precap- Nandini and Manik love making

In the morning,Nandini wakes up first and see Manik sleeping peacefully snuggling her. She touched his face with her hands and kiss him on his forehead due to which Manik sleep get disturbed and a smile played on her lips.
"May my all morning start like this only" said Manik..
Nandini smiled and then asks Manik to show her here his tumor is. He points to a patch of hair and asks her, “Are you scared?”....
She replies by kissing his head. Their lovey-dovey moment is interrupted by a knock at the door. It turns out to be so call Manik’s mother i.e. Nyonika.Nyonika became shocked to see them. Although she disapproves of Manik’s choice (mainly due to her prejudice against Nandini’s socio-economic status), she remains civil.
Nandini hide herself in blanket.

"U should knock the door and then enter" said Manik in anger..

"I am not interested in what the stuff you r carrying out but I want that you accept the treatment" said Nyonika

"yupp.. I m agreed, I will go for checkup" said Manik..

Nyonika left....

Nandini has already convinced him that every opportunity to live is a risk worth taking.
Once alone with Nandini, Nyonika makes it clear that the only reason she’s tolerating her is so that Manik will go through with the treatment. Then abiding by the second golden rule, she offers Nandini a cheque to buy her service during Manik’s hospitalization.

"fill whatever amount you want, itne paise tumne aaj tak nhi dekhe honge, but I m giving you this opportunity, you can grab it..." said Nyonika

But Nandini declines and said "aunty I want only and only Manik in my life and nothing can substitue him"

In private, president of the clg  Nyonika proposes  Manik to undergo proton therapy. Problem is, the only provider is President Mr Saxena, Alia’s father.

Nyonika said that "He wants that you and Alia..." but was left behind as Manik refuses point blank.

“Look,” Manik says, “If this is your plan to push Alia and I together, then no thank you. I m agrred for check up is just because of Nandini and if she is not in my life then what's the use to save my life...”

Saying this Manik left....

Treatment starts the following day. Manik is overwhelmed with MRI scans, CT scans, EEG, and even a spinal tap. And yet, his condition seems to only worsen. The first observable sign of deterioration is his lack of control over motor function. Manik is experiencing involuntary tremor, bad enough that he can’t shave himself.

He try to shave himself but due to test and scans there was unbearable pain in his body and he was feeling very helpless...

Nandini steps in and offers to shave Manik, delicately putting it as a girlfriend-type duty that she’ll happily oblige. she holds his hands and takes the razor from his hands...

They enjoy a brief couple-moment as Nandini carefully shaves Manik..

"Manik khud ko kabhi bhi akela mat smjhana main hoon naa hmesha tumhare saath..."said Nandini....

"Nandini main thik ho jaunga kya??" said Manik like a child with tears in his eyes..
"haa hoge, bilkul thik hoge, abhi toh mujhe tumhe bhot pareshan krna h, itni easily tum mujhse picha nhi chudva sakte" said Nandini...Nandini only knows how she was keeping herself strong after seeing tears in her eyes. she can't see Manik becoming sooo weak..

The implication of Manik needing help on a simple everyday increases day by day-activity hangs heavily in the air. Sometime he can't brush on his own, not eat properly, can;t walk properly.. for every single damn thing he was dependent on Nandini... Sometime the pain would be soo much that at last, Manik would break down and sobs in Nandini’s embrace.

"Nandini tum mujhe chodke chali jao, I can't keep you happy" said Manik breaking down...

"Manik agr mujhe kuch aisa hua hota toh kya tumne mujhe chod diya hota, hmm bolo" said Nandini..

"but...." was saying Manik but Nandini interrupted him..
Nandini will pacify him and give him courage each and every day ...

Nandini had considerately recorded “Air on G-String” on her cell phone for Manik, both to remind him the story behind the music and to encourage him to fight on. That night, Manik falls asleep with the music, clenching the cell phone close to his heart…

“Having a tumor doesn’t mean you have to act like a melodrama protagonist. C’mon loosen up!” says patient X.

If Nandini and Manik are the “glass-half-empty wanting to be half-full” kind, then patient x and girlfriend y are the “glass-half-full, carpe diem” kind. They saw Nandini and Manik walking out of the cancer patient sector and decide to share their own two cents. X has a ticking time bomb in his head too but he ain’t letting no self-pity get in the way. To him, everyday is to be celebrated and cherished. In fact, after x’s upcoming operation, he and his girlfriend are getting married!!!!
Patient X give a new hope to Manik that he will be fine soon....

If that isn’t inspiration enough to renew Manik’s hope, then Nandini’s home cooking surely is...

Now that the tumor secret is out, there’s no need to waste perfectly good food.

(*Ahem*) And so Nandini prepares her father’s favorite dish for Manik again. They promise each other that this — Nandini fixing Manik’s meal — will not be a memory. He will get better to eat her cooking everyday.

The following day, Manik heads to the hospital to hear his diagnosis. He deliberately sends Nandini away to shield her from the bad news. She goes for a physical check up (Manik’s worried what the past few days’ intense care might do to Nandini’s health). Heading out of the check up, Nandini bumps into girlfriend y.

Yesterday only girlfriend y was laughing and sharing the joy of her forthcoming marriage. Today, it’s as if she’s lost a piece of her mind.

She sinks into a nearby chair, letting a piece of paper fall. Nandini picks it up; it’s a death certificate. Needless to say, there will be no wedding to attend.
The letter was written that:
I was joking about patient x dropping dead… But, what do ya know, this is a true melodrama. And all true melodramas have the part where the disapproving rich parent — Ah yes, the parent has to be rich. Why else would he disapprove of an other wise innocuous relationship between the rich and the poor? — separates the sick love birds. If a person is rich enough then only he can be saved otherwise there is no hope or chance that he will survive.....
After reading letter tears comes out from Nandini's eyes...

Nandini meet with Nyonika and ask her that "is there is no chance that Manik can be survived".  Nyonika tells Nandini about Proton Therapy, divulges her plan to coax Manik into accepting the treatment, and guilt trips Nandini to carry out the deception. How can Nandini deprive Manik of his last chance of survival? Oh no she can’t. So the only alternative is to ensure that Manik undergoes the therapy. Assume the intervention does save Manik, what should Nandini do then to repay Mr Sexana and her father for providing the capital necessary for the procedure?

"I will leave Manik" said Nandini.......
