Daadi of manik mukti and dhruv malhotra...very strict in nature...does'nt like educated girls..according to her only men are superior..mother of raj malhotra..loves her grand children very much and manik is her jaan...she can scold mukti dhruv for their mistakes but manik is her laadla as he is the eldest and first child of raj and neyonika malhotra..is finding a girl for manik...she follows tradition strictly..no one dares to go against her except manik..she with her husband used to live in their pushteni haveli but now they are shifted to mumbai permanently..does'nt like soha much because of her dressing style as she wears modern clothes..she may be sweet for her family but for outside world she is no less than hitler..

Major dhruv malhotra..second son of raj and neyonika malhotra..he is an army officer..loves his wife alya very much...hates daada daadi's thinking but is unable to do anything..loves manik and mukti very much..he is not at all shy type..he knows alya's secret which hurts him the most but he can't do anything about that..

ALIYA DHRUV MALHOTRA:

Daughter in law of malhotra's..wife of dhruv and is one month pregnant...her marriage with dhruv was arrange marriage..she respects dhruv very much but love*well we can't say that*..is a kind hearted girl....she used to love manik before marriage but she supress her feelings for him after getting married to dhruv...loves mukti like her younger sister..respects daada daadi very much...

MUKTI MALHOTRA:

Third child of raj and neyonika malhotra...she kind of hate daada daadi because they never gave her freedom which she wanted..loves her manik and dhruv bhai very much...is in secret relationship with harshad saxena...loves him very much..wants soha to marry her manik bhai as she is her best friend...she has a child heart...

VIBHA BUA:

She is exact replica of her mother sunanda...does'nt like modern girls...she lives in malhotra mansion only after her divorce...she too wants her manu to marry a girl who will follow their traditions...and also she has found the one...

A kind hearted lady with golden heart....free minded women with modern thoughts..runs an NGO named fireflies orphanage...a dear friend of neyonika...she has not met manik mukti and dhruv yet but heard about them through neyonika...loves nandini very much..sometimes helps her husband in business..misses her daughter very much as she is in london for her fashion designing course...and is waiting for her comeback..

The coolest dad anyone can get..loves his princess very much..he is the second richest man of the world..runs murthy industries...which is the top most industry of business world...best friend of raj malhotra and has also met sunanda malhotra and harshvardhan malhotra..he has not met manik yet..but heard about him from raj...

Bestest friend of nandini..she is an orphan..in relationship with cabir dhavan..avantika and harish considers navya as their own daughter..she too is in london with nandini for her fashion designing course...loves cabir very much..

Harshad saxena...CEO of saxena group of industries...he loves mukti very much...cool guy with modern thoughts..brother of alya..loves her very much...is angry with his parents as his parents forced her to marry dhruv inspite of knowing her liking towards manik...a good friend of manik...he wants mukti to tell her parents about them but she is scared for the same..

A jolly person...best friend of manik..is in london for his studies..he is the future CEO of dhavan industries..in relationship with navya..loves her very much..nandini is like a sister to him...knows manik in and out...
