Being comfortable the owner said to Manik abt the work he does. His work was making pickles and sell across the country which is seasonal bt other thing he does is making clothes. Specially Rajasthani wear that is famous around the world bt his business is ltd to India only as he have no heir to take his business across the world. He told Manik that he have to work in the factory and asked abt the salary. Manik politely told him that he accepts watever he will give.

Bt the owner fixed his salary as 40,000 per month and Manik agreed. He dcd to join today itself so the owner took him in the factory and introduced everyone to Manik generally and told his manager to treat him in a proper manner.

Manik being new to these things needed proper learning and the manager was gvg him that training. Manik being focused learned those things quickly. Bt his speed was slow.

His day passed like that only and returned back dead tired. Nandini welcomed him and they spended a good time. Later Manik told abt the salary that he will be given and Nandini was happy that now Manik will be able to live his life the way he lived in Mumbai.

2 weeks passed of Manik joining the company and he is now use to that work bt another thing that happens in factory these days are that are the workers are happy which is resulting efficiency in the production.

This was because Manik always became a helping hand to everyone in the factory specially old age workers . And his politeness always melted everyone's heart. He had become a star among them. And Manik was also happy that ppl around him are good. His lost faith in friendship and existence of good ppl in the world was Cmg back. He started trusting that still ppl do exist with pure and good heart.

His one more working day ended with a happy note. He came back home and spend his time with Nandini. Today in dinner she had made a sweet dish as tonight it's gonna be manik's birthday.

Nandini apologized for not having a proper arrangement for his birthday bt Manik denied saying that all he wanted was her on this day and she is with him.

Feeding each other the sweet the completed their dinner. Later Nandini was cleaning the kitchen while Manik was watching her. He came near her and nuzzled in her hair while feeling his intense touch Nandini closed her eyes to grasp this feeling.

Soon Manik was present in front of the owner and they had a small convo in which the owner said that he wants to make him the manager in his office for which he will pay him 50,000 per month.

Manik happily accepted the offer. Than he was given his first salary and Manik resumed his work in the factory.

He came back home and picked up Nandini and started twirling while laughing and Nandini was more confused as to wat was the reason. Manik told her abt the day in office and she was more happy as their days were turning good and Manik was getting diverted and happy.

Getting scared he came out of their house and came to the neighborhood with whom Nandini is friend. Knocking on the door Manik was waiting for that women to come out. As soon as she saw Manik she heard him saying

Ma-woh Nandini behosh ho gayi hai

Hearing that the lady rushed to their house. Cmg in she saw Nandini laying down unconscious she came near her and placed her finger below her nose to check if she is alive or not. She told her daughter who came behind her with Manik to call daimaa and bring her here.

The lil girl left from there while the lady asked Manik to make her lay down on her place. Manik carried her and was shaking her calling her name to wake her up.

Soon daimaa came and Manik to wait out. Manik came out and was pacing too and fro worried for Nandini while here that daimaa checked Nandini and got her in conscious state.

After 15 mins they called Manik in and seeing Nandini awake he could finally breathe. He came near her and asked her.

Ma-Nandini kya hova hai.

Before she could say they heard the lady and daimaa giggling. He looked at them with confused eyes and the lady left to get lime water for Nandini while Daimaa said in her Rajasthani accent

D-arey chora teri bindni peit se hai....

Being confused he asked

Ma-kya

D-arey woh maa bannewali hai

Manik looked at Nandini who hung her down while Manik asked

Ma-aap yakeen se kaise keh skti hai

D-arey iss gaon mei sabki jajki (delivery) Meine hi ki hai aur yeh kaam aaj se thodi na karu ho 25-30 saal ka anubhav hai mare ko

By the time that lady got line water for Nandini. Handing her the glass she said

L-ab aaram karo

Saying this both the ladies left from there. While Manik and Nandini both just kept looking at each other.
