So here the 1st Chapter starts.....

"Ahh..India!" I was so happy. Fnally I was here, in India! I was in USA to study but I felt so alone there. Never mind, now I'm in India! Grandpa will be so happy!

So Mr Dhanraj Malhotra, my dear grandpa, your grandson is coming..!

I took a cab and proceeded towards my grandpa's place. I didn't tell him though I wanted to give him a surprise

"Manik!!" He exclaimed as he saw me at the door! He just hugged me so tight making me difficult to breath!

Well..expected reaction!

"Oh my grandson! How are you my baby?! You could have told me, I would come to pick you from airport!" Baby!? C'mon grandpa, I've grown up now! I was no more a baby! But it would be no use of telling him as he would never change and I didn't want him to change either

"Well grandpa, I just wanted to give you a surprise.."

"And I'm really surprised and happy also! Come inside.." Grandpa was the only one for me!

After mom and dad passed away in an accident, he was with me everytime. After grandma's death, I was the most dearest to him! I love him, though he still looked young and handsome! I just want to be like him only!

"Grandpa..there was umm..one behind me!" I said casually as he came in my room with a glass of water

"I told you to ignore them no?!" Yeah one thing, I, Manik Malhotra can see ghost!! Yeah since childhood! I can see spirits! Grandpa often told me to ignore them otherwise they would be behind me just for that I could help them to relieve their grudges!

"Grandpa..I ignored them! But I don't know how they came to know that I can see them..! I wonder how you manage to?!" Yeah..even grandpa can see spirits! But he always got succeeded to ignore them!

"Just ignore! Ignore! Just act like you don't see them! Then they won't be behind you, they won't ask you to relieve any of their grudges!" Yes..but It wasn't that easy!

"Okay grandpa..now I'm very tired and I have to go college tomorrow so going to sleep..goodnight" I finally went to bed

I'm here, standing infront of the college, SPACE! in which I've got an addmission

"Hey boy! I guess you're new here!" Yes, I was sitting on the last bench..but this girl, left her boyfriend and came to sit beside me! She was trying to woo me and sometimes touching my hand, cheeks.. agrrh!

Well I was feeling very uneasy. I was new here and I didn't want to mess up with this girl but I guess her boyfriend was watching her every move!

"Alya..come here baby!" Her boyfriend called her..! Oh please girl just go from here..

"Yeah Aryamann..! Coming!" She answered her boyfriend back..c'mon just go fast! I really don't like when weird girls get close to me! Like chipku types..

She finally went leaving me..thank god!

After few minutes, the lesson was completed! It was break time! I was coming out from the boys washroom when 2 boys appeared infront of me!

"Hey new boy! I'm Harshad and this is my best buddy Aryamann!" He told me as if I didn't know. I ignored them and was going to the exit door but the two pushed me back!

What the hell!!

"Look! Don't even try to come close to my girlfriend, else...!" That idiot Aryamann! I mean, is he blind or what? It was his girlfriend, who came to me!

"Yes! Don't try to come close to my buddy's girl okay!" He showed me his finger! Threatening me huh?! But I don't give a damn!

"I'm not interested in your so called girlfriend..dude! It was she, who came to me! I was just sitting at my place!" I told them very directly!

"Oh really!? You know what you're telling? I mean Alya is the most prettiest girl in this college and you're saying you're not interested??" Both showed me their blood red eyes! Oh I'm not scared at all! I just wanted to punch them right on their face but I have to control! I'm new here! I can't mess things otherwise they might throw me out!

"No..I'm not interested in your girlfriend..but please tell her to stay away from me!" I walked out leaving them. They really made me aggravated

It was time to go home. All the students were already out with their friends, girlfriends! I was still busy copying the notes..! Time passed and I looked outside the window, It was already dark! Sh!t! I quickly packed up all my belongings and came out of the class! I was walking meanwhile checking my notebooks and I realised one of the notebooks was missing! Oh maybe I forgot it on the desk! I made my way back to the class..

"Here it is!" I found it on the desk! As I put it on my bag, there was a loud sound behind! What was that?!

I quickly turned and found the door closed! How!?? I tried opening it, but in vain! It was lock from outside! I took out my phone to call someone for help, but alas! No network!

"Aaaa damn!!" I kicked the door with a great force!

"Relax! You will hurt yourself!" Huh? I heard a girl's voice! I turned on the torch of my mobile and turned around only to find a girl! All clean, dressed up in uniform! Was she in this class?! I never saw her!

I went near her, her face looked little white and pale! But she was smiling! Umm..cute!

"How did you come here?" I asked but she was just smiling!? No reponse..

"Are you in this class?" I asked again hoping to get an answer but no! Grhh..I'm feeling hell irritated now!

"Don't just smile! Tell me! I'm asking you something!" Well my voice was stern! I just hope she don't get furious

"Shh...." She placed her finger on my lips to shush me! Like what?! Wasn't she scared?!

"Hey! It's dark! Aren't you scared?!" She just laughed! She looked so cute! But wait! My question wasn't funny at all! We were here, stuck inside the class! We were alone! I expected her to be scared but this girl was really surprising me!

"Scared..? Why?" Her sweet voice!

"Well you are with me all alone here..what if I do something bad to you?" I smirked! But okay that was just a joke to scare her a little but her answer surprised me even more!

"I know you! I know you won't..!" How did she know me?! Well..she smiled! Thank God with of my mobile's torch, I could see her adorable smile! I'm falling..! Shut up Manik! Don't overthink okay! I literally yelled at my mind!

"You come to this college?" Well yeah, I never saw her here!

"Umm..It's really late! You have your phone right? why don't you call someone..?" She changed the topic! She ignored my question! Never mind..maybe she didn't want to talk much..

"I'm not that stupid either! Ofcourse I tried calling my grandpa but there's no network..!" I said. After a few minutes of silent I spoke, I just couldn't bear this silent anymore

"I'm Manik..Manik Malhotra!" I introduced myself to her?! Yeah..I actually wanted to start a new friendship! I didn't know why but I just..just wanted to!

"Umm..I'm.." Why so slow!? Oh c'mon tell me your name pretty girl! I really want to know!

"I don't know..!" Huh?! She don't know her name??!

"You don't know your name?"

"No! I don't know who I am.." Her voice was so low and I was really confused! I mean doesn't she have any name? How come she don't know herself?! Memory lost?! I think..

"Umm..how? I mean..your name? Do you have any memory lost" She just gave me a glare! Why? Did I asked something wrong??!

"I don't think it's necessary to give the answer of your every question okay!" She snapped at me!

That was rude!!

I tou only asked her! Why was the need to get hyper?

As I was about to open my mouth, someone opened the door! So I just decided I'll not talk to her anymore! I looked at her direction but she wasn't facing me!

High-handed girl..!

But she looked more cute in an angry look!

I instantly came outside the class as the door opened! I was really feeling suffocated inside! I gave a glance to her, she was just standing behind me!

"What are you doing here at this hour?!" I looked infront. It was the peon! Well thank God, he came to my rescue otherwise I would be stuck here till next morning!

"Actually I forgot my notebook here so just came back to take it but someone just locked us inside!" I told him the reason..

"Us? Someone was with you?" Huh?! Silly question! I mean can't he see the girl behind me?!

"Yes! Me and this girl..." I turned to the side but she wasn't there! She had left already?!! So quick! How??! Where did she disappear? Who was she??
SOMEONE UNKNOWN!

Was she even real..?!!!

No!! Don't tell me she was a spirit!? No shhh, Manik, don't!

She wasn't looking like a ghost! Perhaps someone was playing a prank on me! That stupid Harshad and Aryamann..!

"What!? Manik I told you to ignore!! you were trying to make friendship with her? Couldn't you notice that she was a spirit?!" Here I was getting scolded by my grandpa! I told him about the girl whom I met in the class, and how she disappeared..

"But grandpa! It was dark and..She wasn't looking like a ghost! Instead She was looking normal!" I tried to give an explanation! Yes, nothing was wrong in her! She was sweet! She smiled! Not like other ghosts who just gave deadly glares

"Really? Nothing wrong?" Grandpa raised his eyesbrows asking me to speak the truth but what I said was the truth!

"Yes nothing, just.."

"Just what?" Grandpa's voice was really stern! Hmm he cared for me! He can't see ghost roaming around me..

"Just..her face was little white and pale..that's it!" I spoke innocently remembering her face, her smile!

"Manik..next time if you see her, just ignore! Otherwise you know what will happen! Just ignore! Am I clear?" Well I think grandpa was right! I should have noticed! Her white, pale face already showed that she was spirit!

"Okay grandpa..!" Damn! I interacted with her! I actually tried Making Friendship With A Spirit?!

Why didn't I realise that she was a ghost? But she didn't look like a ghost no! She was cute! God!! Enough Manik! Now decided, no more interaction with her..
