There she was..standing on staircase while manik was sleeping in her room as he was very much tired because of the recent happenings..

"Yeh sab kya ho raha hai nandu...teri zindagi main itna kuch ho gaya aur hume uski bhanak tak nahi..kyun...hum tere amma-appa hai..tujhe janam diya hai humne..itna toh hak banta hai na humara ki humari bacchi ki zindagi main kya ho raha hai voh hume pata ho..pehle tune humse tere aur manik ke rishte ki baat chupayi..aur ab ye...tu hume amma-appa maanti bhi hai yaa nahi"avantika asks in hurt tone looking at nandini who was looking down not able to make any eye contact with her mother..surely she had disappointed her parents very much...afterall they are her parents and they have every right to know that what is going on in their daughters life...

Knowing that your daughter loves a mafia...Obviously it will make their heart shutter in fear..what if he hurt her..what if he kill her like he killed those people..what if he torture her after marriage..

Harish and avantika were worried yet confuse while neyo was shedding tears...even raj was getting emotional remembering the suffering of his family...

Raj's phone rang breaking their talks..

He saw the caller id and...

Reality hit him hard...

"Neyo...ghar pe manik kaha hai yeh toh pata hi nahi hai"raj says worriedly while neyonika too got tensed...

She looks at nandini who was sitting beside avantika who was still shock..

"Avantika..abhi hume nikalna hoga..nandini..kya tum plz manik ko utha laogi..ghar pe sab pareshaan ho rahe honge"nandini nods at her and then signals her appa to take avantika to their room..

Harish agreeing to his daughter took avantika to their room..

"Cabir...navya..tum log chaho toh aaj yaha ruk sakte ho...vaise bhi raat bohot ho gayi hai"nandini says..

"Nahi nandini...main manik ke saath jaata hu..vaise bhi mere mom dad out of town hai toh soch raha hu ki manik ke ghar hi ruk jau..navya yaha reh legi..haina navya"navya nods at cabir in agreement..

"Ok..main manik ko utha kar aati hu"

"Kya...aur tum hume ab bata rahe ho...theeke..lekin voh theek hai naa...hmm..jaldi se leke aao mere manu ko"

All were confused and anxious listening harshvardhan's one side phone conversation..

"Sunanda..humara manu bilkul theek hai..raj aur neyo usse lekar ghar aa rahe hai.."he informs making everyone sigh in relief..

Mukti hugs dhruv while alya too smiles listening this..

"Lekin manik bhaiyaa bhabhi ke saath kaise..aur agar voh itne time unke saath tha toh neyo bhabhi ne hume khabar tak nahi di..yaha hum pagalon ki tarah pareshaan ho rahe hai"veebha bua says trying to fill sunanda's ears against neyonika..

But sunanda malhotra was very happy as her manik was safe and will be here at any moment..so she kind of ignored veebha's words and asked alya to make aarti ki thaal as manik is going to enter in malhotra mansion after long 4 years..

"Manik"Nandini calls him softly caressing his hairs while he just snuggles in her lap more..

"Hmm"he answered sleepily making her smile as he was behaving like a small baby now..

"Manik..get up..tumhe ghar jaana hai...neeche neyo aunty aur raj uncle tumhara wait kar rahe hai"

Manik slowly opens his eyes and saw nandini looking at him lovingly..

"U will be fine naa"he asks still scared to leave her alone..

She sighs listening him and then pecks his forehead lovingly..

"I will be fine manik..ab chahe kuch bhi ho jaye i will not harm myself..because i know hurting myself means hurting you..and i can never hurt you..ok"she says caressing his hairs while he just closes his eyes in pure bliss..he just loved it when she plays with his hairs...

"Now get up my sleepy head...ghar par sab tumhara intezaar kar rahe hoge.."

Manik nods at her and gets up unwillingly..

"Hum jaldi hi shaadi kar lenge ok..mujhe ab tumse aur dur nahi rehna"he says adamantly..

"Ok meri jaan..we will get married..lekin usse pehle u need to talk with your family about us...uske baad we will marry"

"Hmm...main kal hi sabse baat karta hu..."he says and she just pecks his lips in return making him smile..

"Bhai aa gaye"mukti shouts standing on door step when she saw their car entering from gate..

(I m not gonna use harshvardhan and sunanda always...so instead i will use daada daadi and bua for veebha...ok)

Daadi was standing on door with aarti ki thaal...

Manik got down from passenger sit with a smile..

"Daadi"he hugs her tightly while daadi too hug him and was shedding some tears..

"Mera manu..kitne saalon baad aaya hai...ab main tujhe kahi jaane nahi dungi"she says emotionally...

"Don't worry daadi..ab main kahi nahi jaunga..yahi rahunga aapke paas"he says making her smile..

He then hugs his daada followed by dhruv...

"Bhai"mukti jumps on him making him laugh....

"Arey bhai...pota kya aa gaya aap toh apne bete ko bhul hi gayi"raj says grumpily making neyo smile at his cute face but sunanda malhotra's expression were stern..

"Raj...yeh kya laparvaahi hai..agar manik tumhare saath tha toh tumne hume batana zaruri bhi nahi samjha..aur aisa konsa dost hai jinke ghar tum log subah se gaye the..vakt ka andaza hai yaa nahi kuch..aur neyonika bahu..mujhe tumse yeh umeed nahi thi"she says in stern tone while neyo look down listening last line..

"Maa..actually manu ki flight dopohar ko india main land hui..uske baad iski gaadi kharab ho gayi..aur jab hum ghar aa rahe the tak hume yeh raaste main mila iski gaadi ke saath..isliye itni der ho gayi..aur harish mere bachpan ka dost hai..aap toh jaanti hai naa usse"raj lies while mukti frowns hearing this.

"Lekin bhai"she was going to say something but manik stops her signalling her no..

She frowns but stops in middle...

"Accha..chalo..andar chalo..kitna lamba safar karke aaya hai mera baccha..."bua says lovingly caressing his hairs while he gives her a smile...

"Amma"nandini enters inside her parent's room and saw avantika lying down on bed looking at ceiling while harish was sitting beside her...

"Nandu..andar aa"harish says to which she nods and get inside...

"Amma..appa..kal manik apne ghar pe humare baare main baat karne vaala hai.."she says sitting beside her...

"Mujhe kal sab sach janna hai nandini"avantika says in blank tone...

"Ji amma..abhi aap aaram kariye..hum kal subaj iss baare main baat karenge"she says caressing her hairs...

Avantika closes her eyes for sleep while harish too nods at her..

"Good night appa..good night amma"

After dinner manik walks towards dhruv's room and knocked his door...

"Hi alya"he greets alya when she open the door while she gave him a surprised yet nervous smile...

"Hi ma..manik..aao na andar"manik nods and enter inside...

"Yeh kya baat hui dhruv..main aaj aaya aur tum aaj hi jaa rahe ho...ek din aur ruk jaate na"manik says when he saw dhruv was packing his bag..

"Sorry bhai..lekin border pe abhi jaana hoga..vaha meri zarurat hai..vaise main kal subah nikalne vaala tha lekin ek emergency aa gayi hai..isliye jaana padega"

"Chal..koi nahi..jab tu aayega tab hum ek family trip plan karenge..lekin haa..tab koi bahana nahi chalega ki kaam hai..and all.."manik says in final tone to which dhruv nods smilingly..

"I missed u bhai"dhruv says hugging him tightly...

"I missed u too dhruv...ab jaldi se jaa aur jaldi aa jaa.."he says hugging him back..

"Hey alya..tumhe kya hua..u are looking lost...maanta hu ki hum 4 saal baad mil rahe hai still we were friends in college..so u don't need to be awkward.."he says when he saw her getting uncomfortable..

"Nahi..voh i was just sad ki dhruv itne jaldi jaa raha hai..baaki kuch nahi..i m fine"she says after few seconds..

"Don't worry..dhruv ke jaane ke baad u can come to me..we will spend a good time together ..tum main cabir aur mukti..what's say"he tries to lighten her mood to which she just gave him a nod not able to say anything...

"Haa..lekin mere jaane ke baad mujhe bhul mat jaana ..main aaunga vapas..jab tak main naa hu bas tab tak hi..uske baad mujhe alya puri mere liye chahiye"dhruv joked making manik laugh while alya just stand there still registering dhruv's words....

Dhruv left after a while and manik too goes in his room for a nice sleep after messaging nandini good night...

Here alya was sitting on bed lost in her thoughts...

Mere jaane ke baad mujhe bhul mat jaana...

She don't why but his words were roaming in her mind continuously...

Something was going to happen...

But what?

Main aaunga vapas..

And his this sentence gave her some kind of relief...

Because she knows without dhruv she is nothing in this family...

She kept her hand on her belly...

"Ur daddy will come back baby..voh aayenge vapas..mere liye..humare liye"

Suddenly she remembers manik's words...

Dhruv ke jaane ke baad u can come to me..

"Did manik really meant that"asks her mind..

"Yes..he said that..it means does he feel something for me..."asks her heart...

She was in mess..

On one side she wants dhruv to come back but also on other side she want to spend some time with manik...

He got up and calls nandini...

"Hello"he heard her sleepy voice from other side which bought an automatic smile on his face..

"Get up taara...i want you to be here in malhotra mansion till 10"he says giving her shock..

"What..lekin kyun"she says getting up with jerk..

"Because i want you beside me when i will break this news to my family...and haa..don't come alone..bring navya with you"he says last line in strict tone while she just hmms yawning cutely..

"It seems that u are still sleepy...ek kaam karo..sleep for some more time..and come here till 11..what's say"he says as always as a caring boyfriend...

"No manik..i will come till 10..i just can't wait anymore now...ab jaldi phone rakho taaki main ready ho saku"she says tieing her hairs in messy bun..

"Bye..love you"

9 am..

Manik was getting ready in his room when suddenly he heard a shout from living room making him frown...

He ran towards living room only to see neyo crying sitting on sofa while mukti too was crying hugging her..

Daadi and bua were standing there shedding tears while raj was standing on doorstep with two unknown faces...he was numb..

Alya was sitting near stair with blank expression..her face was tear stained..and her hand was on belly..

"Bhaiiii"mukti ran towards manik when she saw him looking at them with frown..

She hugs him tightly and starts crying but what he heard next made him numb and shock...

Bhai...dhruv bhai nahi rahe..
