab poori planning kar rakhi hai apne!" Manik spoke notoriously and maa blushed.

"Besharam!koi maa se aesi baatein karta hai!Hat main apni bahu se tou mil ln ek baar!" Maa slapped Manik's chest again while Manik laughed and moved aside.

I swallowed being nervous as this was the first time when I'll be seeing my mother in law.

"Haaye nazar na lage meri bahu ko kisi ki!" Maa spoke admiringly as soon as she pulled up my veil.

I smiled and she applied nazar teeka behind my ear.

"Tu khush haina beta?"She asked while sitting on the bed and I answered meekly with low eyes,

"Ji !"

She smiled at me and then looked up at Manik.

"Dekha ! Kesi chand si biwi dhundi maine tere liye! Isiliye kehti hn k maa baap ki pasand hamesha achi hoti hai par nhi aaj kal k bache samaghte kahan hai,chupke chupke raaton ko milte hain ,ek dusre se chipakte hain aur kehte hain hamein pyaar hogya!" She spoke and Manik and my eyes turned wide.We glanced at each other awkwardly while Maa continued to speak.

"Tu samagh gaya na kia keh rahi hn main?" Maa spoke while standing up from the bed and Manik whose wide eyes were glued at me , broke the eyelock instantly and nodded at her.

"Ji maa ! You are right ! I agree !" Manik spoke while licking his lips and maa sighed.

"Chal main jati hn ! Tughe kuch bhi chahiye ho tou mughe bol dena theek hai?" Maa spoke while stepping out from the room and Manik nodded at her.

She smiled and turned when Manik squeaked naughtily from behind,
"Have a good night maa!"

"Ruk tere baba ko bolti hn k kitna shaitaan hogya hai tu!" Maa spoke while blushing without turning and Manik giggled loudly.

"Love you Maa!" Manik squeaked again and Maa answered while turning.

"Love you too meri jaan!" Maa smiled and Manik blew a flying kiss at her which she caught while throwing her palm in air and then laughed before going away.

I heard Manik's finger locking the door and I felt anxiety overpowering me instantly.

The bed creaked and I clutched my legs more tightly with my both palms.

"Relax Nandani ! Main tumhe kha thori jaunga!" Manik chuckled while sitting infront of me and I smiled a little.

"Wese mughse ziada tou tumhe zaroorat hai iski!" He forwarded the glass towards me eyeing my shivering palms but I nodded negatively.

"Arey just taste it ! Maa bohot acha bnati hai!" He spoke and pushed the glass towards my lips.

He made me drink a little and I had it silently.

"Tasty na?" He asked gleefully while sipping on it and I nodded.

I know he was trying to make me normal.

He finished the rest of milk and a white moustache appeared above his lips.

A giggle escape my mouth and he creased his brows.

"What ?" He asked getting irritated seeing me laughing like a mad and I took breaths to stop my laughs.

"Your moustache !" I spoke and again burst into giggles.

He turned his face towards the mirror and wiped his fake moustache with the back of his palm.

I laughed again and he turned while smiling.His hand caress my cheek and lastly his thumb stopped at my lips which made my giggles stop.

"Do you remember that you stopped me from kissing you that night !" His husky voice sent me jitters and I moved back.

He leaned towards my lips and I moved back which resulted in me laying on bed.

He hovered over me and I turned my face on other side being shy+nervous.

"Aaj ki raat rokugi tou bhi nhi rukunga! Poora ek mahine ka badla lunga!"He kissed my ear and then pulled out the little gold earring through his teeth.

I clutched my lehenga tightly in my palms.

"I won't stop you Manik!Make me yours officially!" I mumbled while turning my face towards him and he smiled before pulling my another earring with his teeth only.

Suddenly he stood up from the bed and I looked at him with confusion which soon turned into shyness as I saw him removing his plain golden sherwani.

He chuckled and I turned my face on the other side while blushing.

The room turned dark and my heartbeats turned erratic.

I turned on my stomach immediately as I felt bed sinking beside me because of his weight.

He pulled my hair pin and my hair fell on my shoulder.

His bare tummy touched my back and I held the bed sheet more girly in my palms.

"I didn't know these were so beautiful!" He nuzzled in my hair and then entangled our palms from behind only.

Soon I felt his lips smooching each cell at my back mildly.

I turned and hugged him instantly as the blouse fell off my chest leaving no hindrance between our skins.

He hugged me tight while nuzzling in my hair and I dug my nails in his back.

"I love you!" He muttered while hovering over me and I muttered breathlessly,

"I love you too!" I spoke and in next moment his lips were moving against mine.

Pinning my palms mercilessly on not so soft mattress he continued to love me while I laid there squirming under his burning touch.

He nuzzled in my tummy deliberately because he knew how much ticklish I feel.

I laughed and he nuzzled more.

"Manik Stop!"I spoke amidst my incoherent laughs and he came up towards me again. 

"I love you so much ! What if we weren't destined together?Agar hum ek na ho pate Phir ? Main tou nhi jee pata tumhare bina!"He spoke while fondling my cheeks and a tear from his eye fell on my cheek.

I nodded negatively at him and held his face in my palms,kissing his forehead tenderly I spoke,

"We were destined to be together that is why we are here in each other's arm right ?"I muttered and he smiled before matching his forehead with mine.

"Manan is forever !" He whispered and before I could say something he kissed me roughly.

After loving me enough he took my sweaty whimpering body in his arms and I snuggled more into him while clutching his waist.

"Are you fine?"He caressed my hair and I kept my chin at his fast beating heart,even my chin bounced a little due to his frantic beats.

"Never been better!This is the best I've ever been!" I smiled and his lips curved into a wide beautiful smile.

"I wanna go somewhere!" I spoke abruptly and he creased his brows.

"Abhi ? Its 4 in the morning ?"He asked and I pouted.

"Please Manik ! Hum pakka adhe ghante main wapis aa jayenge! Please take me there !" I requested with my squinted eyes and he chuckled.

"Ok ! But where do you want to go at this hour?" He asked while pushing my strings behind my ear.

"Jahan hum sath rehne ki dua mangte the!" I smiled and he smiled too.

Dressing ourselves we left our house and drove towards our meeting place,St.Austins garden.

Manik didn't have car he had simple motorcycle which I didn't mind at all.

Clutching his tummy tightly I sat behind him and he wore his helmet.

After reaching at our desired place ,we sat on our chose bench.

I entangled my fingers with him and kept my head on his shoulder.

Tears of happiness kept rolling down my cheeks as I stared at black bluish sky.

"Nandani!" Manik pulled me in his arms and I sobbed harder.

"Now why are you crying ? Ab tou hum sath hain na!Kahin aesa tou nhi ab tumhe mere sath nhi rehna?" He spoke and widened his eyes being afraid when I broke the hug.

I scowled at him and he winked at me before laughing.

"You know what ! You are right Manik ! Main isiliye yahan ayi hn ,yhi dua mangne k liye k mughe tumhare sath nhi rehna!" I spoke angrily and stood up from the bench,standing in   another corner.

After a minute I felt his arms wrapping around my tummy.

"Manik ! Leave me ! Tumhe qadar hi nhi hai mere emotions ki ! Itni duauein kar k Maine tumhe manga aur tum dur jane ki baatein karte ho!" I cried while pushing his arms and he sighed before turning me towards him.

"Hamari jodi aasmano pe bani hai tou phir use dunya ki koi taaqat juda nhi kar sakti! Hum kabhi alag nhi honge meri jaan!"He held my cheeks firmly and spoke.

A tear fell from my eye and he wiped it.

"Wese hamari shadi ko sirf kuch hi ghante hue hain aur abhi se hi biwi wale drame shuru kar diye tumne! Maa ki ankhein dhoka kha gayi larki dhundne main!" He spoke and before I could register his words,he ran.

After understanding the context of his words I roared,
"Manik !" and ran behind him.

A star twinkled before parting as we both fell on grass together and laughed in each other's arms.

Kehte hain k khuda chahe tou uski marzi k bina ek patta bhi nhi hilta!
Kehte hain k khuda chahe tou behta pani bhi behne se ruk jata hai !
Phir jode tou Wo khud bnata hai,agar wo na chahe tou hum chah kar bhi ek na ho pate!
Ye tou uski meherbani hai k usne hamein ek bnaya warna hum do dil kabhi ek jaan na ho pate !
Isliye auro se nhi us se mang kar dekho, Wo aese khel khelta hai k hum tum chah kar bhi samagh nhi pate!
